From the theoretical perspective of Ciampa, based on the historicdialectic materialism, life history narratives of undergraduate students are studied. Such universe is first of all taken as source of reference of activities and experiences assimilated along their lives, thus serving as reference to the understanding of the process of constitution of their identities. The study seeks to apprehend this process, based on the conception of the socio-historic man and of identity as a metamorphosis process. Through these life histories, the process of development of specifically human aptitudes and the human sense named conscience are analyzed. Under the light of the conceptions from the socio-historic psychology, the qualitative transformation of the conscience through embedded factors that are internal and external to men is studied, particularly in what refers to identity. For this reason, research extends to the analysis of form and content of what the students think and how they express their thoughts as narratives, considering these as the objectivation of capacities or acquisitions implied in their academic activities. We then come to the analysis of elaborations of the students and to the interactions that sustain such elaborations. Consequently, we come to the work of the Social Service Course at PUC/SP and to the implication of this work in the process of constitution of the identity of its students, in this study, represented by two of them. By focusing on the identity process as metamorphosis, research is centered in the relationship established between course-student, grounded on the pedagogic project of the course and on the professional profile it proposes. As a result of this study, the effectiveness of a process of constitution of human identities was evidenced, considering that a determined proposal of undergraduate teaching and determined kinds of learning produce movements in the identity of the students, participants of this research. That is, it is possible to organize revolutionary teaching under the capitalist roof / Esta pesquisa constitui-se num estudo sobre o processo de constituição da identidade humana.

No. of bitstreams: 1 Liliane Pereira Braga.pdf: 663723 bytes, checksum: 02710f5a67698c9243916edc6121de47 (MD5) Previous issue date: 2007-10-23 / This research tried to understand how the civilizatory patrimony of the yorubas - known as "nagôs" in Brazil make it possible to constitute the afrodescendent identities with an emancipatory sense as they respect the freedom of the differences with the valorization of the social equality. The respect to diverseness is a fundamental value among the nagôs and the candomblé, one of the main receivers of its tradition, disseminates that value mainly through the yoruba mythology. This mythology is portrayed here as part of that civilizatory patrimony and encompasses, in persona of the orixás, the search for a society in which there is space for the diversity of human types, in an equalitarian way. To understand how the original inheritance of a piece of Africa makes it possible to constitute the afrodescendent identities with a emancipatory sense, a case study was done which involves the life history of Ilícito - a rapper who demonstrates in his music to share many of the present aspects of the African legacy being studied. Among them, it is the identification with the persona of the orixás, especially with Xangô. The plot around that orixá allows us to explore a little more the subject of the respect to alteration among the nagôs.

In the wake of the interpretation of Blanchot, which traces an analogy between the song of the sirens and the literature making, every writer repeats the deed of Homeric’s character, since the narrative is an unpredictable and infinite searching movement, which makes present the navigation from the actual song to the imaginary song. We question whether there is a resumption of the song of the sirens in the studied narrative, with the goal of specifying how it happens and what its significance is, assuming that the jaguanhenhém song erupts from the threshold experience of metamorphosis between human and inhuman voice/song; portuguese, tupi and animal noise; articulated and unarticulated language. After analysis, we have come to the conclusion that this narrative stages the act of narrating itself, using a language between human-inhuman, in the process of enchantment, seduction and perdition of the triad author-narrator-reader / Esta dissertação investiga a presença do canto das sereias homéricas em “Meu Tio o Iauaretê”, de Guimarães Rosa, tendo como referencial teórico os estudos de Blanchot (2005), Oliveira (2008),), Agamben (2014) e Nogueira (2014), dentre outros.

Komiksové adaptace ve výuce literatury na základní a střední škole / Comics adaptations in literatury education at elementary school and high school

Hrubanová, Anna January 2019 (has links)
This thesis deals with the use of comic adaptations in literary lessons at primary and secondary schools. The aim of this work is to map available comic adaptations of literary works written by Czech authors. The comic adaptations of Franz Kafka's novella The Metamorphosis will be evaluated based on pre-selected criteria. Part of the work will also be a comparison of the original text with the selected comic adaptation and noting the changes in the fictional world created by transferring it to the comic medium. The work will help teachers to understand the theory of comics. Theoretical knowledge will be applied in the creation of two teaching blocks built for the purposes of literary education at primary and secondary schools. The concrete implementation of both teaching blocks in practice will be compared.

La spécialisation du droit des biens / The specialization of the law of the properties

Demonte, Karine 25 January 2011 (has links)
The movement of the specialization of the law of the properties reveals all the wealth of this discipline.More exactly, the specialization of the law of the properties arouses numerous disorders and brings profound enrichments to the common law of the properties. This phenomenon of « specialization of the law of the properties » appears and is perfectly translated through the swarming of rights which exists outside of the civil code today. From then on a metaphor is outlined that of an atom where a multitude of electrons revolves around their nucleus. The joint of « the special law of the properties » and of the common law of the properties demonstrates the extraordinary plasticity of the guiding principles of the civil code, showing there fabulous springs which concentrates always today the civil code.

Bibliofictions: Ovidian Heroines and the Tudor Book

Reid, Lindsay Ann 17 January 2012 (has links)
This dissertation explores how the mythological heroines from Ovid‘s Heroides and Metamorphoses were cataloged, conflated, reconceived, and recontextualized in vernacular literature; in so doing, it joins considerations of voice, authority, and gender with reflections on Tudor technologies of textual reproduction and ideas about the book. In the late medieval and Renaissance eras, Ovid‘s poetry stimulated the imaginations of authors ranging from Geoffrey Chaucer and John Gower to Isabella Whitney, William Shakespeare, and Michael Drayton. Ovid‘s characteristic bookishness—his interest in textual revision and his thematization of the physicality and malleability of art in its physical environments—was not lost upon these postclassical interpreters who engaged with his polysemous cast of female characters. His numerous English protégés replicated and expanded Ovid‘s metatextual concerns by reading and rewriting his metamorphic poetry in light of the metaphors through which they understood both established networks of scribal dissemination and emergent modes of printed book production. My study of Greco-Roman tradition and English bibliofictions (or fictive representations of books, their life cycles, and the communication circuits in which they operate) melds literary analysis with the theoretical concerns of book history by focusing on intersections and interactions between physical, metaphorical, and imaginary books. I posit the Tudor book as a site of complex cultural and literary negotiations between real and inscribed, historical and fictional readers, editors, commentators, and authors, and, as my discussion unfolds, I combine bibliographical, historical, and literary perspectives as a means to understanding both the reception of Ovidian poetry in English literature and Ovid‘s place in the history of books. This dissertation thus contributes to a growing body of book history criticism while also modeling a bibliographically enriched approach to the study of late medieval and Renaissance intertextuality.

Goethe's Vision of Natur during the Italian Journey

Ewing, John Paul 2009 December 1900 (has links)
The following project will examine the scientific, metaphysical, and aesthetic themes connected to Goethe's vision of Natur during and surrounding the years of his famed Italian Journey. Goethe's progressing conceptualization of the Urpflanze during this period, as witnessed in his autobiographical Italienische Reise and the Versuch, die Metamorphose der Pflanzen zu erklaren, will be of special concern because of its pertinence to a number of vital natural scientific themes in Goethe's scientific work. I will also trace the progression of these themes over time as seen in Goethe's related theories of the intermaxillary bone and of the morphology of plant organs so as to maintain that the Italian Journey may be seen as a period not only of literary revitalization as commonly cited, but also of scientific progress in connection with Goethe's deepening understanding of Natur as well as its inherent laws and archetypal nature. The first chapter will introduce the project's problem in detail as well as the textual and critical obstructions associated with the project. I will maintain in Chapter II that Goethe's biography during the 1780s shows a systematic progression in the understanding of Natur in his scientific projects and in the Reise, which also helps to demonstrate that Goethe's Journey was a period during which Goethe was able to develop, in greater detail than heretofore, his metaphysical vision of Natur. In Chapter III, I will investigate the primary textual material on Goethe?s notion of the Urpflanze within the Italienische Reise and its resulting extension in his 1790 study of plant morphology, the Metamorphose der Pflanzen. Chapter IV will discuss the topic of the Eins in Nature and anschauende Urteilskraft as detected in Goethe's scientific writings. Chapter V will continue and conclude this argument by linking Richards' argument regarding "Romantic biologists" to Goethe?s natural science during the time of the Italian Journey, thus making a connection between Kunst and Natur in the Italienische Reise and in Goethe's scientific projects during and surrounding the Journey.

Κυπαρίσσης, Σωτήρης 25 May 2010 (has links)
The ecology and dynamics of settlement process were studied for four sparids (Diplodus vulgaris, D. sargus. D. annularis and Oblada melanura), in a coastal littoral in western Hellas. The benthic larval phase of each species was divided in six ontogenetic stages, according to specific patterns in appearance that followed a sequence. Preliminary observations showed non homogeneous distribution of the larvae in the area, so stratified sampling was applied. Strata represented the different substratum types accounted in each of the three depth zones of 0-1m, 1-2m and 2-5m. Data concerned abundances of each ontogenetic stage in each stratum during a 15 month interval and they were collected by visual census. Moreover, data on site-attachment ontogenetically depended behavior of benthic larvae of O. melanura were also collected. The later behavior was studied via an index devised for quantifying different expressions of residence behavior. Two of the studied species (D. vulgaris and D. sargus), settled during the cold period of the year while the other two settled during summer. Metamorphosis rates were faster at the first ontogenetic stages for all species, while they were faster in total for the summer species. Temporal and spatial distribution of the species was arranged in order to minimize competition. D. vulgaris and D. sargus settled in the same substratum types in different periods and O. melanura and D. annularis settled during the same period in different substrata. D. vulgaris remained in the nursery area the longest period, exhibiting the broadest ecological requirements, being distributed in different substrata and depths. O. melanura remained half as long in the nursery area, exhibiting the narrowest ecological requirements, staying always over hard substratum in shallow waters. The other two species exhibited intermediate conditions, with D. sargus preferring hard substratum and D. annularis, seagrass beds. None of the studied species preferred soft substratum. The shallowest part of the littoral appeared to be very important for three species (D. vulgaris, D. sargus, O. melanura) and the transition zones (between two different substrata), for all four of them. Benthic larvae of Oblada melanura commenced settlement in small shoals that resided for varying number of days in specific sites over stones or rocky substratum. Gradually as metamorphosis proceeded they became more kinetic forming larger shoals that expanded their home range.
