Socialinis darbas gana nauja besiplėtojanti profesija, bandanti išspręsti įvairias socialines problemas. Socialinis darbuotojas stengiasi palengvinti visuomenės ir atskirų individų sąveiką jiems iškilusių problemų erdvėje. Šio magistrinio darbo tema aktuali tuo, jog žiniasklaida pateikdama įvairią informaciją apie socialinį darbuotoją leidžia susidaryti visuomenei dažniausiai tokį požiūrį, kuris yra nepalankus socialiniam darbuotojui. Tyrimo tikslas – atskleisti, koks socialinio darbuotojo įvaizdis formuojamas didžiuosiuose Lietuvos dienraščiuose. Tikslui pasiekti iškelti šie uždaviniai: aptarti socialinio darbuotojo profesinės veiklos ypatumus; pateikti žiniasklaidos vaidmenį formuojantį visuomenės požiūrį; atskleisti socialinio darbuotojo įvaizdžio vaizdavimo didžiausiuose Lietuvos dienraščiuose charakteristikas. Tiriamojoje darbo dalyje derinami kiekybinės ir kokybinės turinio analizės metodai. Socialinio darbuotojo įvaizdžio žiniasklaidoje analizei pasirinkti šie dienraščiai: „Respublika“, „Lietuvos žinios“, „Lietuvos rytas“ ir „Vakaro žinios“. A social worker attempts to relieve the interaction of society and separate individuals in the space of their problems. The theme of this master‘s work is actual because media presenting the various information about social worker mostly lets to form the society opinion which is adverse for social worker. The purpose of research is to reveal the formative image of social worker in the biggest Lithuanian daily papers. These goals are set to achieve the purpose: to discuss the professional work peculiarities of social worker; to present the role of media in society opinion formation; to reveal the characteristics of social worker‘s image presentation in the biggest Lithuanian daily papers. Quantitative and qualitative content analysis methods are combining in the researching part of work. Daily papers „Respublika“, „Lietuvos žinios“, „Lietuvos rytas“ and „Vakaro žinios“ are chosen for the analysis of social worker‘s image in media. Deja, kompiuterinės mokomosios priemonės beveik neišnaudoja komandinio darbo galimybės, nors tai laikoma viena daugiausiai žadančių inovacijų ugdymo procese. Šiai spragai užpildyti sukurta platforma, įgalinanti mokomiesiems žaidimams suteikti interaktyvaus komandinio darbo realiu laiku galimybę. Siekiama, kad platforma atitiktų šiuos reikalavimus: būtų universali ir pritaikoma įvairioms sritims, lengvai plečiama, mokomųjų žaidimų įtraukimas į platformą būtų kuo paprastesnis. Platforma geriausiai veikia su mokomaisiais žaidimais, turinčiais mažai žaidėjų ir nedidėlį duomenų srautą, tad tinkama pritaikymui praktikoje. / Usage of information technologies in people‘s lives is increasing, as well as increasing their application in the learning process. Unfortunately, those applications don‘t take advantage of team-work opportunity, although it is considered one of the most promising innovations in education. To fill this gap, a platform, enabling educational games to integrate interactive real-time team-work, was created. This platform is intended to be adopted to educational portal http://mokinukai.lt. The aim is that the platform has the following characteristics: a versatile and adaptable to various areas, not only education, easily expandable, creating new games to work on the platform is as easy as possible. For platform‘s architecture a mix of client/server and peer-to-peer models was chosen, it‘s characteristics suits the requirements best. The platform works best with educational games, having a few players and little traffic, so it is suitable for application in practice.

Nuteistasis, išėjęs į laisvę iš įkalinimo įstaigos, dėl subjektyvių ir objektyvių priežasčių, susiduria su įvairiais sunkumais: neturi darbo, būsto, jo išsilavinimas dažniausiai būna menkas, prarasti kai kurie socialiniai įgūdžiai, artimieji, vengdami naštos bei visuomenės pasmerkimo, nutraukia socialinius ryšius su nuteistaisiais. Nuteistieji jaučia socialinę atskirtį bei visuomenės pasmerkimą, kuris pasireiškia kaip stigma. Tikėtina, jog praradę viltį bei pasitikėjimą nuteistieji yra linkę nusikalsti pakartotinai. Įsidarbinimas ir parama padeda formuotis teigiamam nuteistųjų požiūriui į save ir nepasiduoti stigmos įtakai, taip padidinant savo įsidarbinimo galimybes. There is a social exclusion and condemnation of the convict in the society, which manifests as a stigma. It is likely that the loss of hope and confidence makes the prisoners to commit crimes again. Employment and support helps to shape a positive attitude towards prisoners themselves and to resist the influence of stigma, thereby increasing their employability. The object of research – the possibilities of the convicts employment. The aim of research – to disclose the contradictions between the formal description of convicts return to the labor market situation and the actual situation. The ground of the work is qualitative research. The results of research: the integration of former prisoners into society – is the actual problem in the Lithuania. The former prisoners are facing many problems, which relates with the psychosocial aspects of the expression of condemnation stigma disturbing their self-identification and integration into society. Baigiamajame magistro darbe didelį dėmesį skirsime ne tik teorinės darbo organizavimo minties raidos kaitai, bet ir įstatyminės bazės analizei, taip pat atliksime dvidešimties bendrojo lavinimo mokyklų analitinį įvertinimą, giliau gvildensime trijų skirtingo pavaldumo mokyklų darbo organizavimo sistemą, daugiausia dėmesio skirsime mokyklos vadovų- vadybos ekspertų nuomonei, kurią iliustruosime – praplėsime tiriamųjų mokyklų pedagogų požiūriu, tokiu būdu siekdami atsakyti į klausimus: 1. Kokia informacija ir kaip turėtų būti pateikiama mokyklos internetinėje svetainėje, kad ne tik reprezentuotų pačią švietimo įstaigą, bet ir atitiktų tokiai svetainei keliamus reikalavimus? 2. Ar mokyklos vadovų-vadybos ekspertų nuomonė apie švietimo įstaigos veiklos organizavimą atspindi realią situaciją šių dienų mokykloje? 3. Kokie veiksniai lemia švietimo įstaigos veiklos sėkmę? 4. Šiame darbe plačiausiai ir išsamiausiai bus nagrinėjamos darbo organizavimo- vadybos problemos, atsiskleidžiančios šių dienų bendrojo lavinimo mokyklų kontekste. / In my master thesis I focused not only on the theoretical thought of work organization evolution, but also have analyzed the legal framework, as well as perform the analytical evaluation of twenty secondary schools, also more deeply explored three different hierarchical organizations of the school system, focused on the school principles of management, which illustrate experts’ opinion from school teachers point of view. In my work I have tried to respond to the questions: 1. What information and how it should be presented on the online school web page in order to not only represent the same educational institution, but also meet the requirements for such kind of web pages? 2. Do management and experts’ opinion about the organization of educational institutions reflect the real situation of these days’ schools? 3. What factors determine the success of an educational institution? 4. Do school teachers opinion about on the organization of the work coincides with the school leaders consider? In this thesis the most comprehensive and widely considered problem to be analyzed is work organization and school management problems in the context of general education.

Darbe pateikiama nuteistųjų socialinės reintegracijos samprata, apibrėžiami šio proceso objektai ir jų tarpusavio sąveika. Pateikiama su kokiais sunkumais susiduria nuteistieji po laisvės atėmimo bausmės atlikimo ir kokios institucijos padeda iškilusias problemas spręsti. Analizuojama kaip patys nuteistieji vertina savo galimybes sėkmingai socialiai reintegruotis, kokios pagalbos tikisi sulaukti ir kokiais būdais siekia tapti pilnaverčiais visuomenės piliečiais. Atskleidžiama kokie veiksniai anot jų suteikia jiems stiprybės šiame procese, o kokie veiksniai slopina sėkmę. / This paper presents the concept of social reintegration of prisoners and define the process objects and their interactions. Since there still exists a high number of crimes in Lithuania and the return of convicts to society is a relatively new topic, the need to examine, what is the role of institutions in helping persons, who served imprisonment sentences, to reintegrate into society, arouse. The paper showed that the reintegration of convicts into society is not an easy process that requires a lot of efforts not only from the convict, but also from institutions, operating in this field, as well as from the society. The paper examines the factors that give strength for prisoners in this process and what factors inhibit success of social reintegration.

In each society there was and will be a certain number of children whose parents are incapable, or unwilling to take care of them. In Lithuania 16 thousand children are complete orphans or have lost the care of parents and live in institutions of children’s care. The upbringing of a child under the ward ship is one of the most complicated problems of a child’s care, in which both - theoretical know-how and human intuition form an integral complex. The aim of the pedagogical team of children’s care institutions is to establish families to children without family as well as help them create their own future and form their communities. Lithuanian society undergoes the period of changes with typical volatility in political, economical and social tendencies. The spirit of changes does not leave aside the organizing of children’s care in state and non-governmental children’s care institutions. Institutions rendering this type of services face high-level requirements, therefore it is feasible to train tutors and teachers for team-work. Tyrimo darbo tikslas: išnagrinėjus teorinius komandinio darbo organizavimo aspektus, numatyti komandinio darbo tobulinimo galimybes AB “Neaustinių medžiagų fabrike”. Pirmojoje darbo dalyje apibrėžiama komandinio darbo sąvoka, apžvelgiamas komandinio darbo organizavimas ir jo principai, išskiriami efektyvaus komandinio darbo veiksniai bei pateikiama šiuolaikinių organizacijų tyrimų tendencijų analizė įgyvendinant komandinį darbą.Antroje dalyje pateikiama komandinio darbo organizavimo tyrimo metodika. Darbe panaudotas kiekybinis tyrimas, buvo parengtos anoniminės anketos. Anketą sudaro dešimt klausimų blokų. Trečioje darbo dalyje apžvelgiami išsamūs komandinio darbo organizavimo ir tobulinimo galimybių “Neaustinių medžiagų fabrikas” rezultatai. Anketinės apklausos būdu surinkti empirinio tyrimo duomenys leido nustatyti, kokius komandinio darbo organizavimo principus organizacija taiko, taip pat leido nustatyti komandinio darbo tobulinimo galimybes. Tyrimo metu paaiškėjo, kad “Neaustinių medžiagų fabrikas” yra realizuojami komandinio darbo organizavimo principai, taip pat vyrauja tam tikros organizavimo problemos. Rezultatai parodė, kad organizacijoje yra galimybė tobulinti komandinį darbą. Remiantis tyrimo metu gautais rezultatais patvirtintos magistro darbe iškeltos hipotezės: darbuotojai pirmenybę atiduoda komandiniams tikslams, egzistuoja komandinio darbo realizavimo sunkumai bei darbuotojų pasiskirstymas pagal pareigas lemia skirtingą požiūrį į komandinio darbo savybes... [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The aim of the study: after analyze of the theoretical aspects of the teamwork organization, provide teamwork improvement opportunities in AB "Nonwoven factory". The first part defines the concept of teamwork, reviewed teamwork organization and it's principles, secreted factors of effective teamwork and presents contemporary research trends in implementing teamwork.The second part discusses about the teamwork organization research methods. It is used quantitative analysis in this work, where were prepared anonymous questionnaires. The questionnaire consists of ten questions blocks. The third part gives an overview of the detailed organization of teamwork and development opportunities for AB "Nonwovens factory" results. Carrying out a survey to collect empirical data allowed to determine what teamwork organization principles use mention organization, also it allowed to identify opportunities for improvement teamwork. The study showed that in AB "Nonwoven Factory" is realized teamwork organization principles, also prevalent some organization problems. The results showed, that in this organization is the ability to improve teamwork.Based on the test results, certified master hypothesis: employees give priority to the objectives of the team, there is a difficulties of the teamwork realization and staff by positions lead to different approaches to teamwork qualities. Darbe atlikta teorinė smurto poveikio vaiko psichosocialiniam vystymuisi analizė, aptartas socioedukacinės pagalbos organizavimas mokykloje: socialinio pedagogo funkcijos socialinės pedagoginės pagalbos teikimo procese, bendradarbiavimo su vaiko šeima svarba, individualaus darbo su ugdytiniu metodika. Magistro darbo tikslas - parengti efektyvios individualios socioedukacinės pagalbos modelį vaikams, patiriantiems smurtą mokykloje, jį įgyvendinti ir aptarti, išryškinant pastarojo privalumus bei atskleidžiant trūkumus. Iškelta hipotezė, jog vaikams, patiriantiems smurtą mokykloje, socioedukacinė pagalba teikiama nepakankamai. Rekomenduojamas pagalbos modelis optimatizuos efektyvios socialinės pedagoginės pagalbos teikimą skriaudžiamiems mokiniams. Anketinės apklausos metodu buvo atliktas tyrimas, kurio tikslas - išanalizuoti smurto formų paplitimo reiškinį šeštų klasių mokinių tarpe, iššiaiškinti, ar prievartą patiriantiems moksleiviams suteikiama pakankama socioedukacinė pagalba. Atlikta statistinė duomenų analizė. Tyrime dalyvavo 123 šeštų klasių moksleiviai. Empirinėje dalyje nagrinėjama smurto paplitimo vaikų tarpe bei socioedukacinės pagalbos teikimo situacija prievartą patiriantiems mokiniams. Tyrimu išsiaiškinta, jog socialinė pedagoginė pagalba teikiama nepakankamai, atrinkti 5 nuolat bendramokslių prievartą patiriantys vaikai, kurie mokykloje saugūs jaučiasi tik kartais arba iš viso tokiais nesijaučia. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The theoretical work of the impact of violence on child development psychosocial analysis, discussed the organization of diagnosed aid at school social functions of the teacher teaching social assistance in the process of cooperation with the child's family, the importance of individual work with children methodology. Master's aim - to develop an effective model for individual assistance diagnosed in children who suffer violence at school, and discuss its implementation, highlighting the latter's strengths and identify weaknesses. The hypothesis that children exposed to violence at school, diagnosed aid is not enough. The proposed assistance will provide an optimal model of effective social-pedagogical assistance for students suffering from abuse. Questionnaire survey method was conducted with the aim - to analyze the forms of violence spread phenomenon among sixth grade students, whether school children suffering from abuse diagnosed with adequate support. Magistro darbe išanalizuota įvairių autorių komandinio darbo teoriniai aspektai, atsižvelgiant į specialiojo ugdymo organizacijų darbo specifiką. Remiantis teorijos analize, atliktas tyrimas specialiojo ugdymo organizacijose, siekiant identifikuoti komandinio darbo raišką. Tyrimo metu analizuota specialiojo ugdymo organizacijų darbuotojų nuomonė apie komandinį darbą jų darbe, aiškintasi kokios darbuotojų žinios ir įgūdžiai, patirtis dirbant komandose, aiškintasi darbuotojų nuomonė apie komandinio darbo ateities perspektyvas specialiojo ugdymo įstaigose, kaip šiuolaikinėse organizacijose. Patvirtinta autoriaus suformuluota tyrimo hipotezė, kad specialiojo ugdymo organizacijų darbuotojų komandinis bendradarbiavimas nėra išvystytas, darbuotojų komandinio darbo įgūdžiai tik formuojami. / Theoretical aspects of teamwork of various authors have been analysed in this Master‘s work, considering the working features of the organizations of special education. Based on the theoretical analysis, the research in the organizations of special education has been carried out to identify the expression of teamwork. During the research, the staff‘s opinion of organizations of special education about teamwork at their working place has been analysed, explaining the staff‘s knowledge and skills, their experience of working in teams and the staff‘s opinion about the future prospects of teamwork in institutions of special education as in contemporary organizations. It approves the formulated hypothesis of the research‘s author, that the staff‘s teamwork of the organization of the special education is not developed and that the teamwork‘s skills are still in development stage.
