This research aims to understand how the affective components involved in transgender relations with documents constitute specific ways in which these people recognize themselves and build their bodies and their paths, their life projects and their relationship with others. We understand that the documents, if the personal identification or those produced by social movements, legal actors and health and the State, are experienced by trans people beyond administrative functions that are initially thought, but also involve a series of emotional experiences mark their subjective processes, in how these people produce themselves and design in the world their sociality networks. We elected as research field two institutions located in the city of Jo?o Pessoa (Para?ba State), noting the intense institutional movement, political, social in favor of the rights of transexuals that have occurred in that city in recent years. Thus, the Rights Reference Centre for LGBT and Fight Against Homophobia (Espa?o LGBT) and Health Clinic of Transvestites and Transexuals (Ambulat?rio de Sa?de de Travestis e Transexuais) were the spaces where we find our interlocutors and analyze their experiences with the documents noting two key aspects: the search for first name change in the civil registry and the relationship of trans people with documents produced by the health policies and services such as protocols, records, receipts and psychiatric reports. We realized that although there is disagreement about the perception that our interlocutors have on the documentation that regulates health services, all reported experiencing embarrassment in social situations when you have those who make use of a document that is not consistent with the performance and ?social face? taken. In addition to the reports of embarrassment, we saw that the discussion of social distress and trauma has grounded the platforms of social movements, public policy, legal processes and become ?narratives of pains? that present strong potential micro-political on demand for rights to ?trans people?.

These policies were triggered in order to affirm citizenship, constituting new life possibilities after the violent incident that would deeply mark this young man?s trajectory. The possibility of accompanying this resistance in his meetings with the margins of the state, characterized by an intense institutional movement, allowed mapping their assemblages in the composition of existential territories related to the different ways in which the public policies are put before ways of life. Thus, this ?Toxic State? produces poisoned relationships, that when the guarantees of citizenship are broken, subjects are positioned as victims of the government, creating the social and subjective conditions for the formation of the territory of the crime.

The Brazilian prison system is going through a serious crisis, not only due to the growth in the number of prisoners and the consequent overcrowding of prisons, but also for the violation of human rights, institutionalization and difficulty in social rehabilitation of inmates. Furthermore, the harmful effects of the prison system affect their workers, who generally are not prioritized by researchers, health programs and government policies. The literature pointing to some consequences of work in prison, among them, the mental illness, stress, alcohol abuse, etc., but little is known about this profession, their problems, the difficulties of their work routine, so as subjective processes involved. So, what are the effects of this work in the prison in the lives of correctional officers? What strategies developed to address the work in prison? This research aims to analyze the effects of this work in the prison in the lives of correctional officers from the state prison in Parnamirim, located in the metropolitan region of Natal-RN. Within the theoretical and methodological perspective of institutional analysis and cartography were carried conversation circles, interviews, in addition to participant observation of the correctional officers work?s routine. The results point to a working routine marked by the performance of procedures that involve risk to the worker, generating situations of tension and stress. Besides, the culture of violence (which is implemented in jail everyday) as well as the training and initial learning of the profession, are responsible for the militarization process of the subjectivities of the correctional officers, producing hard subject, disciplined, stiff, likely to violent practices and other rights violations. Other mapped effects relate to the acquisition of knowledge about the human (?psy? knowledge) responsible for forging the conception of the criminal as "dangerous subject", which, in turn, acts as subjectivity vector in the daily life of prison guards by setting up a way of life crossed by fear and insecurity outside the work environment. Produces a control in the open about their lives and their families, limiting them with regard to family and community life and the realization of leisure activities in public spaces. In this sense, it appears that the arrest acts producing ?bad meetings? (from Espinosa's perspective), once it produces sad affections responsible for weakening the conatus, limiting the possibilities of action of these subjects. Although agents develop some strategies to deal with the difficulties of working in prison (among which stand out the development of other professional or leisure activities, spirituality / religiosity and the ability to separate the labor moments from those of their the personal lives, is advocated that such strategies do not offer significant resistance, since they do not question the contemporary legal-criminal logic. The thesis presented supports the proposals of penal abolitionism to present other conceptions of crime and justice through the invention of other practical and conceptual strategies.

In the year 2013 we realized the socio-informational echoes of the manifestations occurred around the world, we also promote collective actions that have taken on mass character, and the as we have of work background. Among the social actors that stood out in 2013 we choose the Fora do Eixo (FDE), which transmitted by NINJA media the protests over the internet. The FdE is composed in its majority by young people who reside, work and circulate collective houses, have the information technologies a political tool. We understand that the experience of the political activism is a strong vector in the subjectivity processes, and occurs primarily within the social movements. We will approach the subjectivity on the prism of processuality, which admits the crossing of multiple vectors of forces political-desiring, discoursive, technological. Theoretical body cuts across the thought of Deleuze and Guattari, to treat subjectivity processes, the design of networks of social movements by Scherer, socioinformational networks by Castells, and political theory by Mouffe. Our objective was to investigate the subjectivity processes related to political activism experienced by members of the FdE movement. As well as understand their solidarity and struggle networks, understand the influence of informational agencements in political practices of this movement, accompany the processes of subjectivity and identity formation, and discuss its proposal for horizontality in power relations within the group. We conducted semi-structured interviews, participant observation, and research of multimedia material. The analysis occurred through the categorization of information aligned with the research objectivesin which we separate the information into two general categories and three specific. Succinctly we observe how much the socio-informational agencements, pervade more by ethical-political the digital culture, than by technologic immersion. Demonstrating great flexibility and integration of their internal networks, but with little decentralization and horizontality.

Based on the Theory of Subjectivity from Gonzalez Rey, this research aims to emphasize the subjective aspects involved in the configuration of students with special needs and their teachers in the process of educational inclusion in order to place them in a new area of social dialogue as active individuals and responsible for their own constructions and meanings. To do so, the general objective is to understand the relations of subjectivity of students with special needs and their teachers in the process of school inclusion, and uncover the core of meanings and the school dynamics which support these relationships. The case study participants were three teachers, one of Kindergarten and two from Elementary School, a student with global development disorder, a student with physical disabilities and two students with behavioral needs of a private school in the ABCD Region in the city of S?o Paulo. Methodological procedures were supported by a qualitative research epistemology, which have the avail of methodology resources that included observation, conversational approach, further interviews, which were carried in by the researcher in the daily routine of the school teachers and students during one academic year, that was structured in nine months of research. Data were analyzed from the indicators that considered the core of meanings as well as the subjective senses of each participant individually. Later, it could be listed points of convergence of the indicators of the participants separated, subjectivity core of teachers and subjectivity core of students. The teachers spaces of subjectivity could be organized by the following principles: 1) needs / impossibility of different educational activities, 2) consideration / disregard of development complexity and 3) reduced chances for identification / and sense of belonging. Then the part that includes the experience of students: 1) construction of knowledge x bureaucratization of education, 2) stereotype of the perfect student X failure feeling, 3) excessive value for the self x consideration of otherness. To understand the relation of interdependence between these environment experienced and outlined by teachers and students in their school routines, allowed the conclusion that to rethink the transformation of the social reality of students with special needs and their teachers in the process of school inclusion, and their effective inclusion in terms of psychological and social point of view, so that they structure senses tied up to their self-representation, keeping their differences and otherness, with the assurance of satisfactory social exchanges that place the interactional sphere in their relationships, it is urgent to incorporate the establishment in teaching procedures, in dynamics and dialogical processes to allow the individuals to take a firm stand, to disagree, to agree, to submit to, to subvert it, to think, according to their real possibilities of development in individual and social spheres.

We followed two fortnight groups of body language recording the conversations that took place in the beginning and in the end of the activities. We also recorded our informal talks with the workshopper, with the psychiatrist responsible for the course of formation of artists of CAPS and the choreographer who was part of the artistic formation of the workshopper aiming to elucidate the body, dance and art conceptions which guided such work. Finally, we interviewed some technicians and we participated of a meeting of the team aiming to understand how that activity was perceived. We observed that the use of certain conception of dance in the field of mental health is in consonance with the the Phychiatric Reform, since it provides another way of dealing with the body, different from that produced by the contention and by the discipline. Nevertheless, we understood that there is a risk that, in some moments, the group being more a place of normalization than one of experimenting other ways of relating with yourself and with the others. We also noted that the dancing-dispositive appears as an important analyzer of the connections established at CAPS, indicating a need of the service to be more opened to the production of new care and harboring strategies, breaking the mental health facility logic of incarceration of life which still persists in the quotidian of that institution / A partir do contato com a experi?ncia de um grupo de express?o corporal em dan?a num Centro de Aten??o Psicossocial (CAPS) II em Fortaleza-CE, objetivamos investigar a rela??o entre o que denominamos dispositivo-dan?a e o processo de desinstitucionaliza??o da loucura.

The study is based on the theories of Discourse Analysis French, with a focus in the discussions Foucaultian remarkably discursive practices that produce meanings about the processes of subjectivity and sexuality. Methodologically, the research is of appreciative/qualitative character and falls in the field of Applied Linguistics (LA), at a press that the historical and cultural reality of the subject, establishing dialogues with many other fields of knowledge, which deal of the subject matter of speech and sexuality. Data analysis indicates that the magazine G Magazine works as a discursive space, where individuals on condition that homosexual, take it as the place that it gives security to talk to you, it's worrying, because the nature of the journal it suggests a belonging to the same discursive formation - that of homo affective . Thus, some of which are felt constructed for the investigation of the letters selected for this study showed that the forms of subjectivity of such homo affective are emerging in the game of the bans, the other is that as a subject of sexuality and to materialize in operation the confession. These homo affective, in a gesture of incessant registration of alternatives to be subject to its own truth of their sexuality, to seek his party in the case, the psychologist, a referral, a "light" that can guide them in an attempt to get rid of the forms of to subject. Installs itself in this way, as a point of resistance: the attempt to dissociate itself be of some states of submission, opening itself to other ways of being subject / Esta disserta??o, que tem como t?tulo Inscri??o discursiva da subjetividade homoafetiva na G Magazine, se prop?e a descrever/interpretar modos de subjetiva??o que se configuram discursivamente nas confiss?es de homoafetivos, inscritas em cartas endere?adas ? G Magazine.

Problematizes how the teacher s subjectivities are produced facing the discourse of truth, which effects establishes a program for autonomist professional development in a perspective of neo-liberal governmentality. Then from this uneasiness arises some requisite questions: in the new century how teacher s subjectivities are discursively produced in magazine s sections Nova Escola during those five years of governmentality? In which perspective the discourses throughout government documents in related with professional development reflect in the linguistic-discursive repertories adopted by Nova Escola? How the experts belonging to the cadre from and/or guests from the magazine, seeking equip discursive the teacher s subjectivities for the XXI Century? Therefore, this paper objective is to examine the linguistics strategies used to produce these subjectivities at magazine s sections, what it admittedly teaches another method how to be teacher; and also it analyzes the discursive practices that compound and set boundaries to the autonomist professional development proposed by sections the magazine; describe technologies used by experts to equip and conduct of conduct the teacher to govern the self. This research is inserted theoretically in the field of Applied Linguistis, to the Cultural Studies and about the contribution of Michel Foucault s theories and methodologically in the perspective discursive interpretative. The results seek to show that the teacher s subjectivities are produced by many technologies of the self, traversed by government discourses and ratified by discursive practices of the magazine s experts. That discourse, without any oppressing or authoritarian connotation, opens space for practice of Freedom and self guiding to both constitute the subjectivity process of the teacher in the XXI Century s path / Esta tese toma como objeto de estudo a constitui??o discursiva de subjetividades do professor em pr?ticas que permeiam se??es da Revista Nova Escola entre os anos 2000 e 2005.

We present the care of the self in its birth, in its origin, from the character Socrates and its development until the beginning of the Christian age. With a keen eye, we present Foucault with a work of return and rescue of the care of the self to the personal and academic discussions; we propose, from the self care, to the contemporary subject a problematization of their life so that from this questioning he creates for herself ways of life that are coherence, knowledge and care with which he has of must particular, his himself. Passing by the sources that served as the source of study for Foucault to sketch the birth of care of the self, we design the form with which Foucault has dealt with the documents that speak of the care of self. We present Socrates as one who by excellence ensures that the other will give birth to the forms of knowledge and care of the self or, in other words, we present the care of the self socratic-foucauldian as a constant worry of the other to pay attention to ways in which he conducts her life, it creates for themselves ways of being and, therefore, creates ethics of existence. We present, finally, the care of the self as the cause of continuous immanence of modes of subjectivation of the subject that configure themselves in a non-accepting a determined essence, but a continually updated form . The care of the self leads to a single relationship and educator of modes of subjectivation of the subject; he creates, on the dynamics of temporality, ethical ways of living, which are sustained by an internal coherence of the subject with herself; he admits no stationary nature in the training of the subject, always wants a more beautiful work of himself; he is not isolation, he needs and is made with the other. The care of the self is the principle and the telos of battles and conquests of the subject within his temporality and existence / O trabalho, aqui desenvolvido, tem por objetivo apresentar o objeto de estudo de Michel Foucault em seus ?ltimos anos de ensino no Coll?ge de France, a saber, o cuidado de si.
