Também busca evidenciar que há um aparato ideológico, denominado aqui de ideologia da norma-padrão, que mantém o status elevado de uma norma, a prescritiva, sobre as demais, normas cultas e normas populares. Para isso, observamos como esta ideologia se manifesta na sociedade através da análise de comentários feitos por seguidores da página “Palavra Certa – Dicas da Língua Portuguesa” pertencente à rede social Facebook. Com esta análise foi possível identificar as representações que diferentes falantes têm não só da língua portuguesa, como também dos usos que outros falantes fazem dessa língua / With this research the intention is to enrich the debate on the theme of linguistic norms, especifically about the linguistic norms that coexist in brasilian portuguese, showing the vision of importants sociolinguistic authors, concerning the division and nomenclature of these norms, in addition clarifies the socio-historical aspects involved in the constitution of the brasilian standard norm. Also seeks to evidence that exists an ideological apparatus, named here as the ideology of standard norm, that maintains the hight status of one norm, the prescriptive, above the others, cultured norms and popular norms. For this it observes how this ideology manifests itself in a society through analysis of comments made by followers of the page “Palavra Certa – Dicas da Língua Portuguesa” belongs to Facebook social network. With this analysis it was possible to identify the representations that the speakers have not only of the portuguese language, but also of the use that different speakers make in this language

Para tanto, analisei narrativas de alguns/algumas adolescentes, que eram meus alunos e minhas alunas das oitavas séries, no ano de 2007, numa Escola Municipal de Ensino Fundamental da cidade do Rio Grande/RS. Essas narrativas foram produzidas a partir de estratégias de fazer falar , por mim adotadas, que consistiram de atividades desenvolvidas com os/as alunos/as a respeito da temática da Sexualidade. No estudo, estabeleci conexões com os Estudos Culturais, nas suas vertentes pós-estruturalistas, dialogando com autores como Bauman, Fischer, Hall, Louro, Silva, Veiga-Neto, entre outros; além de tomar empréstimo de algumas preposições de Foucault. Entendo que as diversas instituições tais como a família e a escola, além dos artefatos culturais que funcionam como uma pedagogia cultural direcionados aos/às adolescentes acabam produzindo esses corpos adolescentes, instituindo-lhes marcas e identidades, como também (re)posicionando-os nos diversos espaços sociais em que circulam. Essas práticas discursivas vêm interpelando de modo especial, os/as adolescentes, inscrevendo-se em seus corpos e constituindo as suas identidades. Buscando lançar um olhar sobre como os discursos direcionados aos/às adolescentes colaboram na constituição das suas identidades, a investigação narrativa mostrou-se uma estratégia atraente, pois possibilitou analisar a rede de enunciados que emergiram nos encontros, a partir de um entrecruzamento de narrativas, pois ao narrar-se e agirem, os sujeitos alunos/as e professora foram construindo os sentidos tanto de si quanto de suas experiências no processo de contar/ouvir/contrapor histórias. Ao escolher a Sexualidade como tema de pesquisa e as narrativas produzidas pelos/as alunos/as adolescentes, material de investigação, simultaneamente outras questões foram se apresentando, tais como corpo, gênero, norma, mídia, identidade, diferença. Ao proceder os movimentos de análise, optei, inicialmente, por selecionar algumas das atividades desenvolvidas a fim de analisar a multiplicidade de discursos e estratégias presentes nas narrativas, que vêm produzindo os corpos desses/as adolescentes, ensinando-lhes modos de ser e viver a sexualidade e a adolescência na contemporaneidade. A partir dos marcadores sociais relacionados à adolescência, pôde ser problematizada a adolescência como uma construção discursiva e não apenas como uma fase da vida ligada a mudanças corporais e nomeada de forma estereotipada como rebelde, ou até mesmo como possíveis alienígenas pós-modernos. Partindo do entendimento da sexualidade como uma construção histórica e culturalmente constituída nas experiências de vida das pessoas, nos diferentes espaços sociais e dentre eles a escola foi possível perceber que os/as adolescentes têm vivenciado a sua sexualidade a partir dos discursos institucionais da família e da escola (o da prevenção), associando sexualidade ao ato sexual. Em suas falas percebeu-se um entrecruzamento entre as identidades sexuais e as identidades de gênero. Foi percebido, também, que a identidade considerada para eles/elas como normal é a heterossexual. A partir das análises feitas, vejo a sexualidade como um dispositivo histórico, como indicado por Foucault, em que o sexo é posto em discurso pelas diversas instituições sociais, com o intuito de regular a sexualidade dos sujeitos e, a partir dessas práticas discursivas, contribuir para a subjetivação de suas identidades.

As shown by Dahmen, Harbrecht and Schneider, the fully discrete wavelet Galerkin scheme for boundary integral equations scales linearly with the number of unknowns without compromising the accuracy of the underlying Galerkin scheme. The supposition is a wavelet basis with a sufficiently large number of vanishing moments. In this paper we present several constructions of appropriate wavelet bases on manifolds based on the biorthogonal spline wavelets of A. Cohen, I. Daubechies and J.-C. Feauveau. By numerical experiments we demonstrate that it is worthwhile to spent effort on their construction to increase the performance of the wavelet Galerkin scheme considerably.

The present paper is devoted to the fast solution of boundary integral equations on unstructured meshes by the Galerkin scheme. On the given mesh we construct a wavelet basis providing vanishing moments with respect to the traces of polynomials in the space. With this basis at hand, the system matrix in wavelet coordinates can be compressed to $\mathcal{O}(N\log N)$ relevant matrix coefficients, where $N$ denotes the number of unknowns. The compressed system matrix can be computed within suboptimal complexity by using techniques from the fast multipole method or panel clustering. Numerical results prove that we succeeded in developing a fast wavelet Galerkin scheme for solving the considered class of problems.

Den djupt rotade bilden av en normativt manlig tatueringskultur vidmakthålls i tatueringstidningar genom en översexualiserad, icke representativ, uteslutande framställning av kvinnor. Detta motverkas i denna uppsats genom att synliggöra och ifrågasätta den manliga normen via utformning av en normkreativ tatueringstidning som speglar konstnärskapet och mångsidigheten i tatueringskulturen samt porträtterar kvinnor på ett starkt och jämställt sätt. För att skapa en grund för det kreativa arbetet gjordes en insamling av teoretisk kunskap som sedan applicerades på en analys av befintliga tatueringstidningar utifrån ett både design- och normkritiskt perspektiv. Analysen följdes av kvalitativa intervjuer som undersökte hur tatueringstidningar uppfattas av kvinnliga tatuerare och hur de vill framställas i en sådan publikation. Dessa steg resulterade i designbeslut som ledde till skapandet av en normkreativ tatueringstidning, Ink on Ink, som utformades på ett estetiskt tilltalande samt normkritiskt sätt gentemot kvinnliga tatuerare och deras verk.

Studiens syfte är att undersöka och synliggöra hur barnlitteraturen på fyra olika förskolor valdes ut, om en medvetenhet kring val av normkritiska barnböcker gällande kön och genus finns samt att synliggöra hur kön och genus gestaltas i de fyra populäraste barnböcker på dessa förskolor. Studien genomfördes genom intervjuer, litteratursociologiska kartläggningar och text-och bildanalyser utifrån ett normkritiskt perspektiv. Resultatet visar att det inte fanns tydliga rutiner i hur barnlitteraturen väljs ut och att medvetenheten kring normkritiska barnböcker varierade. Det framkom även att pojkar oftare än flickor gestaltades i barnlitteraturen och att de populäraste böckerna skildrade sina karaktärer på ett könsneutralt eller könsöverskridande sätt. Studiens slutsats är att det behövs en större medvetenhet kring barnlitteraturens påverkan på barnens skapande av könsnormer samt att fler böcker som skildrar flickor behöver väljas in. Avslutningsvis behöver även barnböcker som skildrar karaktärer på ett normutvidgande sätt eller könsöverskridande sätt få större plats på förskolan.

Educational mapping in preschool To benefit children or to cause difficulties for them   Syftet med denna studie är att bidra med kunskap om varför en kartläggning i förskolan blir aktuell, utifrån förskollärares perspektiv. Följande frågeställningar låg till grund för undersökningen: Vad ska kartläggningen leda till? Och hur går en kartläggning till? Metoden som använts för att svara på forskningsfrågorna är semistrukturerade intervjuer som genomförts med fyra förskollärare som arbetar på olika förskolor i samma kommun. Resultatet i denna studie pekar på att förskollärare ser den pedagogiska kartläggningen som ett hjälpmedel i arbetet med att erbjuda alla barn ett likvärdigt lärande i förskolan. Undersökningens resultat pekar även på att förskollärare inte anser att en diagnos skall vara nödvändig för att barn ska få det stöd de behöver i förskolan, det framkommer dock att det finns svårigheter i att erbjuda alla barn det stöd de behöver utan att det finns en diagnos. Svårigheter i att anpassa miljön efter alla barns behov uppges bottna i ekonomiska frågor samt hur lokalerna är utformade.

This thesis comprises a translation from English to Swedish followed by a commentary. The source text (ST) of the translation consists of the second chapter of Made in America (1998), a popularised language history by Bill Bryson. The commentary includes an analysis of the ST and the target text (TT), as well as a discussion of the translation process as a whole, and of the translation strategies applied in order to solve the translation problems of the ST. The theoretical framework of the thesis is based on Toury’s notion of norms (1995), from which the following principle for translating is conceived: to transfer the ST information as faithfully as possible but with the modifications necessary to accommodate the source language competence level of the TT readers, which is estimated to be relatively low. As such, the principle for translating is mainly characterised by adequacy, but leans towards acceptability. In the concluding section of the commentary, the TT is deemed to be consistent with this principle since it constitutes an adequate text with evident traits of acceptability. / Denna uppsats består av en kommenterad översättning från engelska till svenska. Översättningens källtext utgörs av det andra kapitlet i Bill Brysons populärvetenskapliga språkhistoria Made in America (1998). Den teoretiska kommentaren innehåller dels en analys av käll- respektive måltexten, dels en redogörelse för översättningsprocessen som helhet samt för vilka översättningsstrategier som tillämpas för att lösa källtextens översättningsproblem. Uppsatsens översättningsteoretiska perspektiv tar avstamp i Tourys normbegrepp (1995), utifrån vilket följande översättningsprincip formuleras: att på målspråket förmedla källtextens innehåll i så oförändrat skick som möjligt, men samtidigt anpassa det till måltextläsarnas källspråkliga kompetensnivå, vilken antas vara förhållandevis låg. Översättningsprincipen är följaktligen främst adekvansinriktad, men drar mot en acceptansinriktning. I kommentaren fastslås att översättningen följer denna princip då den utgör en adekvansinriktad text med tydligt acceptansinriktade drag.

Cette thèse porte sur la pensée de la résistance chez Michel Foucault. L'idée est double : d'une part, proposer une étude critique et systématique de l'usage foucaldien de la résistance, afin d'éclairer le sens des analyses, des thèses et des concepts importants de l'œuvre ; d'autre part, comprendre comment Foucault renouvelle la pensée de la résistance dans le contexte qui lui est contemporain, et dans une discussion explicite ou implicite avec le marxisme, Sartre, Deleuze ou l'école de Francfort. Le pari est de montrer que c'est en vertu d'une réflexion sur la résistance, et de certaines apories apparentes mais décisives, comme une résistance sans norme ou sans sujet, que Foucault réoriente son regard méthodologique vers une analytique du pouvoir, du gouvernement ou de la subjectivité. Au moins trois résistances spécifiques se distinguent ainsi : une résistance littéraire contre l'illusion anthropologique, une résistance collective contre des normes politiques – pouvoirs souverain, disciplinaire, bio-politique –, enfin une résistance éthique et subjective à ce qui, en soi, accepte, désire et reconduit des façons de se gouverner. En outre, la relation de Foucault à Nietzsche est l'objet d'une attention spéciale : il s'agit de montrer comment Foucault dégage son travail généalogique, dont toute l'inspiration est de résistance, d'une philosophie nietzschéenne centrée sur la volonté de puissance, c'est-à-dire sur le dépassement des résistances. En cela, il est possible de montrer que la résistance foucaldienne, qui se joue au point de rencontre entre la pensée, la liberté et la vérité, constitue une voie privilégiée pour répondre philosophiquement aux critiques d'historicisme, de relativisme ou de nihilisme adressées à Foucault. / This thesis focuses on Michel Foucault’s thought of resistance. There is a dual idea: on the one hand, to offer a critical and systematic study of the Foucaldian use of resistance, in order to shed light on the important analyses, theses and concepts of his work; on the other hand, to understand how Foucault renews the thought of resistance in his contemporary context, and in an explicit or implicit discussion with Marxism, Sartre, Deleuze or the Frankfurt School. The challenge is to show that it is in virtue of some thought on resistance, and on some visible but decisive aporias, such as a normless or subject-deprived resistance, that Foucault redirects his methodological eye towards an analysis of power, government and subjectivity. At least three specific resistances can thereby be distinguished: a literary resistance against the anthropological illusion, a collective resistance against political norms - sovereign, disciplinary, bio-political powers -, and finally an ethical and subjective resistance to what, in itself, accepts, desires and reestablishes ways to govern oneself. Besides, Foucault’s relationship to Nietzsche is subject to a specific attention: it is about showing how Foucault frees his genealogical work, whose inspiration is of resistance, from a Nietzschean philosophy focused on the will to power, that is to say the overtaking of resistances. In that, it is possible to show that the Foucaldian resistance, which is played at the crossroad of thought, freedom, and truth, constitutes a privileged way to philosophically answer to the critics of historicism, relativism, or nihilism addressed to Foucault.

Le Corbusier est un architecte qui non seulement construit, mais qui n’a de cesse de dire comment on doit construire. Faisant le pari de la force et de la cohérence de la pensée corbuséenne, le présent travail vise à interroger l’œuvre théorique de l’architecte au prisme de l’une des ses «colorations» les plus propres, à savoir sa dimension foncièrement normative. À partir d’un tel essai de reconstruction de la pensée corbuséenne par le biais du concept de norme, il s’agira de poursuivre un triple objectif : premièrement, chercher à comprendre pourquoi Le Corbusier rejette les normes sur lesquelles reposait l’architecture académique de son temps et pour quelles raisons il entend lui substituer une architecture authentiquement moderne ; deuxièmement, montrer en quoi et selon quelles modalités théoriques et pratiques l’œuvre de Le Corbusier constitue une tentative de refondation ou de recommencement de la discipline architecturale sur des bases normatives renouvelées ; enfin, tenter de saisir les rapports entre le domaine de la norme et ce qui l’excède, à savoir le champ du «hors-norme» (la beauté, le génie, l’espace indicible). / Le Corbusier is an architect who not only builds, but also never stops to tell us how to build. The present work aims at questioning the architect’s theoretical work through one of its most singular dimension, i.e. its fundamentally normative aspect. By trying to reconstruct the corbusean thought by the use of the concept of norm, I pursue a triple purpose : firstly, trying to understand why Le Corbusier rejects the normative basis underpinning the historicist architecture of its time and why he wants to substitute an authentic modern architecture for it ; secondly, trying to demonstrate how Le Corbusier’s theoretical and practical work constitutes an attempt at rebuilding the architectural discipline on brand new normative standards (the ‘échelle humaine’) ; finally, I try to grasp the relations between what is part of the normative realm and what necessarily exceeds this sphere according to the architect (beauty, genius, ineffable space).
