1	Marketingová strategie vybrané mezinárodní společnosti / Marketing strategy of a selected international company Minaříková, Markéta January 2008 (has links) Recently the role of marketing strategy for a company has significantly increased. Marketing strategy -- as a main plan which not only includes product, promotion, distribution, and pricing approach, but also determines the choice of market segment, positioning, and allocation of resources -- has become vital for a company. The main goal of the thesis will be to analyze and assess presently used marketing strategy of Philips Lighting in the Czech Republic in business to business market. Therefore, analyses that should be conducted before formulating a marketing strategy will be clarified. Since a wide variety of approaches to the categorization of marketing strategy exists, it will not be the goal of the author to deliver a complete enumeration of marketing strategies. With regards to the subject, classification reflecting company's position in the market, product life cycle period and market situation will be explained. Consequently, having acquired knowledge of marketing strategy categorization, and based mainly on the SWOT and Porter's industry analysis, recommendations and correcting measurements of Philips Lighting marketing strategy will be suggested.

The thesis focuses on social democratic politician Jaromír Nečas, concerns on his views and the programme of the former Czechoslovak Social Democratic Workers' Party. It also aims on the present employment policy of the minister Michaela Marksová-Tominová and programme of recent ČSSD. The thesis compares instruments and means used to deal with unemployment by this ministers, it shows that both ministers had the same goals but sometimes different instruments: For exemple, public investition works disappeared but recvalification is much more used than efore.

This work is mainly focused on their photographic work, which is primarily focused on this photographic genre.The purpose of this work is to compare and evaluate the similarities and differences in the display of naked male and female body by the lens these men and women. I will focus on the issues of eroticism, vulgarity or influence a sexual orientation to above mentioned artists on their photographic work. 6	Är god redovisningssed fortfarande god sed? Niklasson, Viktor, Olofsson, Carl-Oscar January 2013 (has links) Sammanfattning Bokföringsnämnden (BFN) är en statlig myndighet under regeringen som är statens expertorgan på redovisningsområdet. De ansvarar för att främja utvecklingen av den goda redovisningsseden som enligt definitionen skall grundas utifrån praxis. Redovisningen har dock gått från att ha styrts utifrån principer och sed till att bli allt mer styrt av regler. På senare tid har nämligen BFN antagit en ny strategi genom att utfärda regelverk vilket de aldrig tidigare har gjort. De nya regelverken vid namn K-regelverken grundar sig i internationella redovisningsnormer och blir aktuella att tillämpa från 2014. Problematiken är att BFN inte har någon föreskriftsmakt utan endast får ge ut allmänna råd. Dessa uppfattas dock ofta som obligatoriska i praktiken vilket leder till att det uppstår en konflikt både gällande hur reglerna skall tolkas samt vad som gäller juridiskt. Vårt syfte är att förstå hur de kommande regelverken från bokföringsnämnden uppfattas samt hur de kommer att påverka företagen och den goda redovisningsseden. I uppsatsen använder vi oss av en kvalitativ studie med induktiv ansats. För att erhålla data på området har vi både samlat in primär och säkundärdata för att förstå och tolka helheten. I slutsatsen kommer vi fram till att den goda redovisningsseden har förändrats så pass mycket att den inte längre kan anses vara god sed. Finns det överhuvudtaget fortfarande ett behov av god redovisningssed då skrivna regler har tagit över det tomrum som den goda seden tidigare försökte fylla? Vi har även kommit fram till att K-regelverken inte kommer att resultera i en förenkling jämfört med dagens normgivning, inte heller kommer de administrativa kostnaderna att minska. 7	Hospic sv. Michaela / St. Michael's Hospice Krmaš, Jan January 2014 (has links) The topic of the master thesis is new medico-social facility hospice St. Michaela. The purpose of the object is the maximizing of improvement in the quality of life of dying, severely ill and incurable patients, with the use of palliative care. The construction follows the Complex of Regional Hospital Náchod. Together with as a retirement home Náchod completes a support network of health and social care. The building is designed as a four-building storey and is partially embedded into the sloping terrain. Floors are divided into individual facilities and together constitute a functional unit. In the basement is the technical room, warehouses, garages and kitchen facilities. On the ground floor are then socio-public rooms and facilities. On the second floor is located hedmaster of hospice and accommodation area. The third floor is devoted to the accommodation area. The proposed structure made of brick longitudinal system, supplemented by concrete basement walls. The horizontal structure is made of filigree ceiling panels. Stairs are designed as a precast concrete and steel. Individual roof structures is made from unwalkable, walkable and vegetation compositions. The cladding consists of ventilated facade of glass and wooden panels. Foundations are designed from the lineal foundation.
