創辦人/董事長性別、工作生活平衡措施與自由使用度對女性經理人比例之影響 / The Effects of the Gender of the Chairman, Work-Life Balance Practices, and the Freedom to Use of Work-Life Balance Practices on the Propotion of Female Senior Managers

過往工作生活平衡措施皆著重在對於員工態度、行為或組織績效的影響,甚少從女性的管理階層層面探討,故本研究從董事長性別、工作生活平衡措施、工作生活平衡措施自由使用度三個面向予以探究對於女性高階經理人比例之影響,並以產業別、本國商/外商與公司成立時間作為控制變項,以組織為分析單位進行研究。 本研究針對不限產業的國內企業為抽樣對象,一家公司包含年資至少兩年的1位人資部門人員與3位不限部門的主管或員工協助填答問卷,共收集55家企業,有效問卷252份,並利用階層迴歸分析檢驗研究假說。研究結果歸納如下: 1.董事長性別與女性高階經理人比例呈正向關係。 2.工作生活平衡措施中,受撫養者的照顧服務措施與女性高階經理人比例呈正向關係。 3.工作生活平衡措施自由使用度中,受撫養者的照顧服務自由使用度與女性高階經理人比例呈正向關係。 / In the past, the study about work-life balance practices was focused on the influence on the employee attitudes, behavior or organizational performance, and it was rare to investigate from the perspective of the female management level. So this study is to investigate the effects of the gender of the chairman, work-life balance practices, and the freedom to use of work-life balance practices on the proportion of female senior mangers. The samples of this study are domestic companies from any industry, and each company included a two years of experience expert in human resource and three executives or employees from any department to answer the questionnaires.There are totally 55 companies with 252 valid questionnaires. And this study use hierarchical regression analysis to test the hypotheses. Following are the results of this study: 1. The gender of chairman has a positive correlation with the proportion of female senior managers. 2. In the work-life balance practices, dependent care service has a positive correlation with the proportion of female senior managers. 3. In the freedom to use of work-life balance practices, dependent care service has a positive correlation with the proportion of female senior managers.

This thesis is divided in three main parts. It is overall designed to give a better understanding of leadership in China and Asia. This work mentions Leadership methods used, as well as cultural aspects related to the different practices. The first part is made to give basic notions related to leadership in Asia. Important leadership concepts such as the effective leadership, some cultural aspects such as relationships in Asia and their management, the paternalistic way, and implicit leadership are introduced. The part also contains notions about organizational change and leadership strategy including the task integration strategy, the behavioral integration strategy, transactional and transformational leadership. This part is introductory and provides a basic knowledge about elements needed for leadership in Asia. The second part is dedicated to important concepts about leadership in China specifically, and this with comparisons to Western practices. This part contains important elements to know for people willing to have leadership positions in China. Some important cultural Chinese aspects are mentioned here in order to have a better understanding about why some leadership practices are the way they are. Even if this work is more China focused, other Asian examples are taken in the last part. The third part is about examples of leadership in different Asian countries. For this research, the following countries have been selected: Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and Philippines. Even if this work is more focused on the Chinese world, having a look at other Asian countries might be useful to realize that some elements might have similarities to Chinese culture, some less.

企業經營過程中面對組織轉型與創新策略擬定過程中,要如何「形成」創新策略並且有效「執行」創新策略,常常為各企業所面臨到之最大挑戰。而管理會計系統─平衡計分卡與SWOT-Scorecard之功能,即是幫助企業進行策略之初期形成至導入,不僅協助企業形成與聚焦策略外,同時落實策略之執行與績效追蹤。過去研究鮮少將平衡計分卡與農企業之經營進行結合,更少探討農企業如何形成較有效益之創新策略,因此本研究將結合SWOT-Scorecard與藍海策略、藍色經濟三者創新策略「形成」之工具與觀念,其後再運用平衡計分卡執行創新策略。 本論文採用個案研究方式進行,將探討台灣有機微型農業之經營困境與未來機會,並結合「SWOT-Scorecard、藍海策略、藍色經濟」等創新策略之形成工具與相關概念,與個案農場一同討論與研擬形成屬於台灣農業微型企業經營之創新策略。之後再透過「平衡計分卡」導入創新策略,藉由策略地圖之研擬落實策略在四大構面與各項指標。 / When business faceing the organizational transformation or in the stage of inovative strategies forming, the biggest challenges for most of the companies are how to form an innovative strategy and how to effectively implement the strategies to whole organization. However, Balanced Scorecard and SWOT-Scorecard are both serve the functions to help business manager to form new strategy and implement into organization. Not only these two management accounting tools help the company to focus on most important strategies but also company can track the KPI and performance. Previous studies rarely focus on the Implementation of Balace Scorecard in Agriculture industry. Moreover, rarely studies did research on how to help small agriculture business to form a new strategy. The research will implement SWOT-Scorecard, Blue Ocean strategy, Blue economy concept to form the new strategy. Later will use Balanced Scorecard to conduct the strategies into organization. The research was adopted in case-study method which will cover Taiwan organic agriculture miniature operating difficulties and future opportunities. By using SWOT-Scorecard system combine with Blue Ocean Strategy and Blue Economy concept to develpoe new strategy for the company. The innovative strategies then implement to the company by Balanced Scorecard system, the strategy map will use to help forming KPI wheich relalted to the strategies for the company.

負載平衡與服務品質要求之探討 / The Research of Load Balancing and Quality of Service:The Case of iPalace Channel

Video-on-demand streaming從90年代就在適當的科技下成為網際網路流量的龍頭,故宮教育頻道在技術上採用TCP-based video streaming,但Video streaming使得負載較一般的伺服器繁重。透過負載平衡來分散負載是可行的方式之一,但在TCP-based video streaming的技術下,還是可能遭遇服務品質之相關議題。而服務品質要求 (Quality of Service, QoS)是用來對使用者適配的服務品質表現,做具體之等級劃分的管理工具,本研究以故宮教育頻道 (iPalace Video Channel; iPalace)為標的,針對其DNS Load Balancing搭配Round Robin的運作背景,提出VM Side QoS及Client Side QoS,在VM Side設定Load rate作為指標、在Client Side則以撥放器的表現為主,設定Initial Buffering Time、Mean Rebuffering Duration以及Rebuffering Frequency共三個指標,並搭配流量的實驗操作,劃分Regular及Class情境來蒐集資料。 在分析後發現,在環境較為一致的Class情境中,Mean Rebuffering Duration與Load Rate及Rebuffering Frequency與Load Rate具有低度正相關。未來,若能在環境及客戶端的變異性有較多的控制及掌握,則可讓資料在蒐集上更為正確,讓後續的分析及探討與實際狀況更為相符。

中共外匯管理制度之研究

本論文共一冊,約十萬字,分七章廿四節,內容係以中共的「社會主義計劃經濟制度 」及對外經濟政策為基礎,深入探討其外匯管理制度。 在「社會主義計劃經濟制度」下,中共當局恆常透過經濟計劃,對內部經濟活動維持 全面性的控管。中共統治地區的經濟運作,因而在世界經濟體系中保持一定的獨立性 ,相互依存的危彩淡薄。一九七八年年底以後,中共展開經濟體制改革,積極進行對 外經濟交流,目的在引進外部「一切可用」的資源,加速內部經濟發展,但訌劃經濟 基本架構並未隨之脫胎換骨,外匯管理制度亦有其不可變的核心內容。 本論文引用「國際收支平衡表」(Balance of Payments) 的模式為論述骨幹,主要 內容包括﹕中共管理外匯之理論架構、經營帳收支管理、資本帳收支管理、人民幣對 外之匯率制度,以及中共外匯管理制度之績效評估。論文最後,對該制度的未來演進 路徑,亦有所探討。 本論文儘量從經濟的角度,對中共外匯管理制度進行剖析,但必要時仍酌引政治因素 作論證,此乃中共為「高度的意識型態統治」性質政權之故也

本論文共分八章,約十萬字,其主要目的在探討國際間對補貼問題之規範,以及為抵 銷國外補貼而採行之平衡稅,其中所隱含之問題。所探討之實體,一為關稅與貿易總 協定(GENERAL AGREEMENT ON TARIFF AND TRADE GATT);另一為我國最大亦是最重 要之貿易夥伴--美國。 本論文第一章為緒論,說明研究之範圍、目的、方法及限制。第二章介紹原始GATT對 補貼與平衡稅之相關規定,及實務上對此問題之爭論。一九七九年東京回結束後,各 國簽訂補貼協定(SUBSIDY CODE),對補貼問題有全新之規範。本文第三章對此有詳 細介紹。第四章說明美國平衡稅法之相關規定,並與GATT之條款相對照。隨著我國對 外貿易之開展,我國歷年來遭外國控訴補貼及課徵平衡稅之案例時有所聞。第五章乃 將其整理歸納,並檢討我國可能遭國外控訴為補貼之措施。第六章簡介我國關稅法中 有關平衡稅之規定。第七章說明世界各國,尤其是美國近年來保護主義盛行,對國外 補貼及課徵平衡稅之態度趨於嚴厲,我們應如何因應。第八章為本文之結論及作者對 此問題之建議。

財產保險業從事「銀行保險」業務作業平台設立之研究

「銀行保險」業務在銀行業者整合行銷推展下,已顯現其經營成果,並逐漸佔有舉足輕重之地位。財產保險業者在飽受市場業務費率激烈競爭下殺情況下,積極開發新的保險通路。於焉,雙方的業務結合便順理成章的形成。財產保險業者面對經營規模遠大於自己的銀行業者,如何以最適的作業平台來總控其作業流程,發揮最大效益,便成為最重要的課題之一。 本文首先藉由對歐美日本等先進國家的銀行保險經營成果探討,歸納出「銀行保險」業務的成功關鍵要素;進而評估分析國內銀行業者從事「銀行保險」業務的發展現況及財產保險業者推行本項業務的不足缺失,嘗試以個案公司設立「銀行保險」業務作業平台的經驗來克服不利因素和建制最適的作業平台。 最後,本文提出對建制「銀行保險」業務作業平台時需特別注意的結論與建議,期能對推展本項業務者起到遵循的參考作用,並推廣適用到其他的保險領域。 關鍵字:銀行保險、直效行銷、作業平台、平衡計分卡、顧客關係管理、客戶服務中心 / Bancassurance business is booming and plays an important role on the Banks. Simultaneously, non-life insurers are trying to explore new sales channels under the fierce pricing competition. Therefore, it is naturally binding these two territories as a whole. Facing the tremendous challenges from the Banks, to establish an appropriate working platform for streamlining operations is indispensable for the Non-life insurers. This paper at first examines the experience of managing Bancassurance business in USA, Europe and Japan and contributes to the success factors of it. Then, by analyzing it the current situations of the development of the Banks and the disadvantages of doing it on the Non-life insurance side, this paper wishes to conquer these difficulties and to construct an utmost appropriate working platform. Finally, this paper shows out the conclusions and recommendations for the establishment of Bancassurance working platform. Wish it could be of assistance to those participants and could be applicable to other insurance territories.
