[pt] A MOBILIDADE ESPACIAL DOCENTE: UMA ANÁLISE DA PRECARIZAÇÃO DO TRABALHO / [en] THE SPATIAL MOBILITY OF TEACHER: AN ANALYSIS OF THE PRECARIOUSNESS OF WORKGLEYCE ASSIS DA SILVA BARBOSA 18 January 2021 (has links)
[pt] A reestruturação produtiva marca, dentre diversos aspectos, a intensificação global
diferentes setores, inclusive a educação mediante a mercantilização do ensino e a
ascensão do neoliberalismo.
Nesse
sentido, o objetivo desta pesquisa é, portanto, analisar a mobilidade dos professores
como parte do processo precarização do trabalho. Desse modo, a pesquisa dividese
[en] The productive restructuring marks, among several aspects, the global
intensification of flows and the expansion of work flexibility. This process reached
different sectors, including education through the commercialization of teaching
and the rise of neoliberalism. In this way, we have seen successive cuts in funds for
public education, deterioration of the basic educational system, legal changes in
labor legislation that have contributed to the intensification of precariousness,
especially affecting teachers. Thus, the existence of a flexible legal regulation and
differentiated systems of remuneration and workload between administrative
spheres allowed the category to accumulate jobs to achieve reasonable salaries,
which on the one hand masked the impoverishment of work and on the other
corroborated for the emergence of several operational, labor and urban problems,
such as the intense inter-school pendulum spatial flow. In this sense, the objective
of this research is, therefore, to analyze the mobility of teachers as part of the
precarious work process. Thus, the research is divided into a triad: to understand
the actions that cause precariousness; understand what mobility is and its
relationship with the production of space; map the spatiality of intra-urban flows of
these individuals (home-school and inter-school) pointing out their nature. For a
better definition of the theme, the empirical approach was chosen by teachers from
the final years of elementary and high school who work in the Metropolitan Micro-
Region of Rio de Janeiro, because in addition to having many teachers, it is a
conurbated area, consisting of pendulum flows that relate to population
arrangements derived from the metropolization process. In this sense, it was chosen
to use several statistical sources made available by INEP, especially the microdata
from the School Census to understand the problem in the macro dimension. It was
also chosen to apply a questionnaire to teachers to understand the perception of
these individuals in the micro sphere, that is, in the everyday.

[en] LIVING FROM MUSIC IN THE ONLINE AGE: DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES AND PROFESSIONAL MUSIC / [pt] VIVENDO DE MÚSICA NA ERA ONLINE: TECNOLOGIAS DIGITAIS E A MÚSICA PROFISSIONALGIOVANI BARREIRA MARANGONI 21 June 2021 (has links)
[en] Digital technologies for recording music and distributing it on physical media such as CDs initiated changes in the professional dynamics of musicians since the last two decades of the last century. With the turn of the millennium, digital technologies for online interaction and communication were added to them, especially promoted by the arrival and popularization of the internet. Together, digital recording technologies and digital online interaction and communication technologies have been imposing new meanings on a whole order of relationships canonized for years, which modifies the roles of practically all actors/actresses in this field. In this study, I researched the consequences of these digital and online technologies on the professional practices of musicians, in the light of communication theories, especially in a more pragmatic look for which I sought references in theorists of Media Ecology. I also researched the Brazilian academic production in the field of communication about ICTs and music, from the first 20 years of this century. I went to the field and interviewed in depth 22 music professionals, of different ages, musical genres and mainly stages of use of these new technologies, trying to understand what is significant and recurrent in their contemporary professional practices in this new world of music. In 40 years a lot has changed, from an industry that lost hegemonies maintained around the sale of music on physical media, to musicians who began to compose, produce, distribute and promote their songs from inside their rooms, in their modern and affordable home studios, mediating their processes autonomously for all corners of the world. There is a new musician on the scene. Digital, online, multidisciplinary, connected to economies of scale, unraveling the paradigms of the old industry, delighted and motivated by a supposed new democracy.

[en] FIGURATIONS OF LABOR IN BRAZILIAN FICTION CINEMA OF THE 21ST CENTURY: CONTINUITIES AND UPDATES / [pt] FIGURAÇÕES DO TRABALHO NO CINEMA DE FICÇÃO BRASILEIRO DO SÉCULO XXI: PERMANÊNCIAS E ATUALIZAÇÕESMICHELE PEREIRA RODRIGUES 31 October 2023 (has links)
Christian Laval, Pierre Dardot, Richard Sennett e Ricardo Antunes, visando pensar
as mudanças recentes no campo do trabalho.
cinema. / [en] This research examines aesthetic and social issues surrounding
representations of labor in cinema, particularly Brazilian cinema. It starts from the
premise that discourses on this subject have evolved over the decades, much like
labor relations themselves. As a focus, the proposal offers a critical analysis of four
feature films: Redemoinho (2016), Arábia (2017), Corpo Elétrico (2017), and
Temporada (2018). The main objective is to investigate how Brazilian fiction
cinema of the 21st century discusses subject-work relations in the present day. To
do so, we seek to discuss the connections between art and politics through the
perspectives of Jacques Rancière. Additionally, we adopt the theoretical
frameworks of Michel Foucault, Christian Laval, Pierre Dardot, Richard Sennett,
and Ricardo Antunes to reflect on recent changes in the field of labor. Moreover,
Jacques Rancière and Vera Follain de Figueiredo help us understand contemporary
narrative constructions, particularly Ismail Xavier, Jean-Claude Bernardet, and
Alfredo Suppia, who address the representation of the working class in cinema.

[pt] O TELETRABALHO NO TRIBUNAL REGIONAL FEDERAL DA 2ª REGIÃO: A EXPANSÃO DO PROJETO MODERNIZADOR DO PODER JUDICIÁRIO / [en] TELEWORK IN THE FEDERAL REGIONAL COURT OF THE 2ND REGION: THE EXPANSION OF THE MODERNIZING PROJECT OF THE JUDICIARYLUIZA SANTIAGO LESSA 30 August 2023 (has links)
processual e a eficiência.
subordinados estive sob comando do controle gerencial. Assim, a pesquisa aqui
[en] The present dissertation aimed to analyze the expansion of the telework
model in force at the Federal Regional Court of the 2nd Region (TRF2) as one of
the strategies of the project to modernize the Judiciary. Telework is a modality of
work carried out remotely through the use of technological apparatus - such as
connection to the internet network, computers, notebooks and/or cell phones-, and
which, for the most part, takes place at the worker s residence, either fully or partial.
This modality was formally introduced in the researched field in 2016, integrating
the set of measures proposed by the modernization project initiated in the Brazilian
Judiciary Power in 2009. The process known as modernization of the Judiciary
Power intends to implement more informational technologies while also promoting
a change in the management method of the courts in order to promote procedural
speed and efficiency. A milestone of this project was the implementation of the
electronic Legal Process, the PJe, which enabled the transfer of physical processes
to the digital environment while also facilitating that the production of the
magistrate and his subordinates was under the command of managerial control.
Thus, the research presented here, of a qualitative nature, focuses on bibliographies,
documents and official records such as Resolution N 227 of the National Council
of Justice and Resolution TRF2-RSP-2019/00046 of the Federal Regional Court of
the 2nd region, in order to identify telecommuting as one of the strategies of the
project to modernize the Judiciary Power, through the analysis of the case of the
implementation of the modality in the Federal Regional Court of the 2nd Region,
seeking to identify the complexities and contradictions present in this mode of work
that allow achieving the objectives of the modernization. As partial results, we
highlight the concentration of power in the managers of the units that use telework
as a management strategy that intends to create an agile and available server profile
aimed at increasing productivity, reducing costs with the workforce in the public
sector, serving above all, to the interests of the neoliberal project.

[en] CARNIVAL MAKERS: WOMEN S WORK IN THE SPECIAL GROUP OF THE SAMBA SCHOOLS IN RIO DE JANEIRO / [pt] FAZEDORAS DE CARNAVAIS: O TRABALHO FEMININO NAS ESCOLAS DE SAMBA DO GRUPO ESPECIAL DO RIODE JANEIRODESIREE BASTOS DE ALMEIDA 07 December 2023 (has links)
construção e manutenção do feminino nestes espaços.
fazedor trabalhador. / [en] This thesis reflects on the circumstances of the work carried out by women
in the Samba Schools of Rio de Janeiro. The path taken to discuss the female
paradigms in these associations starts from the context of origin of the Rio de
Janeiro Samba Schools and the female inclusions and exclusions in this process,
as well as their crossings by systems such as the State, Cultural Industry and
criminality, which explain much of the forms of construction and maintenance of
the feminine in these spaces. Likewise, mass culture, with television broadcasts,
is used as an object of analysis in the investigation of a consolidation of the
feminine in the social imaginary, whose impacts occur not only in the objective
scope - in the way these workers are treated in the production spaces called
barracões - but also in the subjective scope, by promoting female mythologies that
endorse, in these women, an alienation in relation to their own condition. In
addition, the observation in the field of the space occupied by women in the sheds
and the forms of sexual division of labor existing in these places, serve to reflect
on the contemporary condition of female work that produces the parades of the
Samba Schools in Rio de Janeiro. Finally, through a practical work, which involves
a filmic record in the field of some workers and their crafts in the sheds of the
Samba Schools, it is intended not only to register the female presence in these
spaces, but also to value their knowledge and, thus, to point out possible
sustainability alternatives for these carnival makers detached from the value
systems that govern the feminine in the Samba Schools, revealing other social
practices of work in the artist/craftsman, worker and maker relationship.

[pt] SERVIÇO SOCIAL EM EMPRESAS DIANTE DOS DESAFIOS DO TRABALHO CONTEMPORÂNEO / [en] SOCIAL WORK IN THE PRIVATE COMPANY IN THE FACE OF THE CHALLENGES OF CONTEMPORARY WORKMONIKA SCHLEMM RIBEIRO 19 December 2023 (has links)
lógica neoliberal, alterou aspectos políticos, sociais e econômicos do nosso país.
[en] The insertion of Social Work in the context of private companies has been a
necessity resulting from the capital-labor contradictions. Since the 1940s the
business area has been one of the slices of the labor market for social workers, so
many contours have been delineated in this socio-occupational space changing the
institutional requirements, the demands of the users of the services, as well as
reconfiguring the professional work. Since the 1990s, in Brazil, the scenario of
productive restructuring articulated to the neoliberal logic has altered political,
social and economic aspects of our country, from the set of modifications, it
stands out: deregulation of the rights of the working class and privatization of
State assets, both aspects foster free market competition and affect the labor
world, where Social Workers are professionally inserted to sell their workforce for
their survival and of their family, characterizing them as working class. Given
this, new responses and approaches began to be requested, as new needs emerged,
both on the part of the companies and of the subjects served. The purpose of this
research was to identify the main professional challenges in the face of the
societal transformations that occurred after the 1990s, based on the literature
produced by social workers linked to the Marxist tradition. The bibliographic
selection favored the books produced by authors considered reference by the
professional category, in the socio-occupational area of the company. In this
material we identify that there is a vast scope of possibilities for the performance
of the Social Worker, characterized by his critical potential, his theoretical and
technical knowledge, ethical and political commitment and his skills and
competences, which allows him to act in the attendance to the themes already
consolidated, as well as to surpass them. The valorization of the performance of
social workers in private companies, can occur on the part of the contractors, but
also on the part of the workers, because the Social Work not only in this space of
action, but also in the others, acts in the inliminable contradictions of the capitalist
order, the main one is in the capital can not do without work, in this case, makes
use of all possible resources to increase the extraction of surplus value.

[en] People with disabilities, in its historical process, have suffered various types of storms by having a difference of a physical, sensory or mental. Related to people with intellectual disabilities, the process of acceptance and integration of different subjects did not happen in a linear and easy. In search of dissociating mental illness with mental retardation associated with the current theoretical humanities and social sciences were formulated by the constitution and consolidation of the subject as mentally handicapped citizen rights and you can enter the job market. In this dissertation, the goal is to identify and analyze the factors that hinder the entry and maintenance of people with intellectual disabilities in the labor market in large companies of the Industrial Pole of Manaus / AM considering the applicability of the Law of Quotas, as regards the inclusion of persons with disabilities. For this exploratory research will be a spot in HR for some companies of the Industrial District of Manaus that have over one thousand employees in specialized institutions and government agencies. Was also conducted literature and documents on the subject? We conclude briefly that people with intellectual disabilities still suffer prejudice because they are considered weak or unable to perform one job at a company with people with sensory disabilities related to hearing and vision preferred to occupy the positions offered to the segment as the legislation by having a qualified and do not represent a major cost more in the adaptation of the workplace.

[en] UNCONTROLLED RISK IN MODERNITY: AN ANALYSIS FROM SOCIOLOGICAL AND PHILOSOPHICAL CONSIDERATIONS / [pt] DESCONTROLE E RISCO NA MODERNIDADE: UMA ANÁLISE A PARTIR DE CONSIDERAÇÕES SOCIOLÓGICAS E FILOSÓFICASCICERO JOSINALDO DA SILVA OLIVEIRA 16 March 2015 (has links)
Zygmunt Bauman, Ulrich Beck e Antony Giddens, no primeiro momento o
[en] From the beginning of Modernity it is highlighted the importance of the
economic domain over the social and general policies. Starting up such an agenda,
the modern times subjugated life conditions and the planning of everyday events –
to the public sphere, as well as to the working relations. But in the emergence of a
flexible economic system (i.e. the systematic deregulation of the politics and the
labor market) humanity is quite prey of the absence of rules to shade it from being
spoiled by a market orientated policy only. Taking the sociological perspectives of
Max Weber, Richard Sennett, Zygmunt Bauman, Ulrich Beck and Antony
Giddens, this thesis undertakes an analysis on that uncontrolled order produced
by the flexible system. Hence, the philosophical perspective of Hannah Arendt is
taken to help the achievement of a possible diagnosis, considering it a nowadays
human problem. To Arendt, Modernity may be understood as the liberation to the
vital process in the world – even in an unstoppable economy consumption order.
