La dynamique du traitement de l'excitation à l'adolescence : étude comparative de deux groupes d'âge : éclairage de la clinique projective / The treatment of excitation dynamic during adolescence : a comparative study of two age groups

Halley, Clara 17 November 2017 (has links)
Adolescence, marked by the emergence of puberty and the resurgence of sexual and aggressive drives, engages an internal work linked to psychic transformations and to the emergence of genital sexuality. Puberty can therefore intrude and cause trauma, hurting the subject who is more or less ready to bear the constraint to change induced by the pubertal process. In reference to the theoretical psychoanalytic model, we are interested in the study of the way in which adolescents are confronted with the influx of excitations, both external and internal, through a psychic treatment, by a work of mentalisation and symbolisation, or behavioural, or somatic, by the language of the body or the use of sensoriality. Indeed, whatever the mental capacity of the adolescent, a transient vulnerability of the mental apparatus is expected at this age of life. Our work thus proposes to explore the treatment of excitation in adolescence, evidenced by the study of the quality of several psychic movements: narcissism, protective-shield system, sensoriality and body language, as well as the processes of thought through the study of mentalisation and symbolisation. Our research object thus questions the quality of the treatment of excitation, through the putting into perspective of these four conceptual dimensions, likely to expose a better process approach of adolescence. On the basis of the main hypothesis that the processing of the excitation is multifactorial, the objective of this study is to determine how the articulation of the different concepts studied is able to account more sensibly for the treatment of excitation in adolescence. The projective methodology was chosen to test this hypothesis using grids referred to the above four dimensions. We met 17 teenagers aged 14 to 18 years old who passed the Rorschach and TAT. In a comparative approach, we studied the treatment of excitation with two age groups (14-16 years and 16-18 years). The results highlight differences in the treatment of adolescent arousal between the two age groups, with the younger ones preferring inhibition, the older age groups being more able to mentalise and symbolize the excitation. According to our general hypothesis, the projective analysis of the four dimensions of our work allows a finer approach for each adolescent to the specificities of the treatment of excitation.

[pt] CAMINHOS DO NARCISISMO: UM PASSEIO ENTRE OS PENSAMENTOS DE FREUD, LACAN E GREEN / [en] WAYS OF NARCISSISM: A JOURNEY THROUGH THE THOUGHTS OF FREUD, LACAN AND GREEN

GABRIELA MACEDO PINHEIRO DA FONSECA 24 April 2020 (has links)
[en] The present dissertation aims to present the concept of primary narcissism in the works of Freud, Lacan and André Green, in order to investigate the relation between the formation of the ego and the new symptomatologies, understood as borderline cases. Lacan and Green articulate narcissism to the second Freudian topic, pointing to the structuring of a primordial form, a first separation between the internal and external worlds, as a condition of emergence for a more complex Ego. In the mirror stage, Lacan proposes the construction of a symbolic matrix from a dialectic of imaginary identifications. Green, in turn, inserts the relation between pulsion and object in primary narcissism as the conjuncture that forms a framing structure. In this sense, we intend to approximate the notions of symbolic matrix and framing structure due to our intuition that these primary forms would be spaces in which the Ego arises. These spaces would not be well structured in the borderline cases.

[pt] IMPACTOS DA HUMILDADE E DO NARCISISMO DO GERENTE DE PROJETOS SOBRE O RESULTADO DO PROJETO / [en] IMPACTS OF PROJECT MANAGER S HUMILITY AND NARCISSISM ON PROJECT OUTCOME

FELIPE AUGUSTO DA SILVEIRA LANCAO 21 May 2020 (has links)
[en] The increasing adoption by organizations of projected or matrix structures in a highly competitive environment brings to the center of attention the figure of the project manager, who is ultimately responsible for the performance of the project he or she commands. In this highly complex environment, where the project manager needs to lead multidisciplinary teams and, in some cases, not allocated in the same place and without hierarchical relationship, the need for the project manager to emerge as a leader. Thus, the present study aims to verify the relation of the humility and narcissism traits of the leader, evaluated by the led, with the results obtained in the Project, evaluated by the project director or similar position figure. The work examined whether these relations were mediated by psychological empowerment or fear of failure, the first being mobilized by the humility of the leader and the second caused by narcissism. The study was conducted through quantitative research with questionnaires being distributed and answered by 190 followers and another questionnaire being answered by the 68 directors of the respective projects. The findings suggest that humility is positively related with psychological empowerment and projects financial and overall performances and that narcissism is positively related with the projects quality and overall performances.

The Century of Narcissistic Love : Space, writing and the consumption of the other in Århundradets kärlekssaga and Århundradets kärlekskrig

Guldbacke Lund, Linnéa January 2020 (has links)
This essay examines how the love relationship is made in Märta Tikkanens Århundradets kärlekssaga and Ebba Witt-Brattströms Århundradets kärlekskrig. The aim for this study is to analyze how place, and the consumption of “the other” interact in the writing of a love relationship. I explore how a narcissistic, collapsed subject functions and how it is made in the poems. I discuss how and if experience-based writing maintains a capitalistic and narcissistic lovesystem where the subject commits violence on itself and others by determining an abstract and physical place. The book Eros Agoni by Byung-Chul Han discusses the atopic otherness in the love relationship and how the liberalistic and consuming subject exploit the other and itself. I analyze this theory of the other and how the love relationships function in the poems. I also discuss how the others lack of space and how the consuming gaze is made in the writing. In the fixing of place there is an aspect of power where a consuming gaze exploits the other by doing, and writing it.    In parallel with the analysis, I also problematize myself and my own writing and the fears that exist in a collapsed, narcissistic, writing subject. I show how the writer violates text and analysis, and how the determination of place is an illusion of liberation in the capitalist system. I show how failed writing can become a way out of a capitalist society where the subject strives for perfection.

A teoria pulsional freudiana à luz da leitura de Green: uma alternativa ao biologismo mítico / Freuds drive theory in the light of Greens readings: an alternative to mythical biologism

Cano, Tatiana Monreal 15 May 2015 (has links)
Given the Freudian explanation for the phenomenon of compulsion to repeat based on the death drives thesis, conceived as a return to the inorganic state, one formulates the following question: would it be possible, on the one hand, to refuse the Freudian explanation guided by its mythical biologism, and on the other hand accept the thesis that the death drive is a disengagement force? To answer this question we find a vast amount of material on the work published by André Green throughout his career of more than forty years under the title \"work of the death drive\", later renamed \"work of the negative\". This thesis aims to systematize Greens reading and contributions to the Freudian drive theory, especially regarding the second drive dualism. It is divided into two parts. The first one is Green\'s analysis of the relationship between death drive and theory of narcissism on Freud\'s work; the second one is about his criticism of Freud\'s solipsism and the need to its overcome through contemporary theories around the notions of object and potential space. These will be complemented by a theory of the temporality of the psyche. The present work supports the thesis that Green accepts the Freudian concept of death drive as a disengagement force, but refuses the mythical biologism subjacent to the return to the inorganic states idea. Furthermore, if Green agrees with the Freudian explanation of the death drive as a disengagement force expressed in the negative narcissism he will refuse to conceive that the disengagement process will be established spontaneously or automatically. To him, this process should be thought through the articulation of instintual functioning and the objects response that in this case fails in establishing the principle of pleasure; in other words, the failure of the waiting installation establishes the compulsion to disengage and to disconnect. Insomuch, the deadly compulsion to repeat, instead of repeating the unconscious desire and therefore be referred to the intemporality of the unconscious and to the logic of hope is actually an anti-time. In this sense, present, past and future are reduced to the instant of total discharge of all tension, precluding any project. Given the above it follows that Greens theorization regarding the work of the negative, though averse to the Freudian thesis of the return to the inorganic state, accept however the thesis of death drive as a shutdown process provided that this is thought through the articulation of the intrapsychic and intersubjective dimensions. This implies thinking of the objects response and make it responsible for the failure in the installation of heterochrony in the psyche. It concludes that the work of Green offers an original alternative to the mythical biologism regarding the explanation of the death drive

[en] BEAUTY AND DEATH: A PSYCHOANALYTIC APPROACH ON AESTHETICS AND THE FEMININE SUBJECT / [pt] O BELO É A MORTE: UMA ABORDAGEM PSICANALÍTICA SOBRE A ESTÉTICA E O SUJEITO FEMININO

SERGIO AGUIAR DE MEDEIROS 26 July 2005 (has links)
[en] In order to build up the hypothesis that aesthetics is a strategy to alleviate anguish and to consubstantiate desire, the author seeks to set up a statute for the psychic system. In the field of the subject, aesthetics would be part of the primary narcissism, a moment when the formation of the Ego is witnessed by an image that lends materiality to the subject and to the presence of alterity. To design a perimeter for the void and to be able to see it is to bestow sense to existence and to restrain the anguish of death. Aesthetics would serve the cause of the desire. From scenes of manifest dreams to the image of the erotic object, desire can not dispense with the shape which will grant form to its illusion. It would be incumbent on aesthetics to present the configurations of the repressed and to redeem the creativity of the polymorphic infantile perversion. By means of works of art the author presents aesthetics as a relation between the subjects, mediated by anguish and desire. Investigating the sense of the quest for aesthetics regarded as beautiful, one analyses its role at the present time. Using as a focus the contemporaneous feminine subjectivity, the author points out its double relation with image. Whereas, on one hand, there is an aesthetic discourse expressed by the media making up a body intended for consumption, on the other hand there would be another, an aesthetic commandment stated by the feminine superego imposing the regard of the Other as compensation for or negation of castration. The author concludes his approach of what he named as Infirmities of Beauty by identifying two distinct groups, one made up by subjects who seek the death of the body as a strategy for the survival of the Ego. And another made up by those who adhere to the contemporaneous aesthetic message and are addicted to visibility.
