71	Röster i prosaöversättning : En undersökning av rytm och prosodi i Virginia Woolfs Orlando i översättning till nytt språk (svenska) och nytt medium (ljudbok) / Voices of Prose in Translation Ohlsson, Jonatan January 2019 (has links) Denna uppsats analyserar tal- och ljudboksadaption av en tryckt källtext som en form av intersemiotisk, intralingval översättning och jämför dess likheter med och skillnader från interlingval översättning, med ett särskilt fokus på grafisk och prosodisk rytm. Denna rytm – avgörande för den fysiska audiella uppfattningen av litteratur i skrift och tal – spelar en viktig roll i Virginia Woolfs fiktiva biografi Orlando, som med oortodox syntax och interpunktion gång på gång adderar friktion till berättelsens annars så blanka yta. Genom jämförelse mellan romanen i text och ljud, i originalets engelska och i översättning till svenska, analyseras en kort excerpt i detalj. Från en litteraturvetenskaplig, översättningsvetenskaplig och lingvistisk utgångspunkt visar uppsatsen på hur denna översättning mellan medier – liksom översättning i allmänhet –förändrar, lägger till och skapar nya lager av mening. Ur ett bredare perspektiv kan denna studie tjäna till att introducera ett nytt analysverktyg för det ständigt växande ljudboksmediet. / This essay analyzes talking book and audiobook adaptions of a printed source text as a type of intersemiotic, intralingual translation, examining its similarities with and differences to interlingual translation, with a particular focus on graphic and prosodic rhythm. This rhythm — integral to the physical, auditory perception of literature in text and audio — plays an important role in Virginia Woolf’s faux-biography Orlando, where unorthodox syntax and punctuation time and again add friction to the smooth surface of narration. Through comparison of text and audio of Orlando, in English as well as in translation into Swedish, a short excerpt is analyzed in detail. Building on a foundation of literary theory, translation theory and linguistics this essay indicates how audiobook adaption — much like translation in general — changes, adds to and creates new layers of meaning. 72	Enhancing Piano Learning: Integrating Real Piano Practice with Digital Feedback and Performance Analysis / Förbättrar inlärning av piano: Integrerar verklig pianoträning med digital feedback och prestationsanalys Habil, Josef, Kalo, Sargon January 2024 (has links) Digital learning tools, including digital learning tools for piano, are not new; however, they are still often limited by their inability to provide personalized feedback, detailed performance metrics from real piano play, and effective means for teachers to monitor multiple students simultaneously. To overcome these challenges, this study introduces a platform that uses MIDI technology to provide detailed feedback and performance analysis derived from actual piano play to make piano learning more tangible. Additionally, a student-teacher interface was designed that facilitates interaction between both parties and allows teachers to monitor the progress of multiple students through various performance metrics. The results demonstrate that the platform gave accurate feedback based on assessment from teacher, by providing both students and teachers with deeper insights into performance on note accuracy, tempo and dynamics, enabling more efficient and targeted teaching strategies, and high student engagement. / Digitala inlärningsverktyg, inklusive digitala inlärningsverktyg för piano, är inte nya, men de har fortfarande begränsningar som ofta beror på att de inte kan ge personlig feedback, detaljerade prestationsmått från verkligt pianospel och effektiva sätt för lärare att övervaka flera elever samtidigt. För att övervinna dessa utmaningar introducerar denna studie en plattform som använder MIDI-teknik för att ge detaljerad feedback och prestationsanalys som härrör från verkligt pianospel för att göra pianoinlärning mer påtaglig. Dessutom utformades ett elev-lärargränssnitt som underlättar interaktion mellan båda parter och gör det möjligt för lärare att övervaka flera elevers framsteg genom olika prestationsmått. 73	Rytmen bor i mina steg : En rytmanalytisk studie om kropp, stad och kunskap / The rhythm lives in my steps : A rhythm-analytical study of body, city and knowledge Johansson, Sara January 2013 (has links) This thesis brings together a fascination with the city and a keen interest in the knowledge process. The point of departure is the bodily, sensory and emotional experience. That the author uses her own perceptions and experiences and is preoccupied with her own knowledge process means that she writes herself into an autoethnographic context. She also experiments with the writing and allows it to take on a more literary form as she writes about her own sensory impressions and feelings. The term rhythmanalysis is employed as a way of assessing, exploring, interpreting and understanding the world that embraces the embodied experience. Human beings are embodied beings, a claim we can make by referring to our own experiences as well as how we perceive, communicate and interact. The study delves into two aspects of rhythmanalysis, first as a way of describing the knowledge process as rhythm-analytical, which implies that bodily experiences are equally important as intellectual ones, and secondly as a way of talking about the city as polyrhythmic. It follows upon the latter that embodied rhythmanalysis of the city is possible. The rhythmanalysis may ultimately be seen as a project aimed at overthrowing the Cartesian dualism between body and mind. That we are embodied has a methodological consequence that is as simple as it is essential: the scholar exists in the world she studies. The researcher is not a neutral observer. She is a co-creator. She is a body, placed in time, space and history. She is situated, which means that her knowledge is also situated. Thus, the rhythmanalysis encompasses the body, the senses and feelings, and can be described with one key word: movement. It finds support in theories that acknowledge the fluid, the becoming, the situated, the performative, the relational, the dynamic, the material.
