L’objectif principal de cette étude a été d’évaluer la reproductibilité intra et inter-évaluateur d’un test clinique le soulèvement actif de la jambe tendue (SAJT) chez une population active et saine. Méthode : Chaque sujet (18 joueurs de tennis) a été testé à deux reprises par 2 physiothérapeutes avec le SAJT. Résultats : La reproductibilité intra-évaluateur s’est avérée élevée à très élevée (ICC = 0.81 à 0.93) tandis la reproductibilité inter-évaluateur s’est avérée cliniquement non viable. Conclusion : À notre connaissance, le SAJT est le premier test clinique reproductible évaluant le contrôle neuromusculaire du tronc avec des compensations musculaires et cinétiques chez des sujets actifs et sains. Une formation plus importante des évaluateurs aurait certainement amélioré la reproductibilité inter-évaluateur. / Introduction: The clinical assessment of the trunk muscles neuromuscular control is lacking in rehabilitation and in conditioning. The main goal of this study was to assess the intra and inter-rater reliability of a clinical test, the active straight leg raise (ASLR), on an active and healthy population. Method: Each subject (18 tennis players) was tested twice by 2 physiotherapists with the ASLR. Results: The intra-rater reliability turned out to be high to very high (ICC = 0.81 à 0.93) while the inter-rater reliability came out clinically unsustainable. Conclusion: To our knowledge, the ASLR is the first reliable clinical test to assess the core neuromuscular control based on muscular and kinetic compensation observations with active and healthy subjects. A more exhaustive training of the assessors would definitely improve the inter-rater reliability. 153	Les garanties juridictionnelles apportées à la propriété privée en matière d'expropriation pour cause d'utilité publique Ieri, Virginie 13 February 2012 (has links) L'expropriation pour cause d'utilité publique s'inscrit dans une injonction paradoxale. Le droit de propriété est un des droits fondamentaux de la personne qui doit, cependant, s'adapter aux nécessités des politiques d'aménagement du territoire et d'urbanisme dictées par l'évolution de la société. Les textes constitutionnels, législatifs et réglementaires, tout comme les textes supranationaux et notamment européens, garantissent le droit de propriété. Toutefois, les garanties textuelles se caractérisent par leur stabilité, alors que la jurisprudence est, par essence, le reflet de l'évolution de la société. Il revient au juge de prendre en compte, par son appréciation souveraine des faits, le fait que l'expropriation soit devenue une technique d'aménagement à part entière. Il convient alors de distinguer l'apport des juges administratif, judiciaire et européen qui contribuent chacun, de manière directe ou indirecte et à des degrés différents, à la protection du droit de propriété. / The expropriation for public purposes joins in a paradoxical order. The property right is one of fundamental rights of the person who has to, however, adapt himself to the necessities of town and country planning policies and town planning dictations by the evolution of the company(society). The constitutional, legislative and statutory texts, quite as the supranational in particular European texts, guarantee the property right. However, the textual guarantees are characterized by their stability, while the case law is, by definition, the reflection of the evolution of the company(society). He(it) returns to the judge to take into account, by his(its) sovereign appreciation of the facts, the fact that the expropriation became a technique of full arrangement(development). It is then advisable to distinguish the contribution of the administrative, judicial and European judges who contribute each, in a direct or indirect way and in different degrees, in protection of the property right. 157	Simulations expérimentale et numérique des phénomènes de ruissellement et d’atomisation lors d’une procédure de lavage à l’eau / Experimental and numerical simulations of the atomisation and surface run-off phenomena during a water washing process Pushparajalingam, Jegan Sutharsan 16 February 2012 (has links) Celui-ci a pour objectif de valider l'ensemble des modèles physiques utilisés dans un code de simulation numérique pour simuler un écoulement de type annulaire dispersé en conduite rencontré lors d'une procédure de lavage à eau utilisé dans les raffineries. Pour ce faire une banque de données expérimentale est mise en place sur des configurations représentatives de celles utilisées en condition industrielle. La géométrie retenue comporte une zone horizontale d'injection rectiligne avec un injecteur central, suivi d'un coude à 90° situé dans un plan vertical. Différentes conditions expérimentales permettent d'étudier l'influence de la vitesse du gaz, de la condition d'injection du brouillard et de la pression sur les différents processus physiques. Ces résultats comprenant des visualisations du brouillard et du film pariétale, des mesures de taille et de distribution de gouttes,des mesures de débit et d'épaisseur de film, sont analysés pour faire ressortir les principaux mécanismes d'interaction entre le gaz et la phase dispersée, le gaz et le film liquide pariétal et la phase dispersée et le film pariétal. En parallèle, des premières simulations, avec une approche RANS, sont réalisées avec le code CEDRE de l'ONERA et les résultats sont confrontés aux mesures. / This work has been realised within a CIFRE contract with TOTAL. Its aim was to validate all the physical models used in a computation, which simulates an annular dispersed flow through a pipe used in a water washing process in refinery plants. That is why, a whole set of data has been gathered using experimental boundary conditions which are representative to those used in industrial configurations. The geometry is made of a horizontal pipe with a centred nozzle followed by a 90º elbow in the vertical plane. Several experimental boundary conditions enable one to study the influence of the gas velocity, the type of the spray injection and the pressure on the different physical phenomena. These results including spray and liquid film visualisations, droplets distribution and size measurements as well as liquid film thickness and mass flow measurements were analysed in order to extract the main interaction mechanism between the gas and the dispersed phase, the gas and the liquid film, and the dispersed phase and the annular liquid film. Meanwhile, simulations using a RANS approach were realized with the ONERA code named CEDRE and its results were compared to the gathered measurements. 158	Zdravotní pojištění a vstup České republiky do Evropské unie / Health insurance and the entry of the Czech Republic to the European Union FRČKOVÁ, Lucie January 2007 (has links) Health insurance and the entry of the Czech Republic to the European Union The first of May 2004 the Czech Republic became a member state of European Union. The membership in European Union bears a change in reservation necessities on health care in the movement of persons within the countries of European Union, European Economic Area (i. e., Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein) and Switzerland. Diploma thesis, which is divided into two parts (theoretical and practical ones), summarizes accessible information about health insurance problems after the entry of the Czech Republic to the European Union. The objective of theoretical part is to summarize the problems of administration of health care within the countries of the European Union and find out consequences of the entry of the Czech Republic to the European Union for the Czech health insurance system. I present briefly the European Union, coordination of social security national systems, and the Czech health insurance system. Above all, the thesis is specialized in legal form of health insurance, in basic principles in administration of health care and in the extent of health care provided within the countries of the European Union. The special account is taken of problems of cross-border workers and Czech tourists. At the end of thesis information on the European Health Insurance Card and the Centre for Interstate Refund which fulfill the function of contact authority for the sphere of health insurance in the Czech Republic are mentioned. The objective of practical part of the thesis is to find out the legal consciousness of knowledge of the Czech Republic citizens of European law for the sphere of administration of health care in the European Union. Two hypotheses were set to accomplish the research target. The quantitative research methodology {--} technique of questionnaire was used in this survey. The research was realized in the South Bohemian Region, in the towns of České Budějovice and Strakonice. The respondents of the questionnaires were selected on purpose according to their age (from 30 years to 45 years). The research set icluded 120 respondents of both the sexes (citizens of the towns of České Budějovice and Strakonice). On the basis of obtained and proportionally evaluated research data, the both hypotheses were confirmed. The results of the research show the poor knowledge about the European law for administration health care sphere in the European Union in the citizens of České Budějovice and Strakonice. The diploma thesis can serve as a full-value information source for students, staff of health insurance companies and the general public. The questions of administration health care in the European Union is not entirely known among the general public and so the subject of this thesis can certainly clarify it.

Methods: A qualitative analysis with a manual measurement of the deviation from the straight direction of swimming per constant distance. Analysis of a video- recording to find the critical points in the crawl technique. Questionnaire to deal with participants' upper limbs laterality. Results: We managed to determine some causes of the deviation from the straight swimming direction without visual control. 160	Beitrag zur Ermittlung der Kerbwirkung an Zahnwellen mit freiem und gebundenem Auslauf Daryusi, Ali 28 November 2008 (has links) Durch die zunehmende technologische Entwicklung des Getriebe-, Gelenkwellen-, Werkzeugmaschinen-, Kraftfahrzeug-, sowie Landmaschinenbaus steigen die zu übertragenden Leistungen und Drehmomente enorm. Dies führt zu einem wachsenden Bedarf an formschlüssigen Profilwellenverbindungen und deren erhöhter Lebensdauer und Genauigkeit. Hierbei bilden die Zahnwellenverbindungen (ZWVen) mit Evolventenflanken nach DIN 5480 /N1/ den Regelfall für eine Vielzahl der Anwendung. Abhängig von Festigkeitsüberlegungen, Herstellungsverfahren und Platzbedarf treten in der Praxis nahezu ausschließlich die folgenden zwei Grundtypen auf. Es handelt sich dabei zum Ersten um die Zahnwelle (ZW) mit freiem Auslauf.Die zweite Geometrievariante ist die Zahnwelle mit gebundenem Auslauf, die eine nach DIN 471 /N2/ genormte Sicherungsringnut (SRN) enthalten kann. Zahnwellenverbindungen dienen zur Übertragung großer, wechselnder und stoßartiger Drehmomente ohne zusätzliches Verbindungselement durch die Profilierung der Welle und Nabe. Axiale Verschiebbarkeit unter Last, Profilverschiebungsmöglichkeit, einfache Montage und Demontage sowie die Herstellung mit hochleistungsfähigen umformenden und spanenden Massenfertigungsverfahren, die die Herstellungskosten verhältnismäßig niedrig halten, sind technisch bedeutsame Eigenschaften, die zum ansteigenden Einsatz von ZWVen führen (z.B. /N1/, /Vil84/, /Koh86/ und /Wes96/). Starke Kerbwirkung und erhebliche Überdimensionierung benachbarter Gestaltungszonen sind die wesentlichen Schwachpunkte der Profilverbindungen. Eine große Anzahl (ca. 80 %) von Ausfällen im Maschinenbau ist auf Schäden an Achsen und Wellen infolge konstruktiv bedingter Kerben zurückzuführen (z.B. /N3/ und /Hai89/). Speziell im Bereich der hochbeanspruchten Profilwellen-Verbindungen kommt es auf Grund der starken Querschnittsveränderungen und der häufig angewandten Ausläufe und Formelemente, z. B. Zahn- und Keilwellen zu Kerbwirkungen, die erhebliche örtliche Spannungskonzentrationen sowohl im Zahnfußbereich und Zahnlückenauslauf als auch im Bereich der Verbindung selbst verursachen. Diese Beanspruchungskonzentrationen sind fast in der Hälfte aller Zahnwellenbrüche die häufigste Ursache für Dauerbrüche (Ermüdungs- bzw. Schwingungsbrüche) und für Schäden (bleibende Verformung, Anriss, Gewaltbruch) infolge Maximalbelastung. Hier trifft die Lastüberhöhung am Welle-Nabe-Verbindungsrand mit dem Steifigkeitssprung des Verzahnungsendes auf der Welle zusammen /Die93/. Die erwähnten Schadensfälle belegen, dass der heutige Kenntnisstand über eine beanspruchungsgerechte Auslegung von Zahnwellen noch recht lückenhaft ist. Deshalb sind neue Erkenntnisse über Form- bzw. Kerbwirkungszahlen bei Einzel- und Mehrfachkerben von scharf und weniger scharf gekerbten Zahnwellen mit Auslauf für eine treffsichere Festigkeitsberechnung erforderlich und stellen damit die Hauptschwerpunkte dieser Arbeit dar. Das vorliegende Forschungsprojekt, welches sich erstmals mit der Ermittlung der Beanspruchungen in torsions-, und biegebelasteten Zahnwellen mit freiem und gebundenem Auslauf befasst, wurde im Rahmen der Forschungsvereinigung für Antriebstechnik e.V.
