Neurolingvistinio programavimo ypatumai sisteminėse organizacijose / Features of Neurolinguistic Programming in systemic organizations

Dromantaitė, Laura 06 August 2009 (has links)
Neurolinguistic Programming, NLP in short, is not just a methodology, but also a system of perspectives for achieving personal proficiency. Systemic organization is valued by its elements, their connections and interdependence as a whole approach. The aim of this Master thesis is to prove the influence of the practical application of Neurolinguistic Programming methodology on the effective running of a systemic organization. The work is divided into three parts, where the first part reveals the features of Neurolinguistic Programming on the theoretical level, and their practical application in systemic organizations. In the second part, the features of Neurolinguistic Programming applied in the executive operations of an organisation are evaluated through a systemic perspective. After identifying the problematic areas, the third part substantiates the constructive influence of the projecting of Neurolinguistic Programming methodology on systemic organizations. The evaluated results of the survey based on systemic approach in an organisation have in part confirmed the proposed hypothesis. It is proved by reliable and systematic statistical connections found between the orientation of the leaders and their employees. According to the acquired results, an intervention of Neurolinguictic Programming methodology is recommended in the operating of a systemic organisation. This work is useful for managers, who treats organizations through systemic approach and wish to create... [to full text]

This research deals with an analysis of the linguistic-cognitive/psychic facts of an aphasic poet subject (SL). It adopts the theoretical-methodology perspective of the Discursive Neurolinguistics (ND) which has been developed in UNICAMP by Coudry since 1988 and thus part of the principle is that aphasic subjects as well as the non-aphasic ones carry out linguistic-cognitive/psychic work whose expression in aphasias can be understood as alternative processes of signification. Some of the alternative processes of signification are presented and discussed and those are used by SL to deal with aphasia and remain subject of the language. The role of the poetic function is highlighted in case of an emergency of such processes and in reorganizing the language. The data analysis which is carried out especially under the jakobsonian concepts could detail the knowledge related to alternative processes of signification that is to favor the understanding of how aphasic SL deals with the bipolarity of the language and with other cognitive/psychic processes. In addition to the case study, this research analyzes part of the theoretical and methodological production of Neurology/Neurocience and of Phonoaudiology related to aphasias and presents Discursive Neurolinguistic (DN) as an important reference to the studies and to clinical practices with damaged brains subjects / Doutorado / Doutor em Linguística

Sujeitos, histórias e rótulos : a leitura e a escrita de crianças e jovens diagnosticados com dislexia / Subject, stories and labels : reading and writing of children and young people diagnosed with dyslexia

Muller, Laura, 1984- 23 August 2018 (has links)
Orientadores: Maria Irma Hadler Coudry, Sonia Maria Sellin Bordin / Dissertação (mestrado) - Universidade Estadual de Campinas, Instituto de Estudos da Linguagem / Made available in DSpace on 2018-08-23T03:03:35Z (GMT). Nesse processo, a aprendizagem da leitura e da escrita desconstrói e desqualifica o diagnóstico que vai perdendo força e sentido na história do sujeito / Abstract: This research aims to analyze the acquisition and the use of reading and writing in five children and young people who received the diagnosis of Dyslexia and who were longitudinally followed in the Centro de Convência de Linguagens (CCazinho) at the Institute of Language Studies (IEL), at Unicamp. From the encounter between the researcher and the research subjects, the critical diagnosis is traced and guided by the theoretical and methodological perspective of Discursive Neurolinguistics (ND). Firstly, one argues about the erroneous conception of reading and writing as code, which appears in the definition, evaluation and treatment of dyslexia. At the same time, through the analysis of data regarding the reading and writing of the subjects followed, one seeks to deconstruct what was seen as a symptom of dyslexia to investigate the hypothesis that these children and young people build in the process of acquisition and use of reading and writing. Then, the review focuses on the function and the reach that the diagnosis has socially. For this, one uses the interpretation of diagnostic such as devices (Agamben, 2010) which capture the subject, guide and determine the speeches and way of acting of the school, the family and the subject themselves. Strategically, the diagnosis of Dyslexia displaces the social issues to the bodies of the subjects and disclaims society by the increasing failure in teaching reading and writing which we live today. The mode of operation of this device is discussed by the analysis of the subjects and their families' speeches about the diagnosis and by the analysis of the diagnostic reports, the school data and the treatments that some of the subjects were submitted to. Finally, one seeks to give visibility to the diagnoses hidden problems, investigating the non-pathological difficulties that these subjects have. For this, one discusses how these subjects are failing in school, sometimes because they face difficulties in understanding the little explicit game of that institution, either because the family has been unable, for various reasons, to help the subjects, or because the school, the reading and the writing do not make sense to them. In contrast, one analyzes the longitudinal follow of one of the research subjects, discussing how the practices with/about language in CCazinho - that take into account the individual, his history, his interests and build an active speaker for his reading and writing - opens a possibility of changes in the process of acquisition and use of reading and writing of the child. In this process, the learning of reading and writing deconstructs and disqualifies the diagnosis that ends losing strength and direction in the history of the subject / Mestrado / Linguistica / Mestra em Linguística

Como resultados os participantes descreveram ter desenvolvido habilidades de comunicação e noção clara da aplicação das técnicas de PNL nos ambientes pessoais e profissionais, na avaliação do curso / Abstract: The Technical Assistance and Rural Extension in Brazil, restructured in 2003, bring new concepts of structural and ideological basis, thus recreating forms of work, including on the training of its extension professionals. This context brought an opening for the development of new works that includ the farmer and his family, from his personal development. Techniques such as participatory appraisal and planning, the extension worker's role as facilitator, has throught the need of necessitated the development of the extension agent with communication skills, leadership, encouragement, motivation and tools to be able to assist them in their work in the field. Due to this proposal, there is a neurolinguistic programming (NLP), communication technology that uses the brain and behavior to study the human subjectivity. Also it studies how the experiences program the brain and affect the system of beliefs and individual values. Working with the human being development is to contribute to their entire success. The notion that NLP brings is expanded to the extent that its benefits are enjoyed by those who participate in the training and all those around them. How can NLP be used in rural areas? Through the training of extension agents with NLP techniques. With this goal, we applied a Basic Course in NLP, for the extension professionals to develop communication skills, leadership perspectives, working with beliefs and values, behavioral flexibility, ability to formulate and identify goals, metamodel of language development creativity and power of observation / Mestrado / Planejamento e Desenvolvimento Rural Sustentável / Mestre em Engenharia Agrícola

Nilsson, Annacarin January 2016 (has links)
This paper is a qualitative, theory-based study with a phenomenological, hermeneutic approach and a didactic perspective. The aim of this study is to examine three educators experience of using both Drama in education (DP) and Neurolinguistic programming (NLP) in conjunction with each other, with the aim of changing limiting patterns in individuals and groups. The study examines the following research questions: 1. How does an educator describe their work, using the combination of DP and NLP, with the aim to change limiting patterns? 2. What similarities as well as differences do educators experience between the two methodologies DP and NLP? 3. Why did the educator choose this particular combination? As background there's a brief description of education from a historic point of view and the concept of DP and NLP are explained together with examples of comprehensive research in the field. Following this: learning as theory is presented from the perspective of neuroscience, DP and NLP. Finally the concept of "limiting" patterns is described in detail.Three educators, working with both methods in conjunction, were interviewed and these interviews were compiled, compared and analysed relative to the research questions and theory derived from neuroscience and brain research. The result showes that the educators who were interviewed experienced numerous benefits from using both the DP and NLP methods in conjunction with each other - thus achieving more effective results in changing limiting patterns in people's attitudes, behaviour and outlook. Whilst both methods have similarities and differences, it's noticeable that they bring very different elements to the process. DP is seen as a collective, open and interactive approach that, together with its creative educational aspect, is contributing with a dramatic frame for exploration and visualisation of a particular subject's underlying and dominant patterns. NLP – also frequently based on a dramatic frame - is focused on how these internal patterns are distributed neurologically throughout our senses. The educators believe that DP and NLP used in conjunction creates an effective collaborative formula for change of patterns. Furthermore, NLP offers insights on how the educational approach can be effectively deepened and reinforced. Finally, the study shows that the combination works equally well in both group and individual processes.

Facilitating forgiveness: an NLP approach to forgiving

Von Krosigk, Beate Christine 31 May 2004 (has links)
Facilitating forgiveness: an NLP approach to forgiving is an attempt at uncovering features of the blocks that prevent people to forgive. These blocks to forgiveness can be detected in the real life situations of the six individuals who told me their stories. The inner thoughts, feelings and the subsequent behaviour that prevented them from forgiving others is clearly uncovered in their stories. The facilitation process highlights the features that created the blocks in the past thus preventing forgiveness to occur. The blocks with their accompanying features reveal what needs to be clarified or changed in order to eventually enable the hurt individuals to forgive those who have hurt them. The application of discourse analysis to the stories of hurt highlights the links between the real life stories of the individuals within their contexts with regard to unforgiveness to the research findings of the existing body of knowledge, thereby creating a complexly interwoven comprehensive understanding of the individuals' thoughts, feelings, and behaviours in conjunction with their developmental phases within their socio-cultural contexts. Neuro-linguistic-programming (NLP) is the instrument with which forgiving is facilitated in the six individuals who expressed their conscious desire to forgive, because they were unable to do so on their own. Their emotions had the habit of keeping them in a place in which they were forced to relive the hurtful event as if it were happening in the present. Arresting the process of reliving negative emotions requires a new way of being in this world. The assumption that this can be learnt is based on the results from a previous study, in which forgiveness was uncovered by means of the grounded theory approach as a cognitive process (Von Krosigk, 2000). The results from the previous research in conjunction with the results and insights from this research study are presented in the form of a grounded theory model of forgiveness. / Psychology / D. A Hypnotic Digital Artefact

Cederlund, Micaela January 2023 (has links)
This essay investigates what may constitute a hypnotic digital artefact from a design standpoint. This essay is meant to help designers who want to create hypnotic digital artefacts in the shape of a game, or researchers who wants to further this field. With a case study analysing the game Cultist Simulator, this essay observes applications from this essay’s frameworks: NLP, Procedural Rhetorics, Flow, Trance, and Ericksonian Hypnosis. The case study serves to demonstrate how a larger scale reflection of intrinsic cross over points between hypnosis and the video game medium may take place within state-of-the-art discourse. This essay fulfils its design-aid purpose by charting factors that can be put in place to facilitate a trance and a hypnosis in a game, in a design table summarising design methods discussed. The means that may put a player’s mind in abeyance are posited here regarding how this may influence the game experience, including induction techniques, where suggestions are provided in how these might translate to a game format. Through its frameworks and case study, hypnotic content generation is put in focus, where this essay finds that games utilising metaphors and depicting inner spaces carry significance in this pursuit. It also finds that mirroring communication of the unconscious, such as adhering to rules of a dream state, and acknowledging the unconscious’ uses and capacities, has potential in this pursuit. Importantly, the essay includes a discussion on Cultist Simulator’s decadent aesthetics and its role in leading a player towards an alternate state of consciousness.
