Darbo objektas. Vartotojų pasitenkinimas Šiaulių arena. Darbo tikslas. Įvertinti vartotojų pasitenkinimą Šiaulių arenos fiziniais elementais ir aptarnavimo kokybe. Darbo uždaviniai: 1. Išanalizuoti teorinį šiuolaikinio multifunkcinio sporto statinio (sporto arenos) modelį ir jo ryšį su vartotoju. 2. Išnagrinėti esminius vartotojų pasitenkinimo multifunkciniais sporto statiniais aspektus. 3. Atskleisti ir apibendrinti aptarnavimo paslaugų kokybės sampratą bei jos charakteristikas. 4. Aptarti pagrindinių penkių Šiaulių arenai pritaikytų dimensijų vertinimus. Darbo metodai: mokslinės literatūros analizė, anketinė apklausa, tyrimo duomenų aprašomoji statistinė analizė. Darbo rezultatai ir išvados. Šiuolaikinėje visuomenėje įmonei, organizacijai ar kitai pelno siekiančiai institucijai svarbiausia pritraukti vartotoją ir jį išlaikyti. Esminis organizacijos vartotojo išsaugojimo uždavinys – patenkinti jo norus ir lūkesčius. Šiame darbe vartotojų pasitenkinimas yra neatsiejamas nuo Šiaulių arenos – jos fizinių elementų ir aptarnavimo kokybės vertinimo. Remiantis Dhurup ir kt. Aim of the study. To assess quality of ambulatory health care services in terms of the patient in accordance with patients’ attitude in the aspects of accessibility, information supply and satisfaction in services. Methods. Object of the research – Parents of the patients and their juridical representatives of the ambulatory consultative department of the public institution Children hospital of Klaipeda city. Research method – anonymous questionnaire inquiry. 502 respondents were questioned. Methods of the statistical analysis – statistical significance of data was measured by the criteria c2, number of the freedom degree (df) and the statistical significance. When the features were analyzed referring to other indexes, differences were found as statistically significant because the significance level p<0,05. Results. The best part of respondents comes to the specialist according to the time indicated in the coupon. Most of respondents, came without the coupon from district or other town, get to the specialist for the consultation at the same day. Most of respondents take up to 5 minutes at the registrar and up to 15 minutes by the doctor’s surgery. The best part of respondents was looking forward the consultation of the specialist for more than 2 weeks; the longest rows are at ophthalmologist, cardioreumatologist and orthopedist-traumatologist. Darbo tikslas - Ištirti mieto ir kaimo pirminės sveikatos priežiūros centrų teikiamų paslaugų prieinamumą pacientų požiūriu. Darbo uždaviniai:1) Ištirti pacientų pasitenkinimą teikiamomis pirminiuose sveikatos priežiūros centrų paslaugomis; 2) Nustatyti veiksnius, turėjusius įtakos nepakankamam sveikatos priežiūros paslaugų prieinamumui. 3) Palyginti kaimo ir miesto pirminių sveikatos priežiūros centrų paslaugų prieinamumą pacientų požiūriu. 4) Pateikti praktines rekomendacija šių centrų darbo kokybei pagerinti. Tyrimo metodika. 2007 metų sausio 3 – balandžio 15 dienomis Kauno Centro poliklinikoje ir Simno poliklinikoje Alytaus rajone vyko anoniminė anketinė apklausa. Jos metu apklausta 510 pacientų, kurie laukė eilė pas savo šeimos gydytoją. Statistinė duomenų analizė buvo atliekama naudojant kompiuterinį paketą SPSS 10, 0 versijos statistinį duomenų analizės paketą bei Excel duomenų analizės paketą. Skirtumai buvo laikomi statistikai patikimi kai apskaičiuotoji p reikšmė neviršijo 0,05. Rezultatai. 45 proc. respondentų buvo patenkinti gydytojo teikiama pagalba. Dažniausios nepasitenkinimo priežastys gydytojo darbu buvotos, jog reikėjo ilgai laukti, kol pateko pas gydytoją (58 proc.), nebuvo reikalingų gydytojų – specialistų PSP įstaigoje(57 proc.) bei nepakankamai suteikė informacijos apie gydymosi galimybes (56 proc.), sveikatos būklę bei gydymą (51 proc.). To evaluate accessibility, satisfaction on patients’ quality of health services in primary health care centers in rural and urban settings in Lithuania. Research objectives were as following: 1) to establish patient’s satisfaction in primary health care centers; 2) to identify what factors affects the poor accessibility to health care; 3) to compare opinion, attitudes of patients on health care services in urban and rural settings. Methods. Two samples of respondents (patients of one primary health care center in small rural town Simnas and one in big city Kaunas) were selected. Anonymous questionnaire was filled in by 308 patients in Simnas (Primary Health care Centre) and 202 in Kaunas (Central Policlinic), response rate was 77% and 26%, respectively. Vyresnio amžiaus žmonių gausėjimas aprėpia visus socialinės tikrovės lygius, keičia ne tik individo gyvenimo kelią, bet ir santykius tarp žmonių. Įvairūs tyrimai rodo, kad senėjimą tiesiogiai veikia socialiniai aspektai (šeima, išsilavinimas, visas gyvenimo stilius). Didėjantis vyresnio amžiaus žmonių sakičius, daro vyresnio amžiaus žmones įtakingesne visuomenės grupe. Šio darbo tikslas įvertinti vyresnio amžiaus žmonių optimizmo, pasitenkinimo gyvenimu skirtumus sociodemografinėse grupėse bei įvertinti optimizmo, pasitenkinimo gyvenimu sąsajas su socialiniu palaikymu ir psichosocialiniu prisitaikymu. Tyrime dalyvavo 148 tiriamieji 55-81 metų amžiaus (95 moterys, 53 vyrai), gyvenantys Ukmergės mieste ir rajone. Psichosocialiniam prisitaikymui nustatyti buvo sudarytas klausimynas ir išskirti penki psichosocialinio prisitaikymo faktoriai: socialinio aktyvumo, bendravimo su artimaisiais, požiūrio į jaunimą, požiūrio į vyresnius ir sveikatos. Different reseaches show that obsolescence is directly affected by social aspects (family, education, style of life). The increase of a number of the elderly makes this group of people more influential. in society. The purpose of this work is to evaluate the differences of the elderly‘s optimism and satisfaction with life in sociodemographic groups and to assess interface between optimism and satisfaction with life and social support and psychsociological adaptation. 148 people (95 women, 53 men) aged 55-81 living in Ukmerge and its reagion took part in the research. In order to establish the psychosociological adaptation a questionnaire was made and five factors of psychosociological adaptation were distinguished: social activity, communication with relatives, attitude towards the youth, , attitude towards the elderly and health. Tyrimo tikslas – įvertinti psichikos ligomis sergančių asmenų subjektyviai vertinamo santykio su savo gydytoju psichiatru, jo nurodymų laikymosi bei pasitenkinimo sveikatos priežiūros paslaugomis sąsajas. Tyrime dalyvavo: 140 įvairiomis psichikos ligomis sergančių pacientų (66 vyrai ir 74 moterys), besigydantys VŠĮ. Pakaunės PSPC. Šio darbo naujumas bus surasti ir parodyti sociodemografinius, klinikinius veiksnius, kurie daro įtaką pozityvesniam požiūriui į vaistus ir atsakingesniam jų vartojimui. Taip pat surasti psichikos ligomis sergančių asmenų subjektyviai vertinamo santykio su gydytoju psichiatru ir gydytojo nurodymų laikymosi bei pasitenkinimo sveikatos priežiūros paslaugomis sąsajas. / The aim of the research is to evaluate the connection among the subjectively perceived relationship with one’s doctor psychiatrist, adherence to his/ her instructions and the satisfaction with the services provided by the healthcare institution from the point of view of individuals suffering from psychiatric illnesses. 140 patients (66 males and 74 females) with various psychiatric illnesses treated at Public Enterprise Pakaunė PSPC (Primary Healthcare Center) took part in the research. The novelty of this paper lies in the identification and highlighting of socio demographical and clinical factors contributing to a more positive attitude towards medication and its more responsible consumption. Besides, the discovery of the connection among the subjectively evaluated relationship with the treating doctor psychiatrist from the point of view of patients with psychiatric illnesses, adherence to his/ her instructions and satisfaction with the services provided by a healthcare institution is also innovative.

Darbo objektas – turistų pasitenkinimas. Darbo tikslas – įvertinti turistų pasitenkinimą Kauno m. senamiesčio kultūros paveldo objektais. Darbo tikslui pasiekti suformuluoti tokie uždaviniai: 1) pateikti turistų pasitenkinimo kultūros paveldo objektais teorinį pagrindimą; 2) įvertinti turistų srautus Kauno mieste; 3) apžvelgti pagrindinius Kauno m. senamiesčio kultūros paveldo objektus; 4) atlikti turistų pasitenkinimo Kauno m. senamiestyje esančiais kultūros paveldo objektais analizę. Tyrimo rezultatai. Atlikus turistų pasitenkinimo Kauno m. senamiestyje esančiais kultūros paveldo objektais analizę nustatyta, kad kultūros paveldo objektai, kuriuos vidutiniškai aplankė 86 proc. visų tyrime dalyvavusių respondentų – pagrindinė senamiesčio gatvė, Kauno rotušė ir Kauno pilis. Pasak didžiosios respondentų dalies, Kauno miesto senamiestis - graži, jauki, saugi, tvarkinga, švari, unikali miesto vieta, kurioje objektai tarpusavyje dera. Vertinant respondentų pasitenkinimą atskirais Kauno senamiesčio kultūros paveldo objektais pastebėta, jog tyrime dalyvavę turistai labiausiai patenkinti bendra senamiesčio atmosfera, rotuše, senamiesčio architektūra, Kauno pilimi. P.64. The aim. To evaluate the patients’ accessibility and satisfaction with primary health care service in Panevezys rural district. Methods. The anonymous questionnaire study was performed among the patients in Panevezys rural district’s outpatient clinic and its departments (office of Paistrys general practitioner and Smilgiai dispansary). 400 patients participated in the study, 359 answered the questionnaire (response rate 89%). Statistical analysis was performed using MS EXCEL 2000 standard statistical programming packets. Results. The results indicated that waiting times in dispensary were shorter to compare with the patients from outpatient clinic, at the registration room (70.2%), at the physician room (61.7%), 71.8% waist less time to access health care institution. But the patients in outpatient clinic have better access to necessary drugs as compared to dispensary (40.4% and 20.2%, respectively). The majority of the respondents (76.0% in dispensary and 80.7% in outpatient clinic) preferred the physician would live and work more close to the living place. Faculty of Public Health, Kaunas University of Medicine. - Kaunas, 2005.- P.53 Aim of the study. To evaluate patients’ satisfaction with in-patient health care services. Methods. 20 questions anonymous questionnaire have been used in the study. 179 patients aged 18 and older have been surveyed. Statistic data analysis has been made, using SPSS 10.0 version. Results. Response rate of the surveyed patients was 85%. 70.4% of the participants were woman aged 18 and older. Most of the respondents had basic (40.8%) and secondary (29.6%) education. 82% of the patients were informed about their treatment, results of investigations and diagnose by medical personnel and 93.3% were interested in such information. More than one third of the patients (35.6%) assumed that responsibility for the treatment lies on doctor, and 5.6% maintained that patient is responsible for the treatment. 83.8% of the respondents trust in their doctors’ completely. 68% of the patients suggests that only doctor make decision on his treatment. Šiame darbe buvo aptartas menkavertiškumo jausmas, jo kompensavimas bei svarba pedagoginiame kontekste. Taip pat aptartas pasitenkinimas darbu, pristatyti jį įtakojantys veiksniai bei pagrindinės teorijos. Darbe pristatyta streso samprata, pedagogų stresogeniniai įvykiai bei pagrindiniai modeliai. Be to pateiktas pedagoginio darbo specifiškumas, pedagogo darbo stiliaus samprata bei sąveikos su mokiniu ypatumai. Šio darbo pagrindinis tikslas yra atskleisti pedagogų lyginamojo menkavertiškumo jausmo svarbą pasitenkinimui darbu, stresogeninių įvykių patyrimui bei klasės valdymo stiliui remiantis individualiosios psichologijos principais. Atliktas tyrimas, kurio metu ištirta 103 pedagogai ( amžiaus vidurkis 43m., pedagoginio darbo stažo vidurkis 20m.). Iš jų 8 vyrai bei 94 moterys. Atlikus duomenų analizę paaiškėjo, jog pedagogų tarpe yra stebimas vidutinis arba žemas menkavertiškumo lygmuo. Tačiau pedagogų menkavertiškumo jausmas n��ra susijęs nei su amžiumi nei su jų pedagoginio darbo stažu. Taip pat pastebėta, jog menkavertiškumo jausmas demografinių rodiklių tokių kaip gimimo eiliškumas yra universalus, tai yra būdingas visoms grupėms. Pedagogų pasitenkinimas darbu nustatytas pakankamai aukštas bei pastebėta, jog pedagogai iki 12 metų augę kartu su abiem tėvais linkę jausti didesnį pasitenkinimą darbu. Taip pat nustatyta, jog pedagogai savo darbe patiria vidutinę stresogeninių įvykių įtampą, tačiau su demografiniais rodikliais sąsajų nepastebėta. Dominuojantis pedagogų... [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / There was analyzed inferiority feeling and it‘s compensation. Also there was a discussion about teacher‘s work satisfaction, it‘s elements and the main theories. Furthermore there was aded the conception of stress, teacher‘s stressful events and teacher‘s stress models either teacher‘s work realities, classrom management styles and teacher-child interaction were aded as well. The purpose of this work is to disclose the importance of teacher‘s inferiority feeling for their work satisfaction, intensity of stressful life events and classroom management style in the frame of individual psychology. Respondents were 103 teachers with 43 years average of age and 20 years of work experience. The sex distrubution was 8 males and 94 females. Results have shown that there is observable feeling of inferiority among teachers. However any correlations between inferiority feeling, age and work experience have been observed.
