Vis daugiau vyrų teikia prioritetą kultūrizmo pratimų atlikimui laisvalaikiu. Į sporto klubus ateina skirtingo parengtumo, amžiaus, fizinio išsivystymo, sveikatos būklės vyrai. Didesnė jų dalis neturi tokių pratimų darymo patirties ir apakinti reklaminių klipų, filmų, straipsnių tikisi labai greito efekto. Savaime suprantama, kad sporto klubuose dirbantys treneriai turi išmokyti tuos vyrus metodiškai teisingai atlikti pratimus, įdiegti stabilaus ir nuoseklaus mankštinimosi įprotį. Todėl būtina išanalizuoti ir moksliškai pagrįsti laisvalaikiu kultūrizmo pratybas lankančių vyrų raumenų jėgos lavinimo metodikas Kita problema taikomų pratimų atlikimo metodų veiksmingumas. Sporto klubuose dirbantys specialistai pradedantiesiems taiko kaip taisyklė klasikine tapusią D.Veiderio metodiką. Savaime suprantama, kad būtina kritiškai įvertinti šią metodiką ir bandyti ieškoti įdomesnių ir veiksmingesnių vyrų fizinės saviugdos, atliekant kultūrizmo pratimus metodikų. Tyrimo objektas. The majority of them have no experience in exercising and being tempted by commercials, films and articles, hope for a very fast result. Coaches working at sports clubs naturally have to teach those men how to perform the exercises methodically correctly, to develop a habit of stable and consistent exercising. Therefore it is essential to analyse and provide scientific reasoning for muscle strength training techniques used by men attending bodybuilding workouts in their leisure time. PSICHOSOCIALINĖ MOKSLEIVIŲ PATIRTIS IR PATYČIOS: SĄVEIKOS TENDENCIJOS / Psychosocial experience and bullying: the tendencies of interaction

Bakalauro darbe analizuojamos patyčių raiškos ir psichosocialinės moksleivių patirties sąsajos. Suformuluota hipotezė, kad patyčių patyrimą ir tyčiojimąsi paauglystėje labiausiai įtakoja šeimoje įgyta psichosocialinė patirtis. Tyrime dalyvavo 129 5-8 klasių moksleiviai. Anketinės apklausos metu tirta, kokie individualūs veiksniai nulemia patyčių raišką, kaip ši raiška yra susijusi su šeimoje, klasėje ir mokykloje įgyta psichosocialine patirtimi. Tyrimo metu nustatyta, kad dažniau iš kitų tyčiojasi vyresni paaugliai. Svarbų vaidmenį vaidina respondentų turimi lingvistiniai gebėjimai – kuo respondentai gabesni kalboms, tuo rečiau jie yra spardomi, apspjaudomi, reketuojami, ignoruojami, pravardžiuojami ir šmeižiami, prieš juos rečiau kurstomi aplinkiniai bei jie patys rečiau tyčiojasi iš kitų. Didelės įtakos turi ir televizijos žiūrėjimas: kuo dažniau paaugliai laisvu metu žiūri televizorių, tuo dažniau jie rašinėja bjaurius užrašus apie kitus vaikus, siuntinėja jiems negražius laiškus, spjaudosi, reketuoja, prasivardžiuoja, šmeižia arba melagingai kaltina kitus vaikus. Taip pat išsiaiškinta, jog daugiau patyčių patiria tie paaugliai, kurie gyvena tik su tėčiu arba konfliktiškose šeimose, tačiau jie ir patys daugiau tyčiojasi iš kitų. Šeimos materialinė gerovė susijusi su retesnėmis patyčiomis. Kuo gausesnėje šeimoje auga respondentai, tuo daugiau patyčių jie patiria. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / Frequent bullying is a most common form of aggressive behavior at comprehensive school and is treated as deliberate, frequent negative individual or group actions against person, usually weaker and unable to protect himself, aiming at his wounding or injury. In this paper is analyzed the interaction of bullying and individual psychosocial experience. 129 schoolchildren from 5-8 classes took part in this research. Findings: By others frequently bullies older teenagers. The more abilities for learning different languages have respondents, the less they are kicked, spited up, racketed, ignored, dubbed and slandered, and less they bully from others. The TV also has a significant impact on bullying: the more often teenagers watch TV, the more they are making ugly records of other children, sends them ugly letters, spit on, racket, dub, denigrate or falsely accuse the other children. It also made clear that the more bulling experience have those teenagers who lives with a father or in the feuding families, but they more bullies from others. Higher family incomes is associated with the less bullies. The bigger is respondent’s family, the more bullies they experience. Physical bullying more common in the oldest children in the family group, and verbal – in the middle. The only inhibitive bullying parenting style is democratic. Profesinio rengimo tinklo veiklos tobulinimo problema kaitos kontekste Lietuvoje kaip niekada yra aktuali. EUROSTAT duomenimis, Lietuva yra tarp trijų labiausiai atsiliekančių Europos Sąjungos šalių pagal darbo jėgos dalyvavimą formaliajame ir neformaliajame mokyme. Šalies profesinio rengimo sektorius nespėja reaguoti į aplinkos pokyčius ir šalies ūkio poreikius, t.y. trūksta kvalifikuotų darbininkų, paslaugų sektoriaus darbuotojų, aukštos kvalifikacijos specialistų. Tyrimo objektas: profesinio rengimo centrų veiklos ypatumai. Tyrimo tikslas: atskleisti profesinio rengimo centrų veiklos ypatumus kaitos sąlygomis, pateikti rekomendacijas profesinio rengimo centrų veiklos tobulinimui. Tyrimo metodologija. In accordance with EUROSTAT data Lithuania is among three countries of the European Union with the least developed participation of labour force in formal and informal education. The sector of vocational training does not react to the changes of environment and country’s economy fast enough, i.e. there is a constant shortage of qualified workers, workers in service sector and high qualification specialists. Subject of the study: activity peculiarities of vocational training centres. Bakalauro darbe analizuojami ugdymo sunkumai, kylantys mokant kairiarankius vaikus. Suformuluoti du tyrimo klausimai, į kuriuos siekiama atsakyti bakalauro darbe: 1) Ar pedagogams kyla sunkumų mokant kairiarankius vaikus? 2) Su kokiais ugdymo sunkumais susiduria pedagogai, mokydami kairiarankius vaikus? / The educational difficulties for teaching left-handed children are analysed in this paper. The problematic questions have discribed the problem of the research: 1) Do teachers have difficulties for teaching left-handed children? 2) Which difficulties have teachers for teaching left-handed children with? 118 teachers from Akmene’ zone secondary schools participated in this investigation. Which difficulties have teachers for teaching left-handed children and what difficulties have left-handed children has been examined by questioning the teachers. These questions were revised by semi-structured interview. The empirical analysis show that teachers have difficulties in theoretical and methodological news, skills and in little experience. The most difficulties are in educational activity, where the small motoric is used: in writing, drawing, etc. The most effective solution in the teachers assumption is the increasing of their competency in developing their skills and getting theoretical knowledge by lectures and practical seminars. The other solution is interaction and cooperation with the left-handed children and their parents.

Recently in Lithuania from behind the worsen material and social life a decency of the family. Also, tne defence of children is diminished. Children most ofter become the sacrifices of the social development. Families who live in poverty encaunter partycularty with difficulties in the upbringing, in the child – minding and in the control of behaviour of children. There are many children who don,t work, learn. Some children are on the road. They often get mixed up in criminal activity. This is a drug addiction and an alcoholizm. In my work I considired peculiarities of the children of the group of the risk and the dependence of the peculiarities on the surroundings. In order to clear up the age peculiarities of the children of the group of the risk was carried out an experiment and 666 children of the group of the risk from 4 th – 10 th forms were questioned. Having analised the given experiment, it is possible to maintain, that the peculiarities of the children of the risk are different and they depend on the age. In order to help children of the risk, to bring the children up to be fully fledged, that they became the generation of the future, it is necessary to strengthed an influence of the famoly in the life of the child. It is necessary to pay more attention to the employment and leisure of the children.

In this work we were trying to disclose children and adolescents values and self-esteem connection with the learning achievements of music. Tasks: 1. Ascertain children and adolescents self-esteem, orientation of values, psychic self-feeling in music lessons connection with the learning achievements of music. 2. Ascertain children and adolescents self-esteem, orientation of values, psychic self-feelings, achievements and difficulties of learning music connection with the interest of music. 3. Compare children and adolescence, girls and boys, interests of music, orientation of values, psychic self-feeling in music lessons, the difficulties of learning music, self-esteem and achievements of learning music. The methods of research: sociological, psychological, studying and analyzing pedagogic literature, forming. 200 schoolchildren in the investigation participated: 100 children and 100 adolescents. Research results confirmed the hypotheses that when music achievements are growing up the psychic self-feeling is better, it is more interesting, (r = 0,234, p = 0,001), pleasantly (r = 0,234, p = 0,001), successful (r = 0,217, p = 0,002) and like to learn music more (r = 0,211, p = 0,003). Research results confirmed the second hypotheses. It was found out, that when music achievements are growing up the self-esteem is getting better. The theme of the work: the specific features of motivation of persons depending on strong drinks; to describe their psychological characteristics; to foresee possibilities of the correction. The aim to be achieved: to present the survey of pedagogical, psychological and sociological literature; to reveal the most important reasons of the motivation of the alcoholism, to survey the possibilities of correction of persons depending on strong drinks. Analysis of the literature part has showed that the alcoholism has ones etiology and develops little by little under certain stages of the development of the alcoholism. Strong drinks are used to raise ones spirits, to relax, also I critical periods of a person’s life (when a person looses friends, ideals, dreams, friendship, social status, family). In time the consuming of strong drinks becomes dependence and later this dependence develops into chronicle alcoholism. Physical and psychical decline is characteristic for the chronicle alcoholism. Scientists have not established types of personality of an alcoholic but only have indicated the influence of alcohol upon them and have identified certain characteristic features of a personality.
