Cette thèse entend contribuer à la construction d’un dispositif théorique méthodologique pour l’analyse des médiations symboliques à l’œuvre dans l’espace public lors des débats de société. Dans un premier temps, nous proposons de discuter les conditions épistémologiques de l’analyse des discours circulant dans l’espace public pour dégager des formes idéologiques (au sens large). Nous montrons dans un second temps que les discussions entre internautes à propos du nucléaire, sur les sites de presse en ligne, après l’accident de Fukushima, sont structurées par un nombre limité de grands cadres d’intelligibilité que nous appelons « modes d’appréhension ». Ces modes d’appréhension n’apparaissent jamais vraiment sous leur forme canonique, mais se retrouvent par bribes dans la parole individuelle des internautes. Ils peuvent alors être reconstruits, dans une optique d’analyse argumentative du discours, par le regroupement de « topoï » épars en micro-univers de sens relativement consistants et cohérents. La mise au jour de ces divers modes d’appréhension, construits et perpétués dans la circulation discursive, permet à la fois de faire apparaître une partie des médiations symboliques de la communication sociale sur le nucléaire après Fukushima, de faire émerger les points critiques de la réflexion politique et philosophique sur le sujet, et d’observer quelques-unes des sédimentations idéologiques dominantes de notre modernité. / This thesis aims to contribute to the construction of a theoretical and methodological framework for the analysis of symbolic mediations which occur in the public sphere during public debates. Firstly, we discuss the epistemological conditions of a search for ideological forms shaped by the circulation of discourses. Secondly, we show that conversations about civil nuclear power among internet users on comment boards of online news websites are structured by a limited number of frames of intelligibility that we call "modes of apprehension". These modes of apprehension never occur in their canonic form: they only appear by fragments in the speech of individuals. Hence, an argumentative analysis of discourse can be used to rebuild them by reordering the multiple "topoï" in consistent and coherent universes of meaning. Bringing out these modes of apprehension, forged and perpetuated by the circulation of discourses, has three main interests : we highlight some of the symbolic mediations of the social communication about civil nuclear power after Fukushima ; we underline some of the main political and philosophical issues of the question ; and we examine some of the dominant ideological sedimentations of our modernity.

The aim of my Master's thesis is to suggest suitable options that could enhance the development of tourism in the European Union with regard to their contribution to sustainable development. The basic terms and fundamental concepts related to tourism are described in the first chapter. The second chapter provides a closer look at tourism in the countries of the European Union and its institutional arrangements. Sustainable development and environmentally friendly forms of tourism are introduced in the third chapter. The following chapter talks about the EU projects related to tourism. Finally, the last chapter captures specific suggestions which, if implemented, could lead to the development of tourism.

Trata-se, nesta dissertação, da análise do conceito de gramática, tal como Wittgenstein o usa no período de escrita das Investigações Filosóficas. Nesse sentido, mostra-se que ele não julga que a gramática seja essencial para a instituição de uma linguagem. Um corolário disso é que aquilo que Wittgenstein chamou, de modo bastante geral, de regras gramaticais tampouco o são. Veremos que esta posição é o resultado de uma virada importante no pensamento de Wittgenstein, a partir da qual os conceitos de forma de vida e prática, bem como o papel da experiência, em geral, assumem posição fundamental em sua apresentação do que seja a linguagem. Com efeito, é partir destes conceitos que poderemos apresentar com alguma perspicuidade as fontes da normatividade da linguagem, em geral, e da gramática, em especial. / The central topic of this dissertation is the analysis of the concept of grammar, as Wittgenstein uses it in the period of composition of the Philosophical Investigations. In this sense, we will show that he does not think that a grammar is an essential condition for the establishment of a language. A corollary of this latter point is that what Wittgenstein called, quite generally, rules of grammar does not constitute such a condition either. We will see that this position is the result of a major turning point in Wittgensteins thought, from which the concepts of form of life and practice, as well as the role of experience, in general, assume a key position in his presentation of what language is. Taking this concepts as point of departure, we intend to present with some perspicuity some sources of the normativity of language, in general, and of grammar, in particular.

A hipertensão arterial é a principal causa da incidência de doenças cardiovasculares no mundo. Os diuréticos anti-hipertensivos como a indapamida são muito utilizados para o tratamento da hipertensão arterial, sendo a formulação de liberação prolongada muito eficaz e bem tolerada para o uso em pacientes idosos. Sistemas multiparticulados de formas farmacêuticas sólidas orais de liberação prolongada apresentam uma série de vantagens tecnológicas e biofarmacotécnicas em relação aos sistemas monolíticos.Assim, o presente trabalho teve como objetivo desenvolver formas farmacêutica sólidas multiparticuladas de indapamida com controle de liberação através de sistema de revestimento utilizando polivinilacetato e sistema matricial de hipromelose. Para avaliação das diferentes formulações de minicomprimidos de indapamida de liberação prolongada, foram empregados os aparatos 1 (cesta) e 3 (Bio-Dis) para, deste modo, identificar aquelas cuja liberação do fármaco estivesse mais próxima do produto referência (Natrilix SR® 1,5mg). Ao final, foi realizada uma busca de patentes relacionadas ao sistema multiparticulado de liberação prolongada de indapamida, para avaliar a possibilidade de uma patente para a formulação proposta. / Hypertension is the main cause of cardiovascular disease around the world. Diuretic antihypertensives, such as indapamide, are widely used for treating hypertension, and, with regards to elderly patients, its extended release formulation is the most effective and well tolerated. Multiparticulate systems of solid oral dosage forms for extended release present a series of technological and biopharmaceutical benefits, when compared to monolithic systems. Thus, the purpose of this study was to develop a multiparticulate solid form of indapamide with controlled release by using a polyvinyl acetate coating system and a hypromelose matrix. For an evaluation of different formulations of indapamide extended release mini-tablets, a 1 (basket) and 3 (Bio-Dis) apparatus was used to identify those with a drug release rate closest to the reference product, Natrilix® SR 1.5mg. Finally, multiparticulate indapamide extended release patents were researched, in order to evaluate the possibility of obtaining a patent for the proposed formulation.

Foram analisados 84 lotes de especialidades fitoterápicas de uso oral, na forma de cápsula, comprimido e pó, contendo 17 drogas vegetais, produzidas por 20 fabricantes e comercializadas em farmácias, drogarias, lojas de produtos naturais e supermercados da cidade de são Paulo. O confronto da apresentação comercial das mesmas em relação à legislação nacional, indicou que a minoria (15/84) atendeu a tais exigências, além de ter demonstrado total falta de padronização de qualidade pelos produtores, inclusive com ausência de definição e conceituação, enquadrando-as indistintamente como medicamentos alopáticos, homeopáticos, produtos dietéticos ou alimentos. Efetuou-se a quantificação de bactérias aeróbias mesófilas (forma vegetativa e esporulada) e de fungos (bolores e leveduras), através da técnica de tubos múltiplos, bem como a pesquisa de Escherichia coli e Salmonella sp. pela metodologia oficial internacional. A contaminação fúngica, predominantemente de bolores, foi inferior em relação à bacteriana aeróbia mesófila, pois o máximo detectado para aquela foi de 4,6 X 105, enquanto que para esta 5,1 X 109/g. A incidência fúngica com carga maior ou igual a 102/g foi de 34,5%, contra 53,6% da carga bacteriana vegetativa com 104/g ou mais e 45,2% da bacteriana esporulada, com o mesmo nível. A determinação do Número Mais Provável de Escherichia coli indicou incidência de 6,0% com a carga maior igual a 1,5 X 102/g. Houve estreita relação entre a carga bacteriana vegetativa total e o número de esporos, assim como a presença de patogênicos específicos em produtos altamente contaminados. Amostras sob a forma de pó foram as mais afetadas, seguidas de cápsulas e comprimidos. Pelo confronto dos dados encontrados, com os diversos padrões microbianos aplicados para medicamentos não estéreis de uso oral, para insumos e produtos fitoterápicos, o índice de aprovação variou de 29,8 a 94,0%. Mesmo frente ao padrão da FIP, a rejeição especialidades fitoterápicas analisadas foi da ordem de 59,5%. Em vista da qualidade sanitária de muitos destes produtos ser imprópria para o consumo, e após análise crítica dos vários padrões microbianos, discutiu-se a necessidade de implantação de especificações nacionais, ainda que a caráter provisório, sugerindo-se limites de tolerância para medicamentos fitoterápicos de uso oral. / 84 samples of phytotherapic products of oral solid dosage forms (capsules, tablets and powders) containing 17 different crude drugs and produced by 20 laboratories, marketed in drugstores, herborist\'s and supermarkets at são Paulo-Brazil were analysed with regard to legal marketing requirements, only 15 samples were in accordance. A complete lack of quality standard was attributed to the manufacturers, including indefinition as to the classification of products among allopathic or homeopathic pharmaceuticals or foods or dietetics. The total aerobic bacterial (vegetative and sporulated forms) and fungal (moulds and yeasts) contents were determined by multiple tube technique; moreover tests were carried out for Escherichia coli and Salmonella sp. by official international methods. The fungal contamination was predominantly of moulds and lower than the aerobic bacterial one. The maximum counts were 4,6 X 105 and 5,1 X 109/g, respectively, for fungi and bacteria. The frequency of samples with or more than 102/g fungi/g was 34,5% that for vegetative and sporulated bacterial counts with or more than 104/g was respectively, 53,6 and 45,2%. The incidence of Escherichia coli was about 6,0% with the highest level at 1,5 X 102/g. There was a tight relation between the vegetative and sporulated bacterial counts as well as the presence of specific pathogenic microorganisms in highly contaminated samples. The highest contamination occured in powders followed by capsules and tablets. Comparing our experimental data with the corresponding microbial standards for oral non sterile pharmaceuticals, crude drugs and phytotherapic products, the index of approval varied between 29,8 and 94,0%. Even by FIP\'s standards 59,5% of the phytotherapic specialties analysed had to be rejected. As many of these products showed innadequate sanitary quality for consumption, coupled to a critical analysis of the different microbial standards, the discution was raised about the necessity of establishing national specifications, even if provisional. Suggestions are made as to the contamination limits of oral phytotherapic pharmaceuticals.

Nesta tese, discutem-se, dentre outros, os conceitos de \"auditório universal\", de Perelman (2000); o de \"contrato de comunicação\", de Charaudeau (1992); os conceitos de duplo vínculo e enquadres, propostos por Bateson (1972), e abre-se também espaço para os principais tipos de paradoxos. Nela apresentase ainda a teoria dos semas e de sua combinatória, segundo Langendoen (1971), e, finalmente, analisa-se o sermão pelo Bom sucesso das armas de Portugal contra as de Holanda. O trabalho tem por objetivo evidenciar que o discurso religioso do Padre Antônio Vieira, no Sermão Pelo bom sucesso das armas de Portugal contra as de Holanda, é um discurso paradoxal porque desconstrói a si próprio. Para atingir tal propósito, confrontam-se os argumentos de que Vieira faz uso para dirigir-se a Deus, no referido sermão, com os textos das Sagradas Escrituras; analisa-se a argumentatividade das formas nominais do verbo, com ênfase particular na estrutura do gerúndio, enquanto ato ilocucional, a partir do Sermão da Sexagésima, e descreve-se um tipo de paradoxo pragmático: a roda argumentativa. / In this thesis, among others, the concepts of \"universal auditorium\", from Perelman (2000); \"communication contract\", from Charaudeau (1992); the concepts of double bind and frames, proposed by Bateson (1972) are discussed, and room is opened for the main types of paradox. In this one, the theory of semantic traits and its combinatory, according to Langedoen (1971) is also presented and, finally, the sermon For the good success of Portugal\'s weapons against Holland\'s is analyzed. The work has as a scope to evidence that the religious speech from Father Antônio Vieira, at the sermon For the good success of Portugal\'s weapons against Holland\'s, is a paradoxal speech for it unbuilds itself. To reach such purpose, the arguments Vieira uses to address God are confronted, at the referred sermon, with the Holy Scriptures\' texts; the argumentativity of the nominal forms of the verbs is analyzed, with particular emphasis on the structure of the gerund, as an illocutionary act, starting from Sermon of the Sixtieth, and a kind of pragmatic paradox is created: the argumentative round.

(Four Days in September) (1997), by Bruno Barreto. With this aim, it adopts the methodology proposed by author Manuela Penafria (2009) and, thus, it outlines and analyses the representations of torture in these selected films. Thus, the study has identified specific sequences for the film analysis and description in each of the motion picture productions. It justifies these choices by the dramatic link between action and torture scenes, in addition to the portrayals of guiding elements for the descriptions and analyses, such as the presence of the tortured and torturers, with further addition of situations related to the issue of torture in Brazilian dictatorship. This work presents historical aspects such a regime, primarily the years from 1968 to 1973, periods corresponding to the narratives of either film, based upon the theoretical contributions from authors such as Élio Gaspari (2002a, 2002b, 2003), Marcelo Ridenti (1993), Jacob Gorender (1987), Daniel Aarão Reis Filho (2000) and Beatriz Kushnir (2001). In the first comparative stage, the reflection falls upon the creation, functioning and role of Embrafilme, in particular the actions of director Roberto Farias while he headed this statutory board, and, later, upon the repercussions from the sanctions by censorship units taken against his film Prá frente, Brasil (1982). In the second stage, regarding the film from Bruno Barreto, the survey presents a time frame pertaining to the occasion of the hijacking of the American Ambassador, in 1969, with the resulting conclusion of that action. In particular, the study comments upon a panorama of the publication, marketing and repercussion of the book O que é isso, companheiro? (1979) by Fernando Gabeira, since it served as guide for the script for this film. In addition, the research highlights the changes in finance modes and their consequences during the moment known as Cinema da Retomada (Resuming Cinema), according to authors Lúcia Nagib (2002, 2007), Pedro Butcher (2005) and Luiz Zanin Oricchio (2003). In summary, these productions, by reason of distinct options by their directors, failed to identify or name those guilty of torture practices incurred during the period of Brazil's dictatorial military regime, yet nevertheless they contributed to the collective imaginary and still allow new reflections to be made upon this theme and that era that have not been explored sufficiently and more pointedly. / Este estudo compara as representações da tortura, perpetradas durante o período da ditadura militar brasileira, em dois filmes sobre essa temática, Prá frente, Brasil (1982), de Roberto Farias e O que é isso, companheiro? (1997) de Bruno Barreto. Com esta intenção, o estudo opta pela metodologia proposta pela autora Manuela Penafria (2009) e, assim, descreve e analisa as representações da tortura dos filmes selecionados. Portanto, são identificadas sequências específicas para a análise e descrição fílmica em cada uma das produções cinematográficas. Justifica-se tais escolhas pela relação dramática entre ações e cenas de tortura, além das representações de elementos norteadores para as descrições e análises, tais como presença de torturados e torturadores, além de situações relacionadas ao tema da tortura na ditadura brasileira. Este trabalho apresenta aspectos históricos da ditadura brasileira, principalmente entre os anos de 1968 e 1973, períodos correspondentes às narrativas de cada um dos filmes, a partir dos aportes teóricos de autores, tais como Élio Gaspari (2002a, 2002b, 2003), Marcelo Ridenti (1997, 2001, 2007), Jacob Gorender (1987), Daniel Aarão Reis Filho (2000) e Beatriz Kushnir (2001). Na primeira etapa comparativa, reflete-se sobre a criação, funcionamento e papel da Embrafilme, em especial, sobre a atuação do diretor Roberto Farias, enquanto gestor da entidade, depois, quanto às repercussões sobre as sanções dos órgãos de censura impetradas contra o seu filme Prá frente, Brasil (1982). Na segunda etapa, em relação ao filme de Bruno Barreto, a pesquisa apresenta um recorte temporal relativo à época da ação de sequestro do embaixador norte-americano, em 1969, com o consequente desfecho da ação. Em especial, comenta um panorama sobre a publicação, divulgação e repercussão do livro O que é isso, companheiro? (1979) de Fernando Gabeira, já que serviu de guia para o roteiro para este filme. Além disso, destaca as mudanças dos modelos de financiamento e suas consequências durante o momento reconhecido como Cinema da Retomada, de acordo com autores Lúcia Nagib (2002, 2007), Pedro Butcher (2005) e Luiz Zanin Oricchio (2003). Em síntese, essas produções, por diferentes opções dos seus diretores, deixaram de identificar ou nomear culpados pelas práticas da tortura impetradas durante o período da ditadura militar brasileira. Não obstante, contribuíram para o imaginário coletivo e ainda permitem que novas reflexões sejam feitas sobre o tema e a época que não foram explorados suficiente e contundentemente.
