基於EEMD之倒傳遞類神經網路方法對用電量及黃金價格之預測 / Forecasting electricity consumption as well as gold price by using an EEMD-based Back-propagation Neural Network Learning Paradigm

本研究主要應用基於總體經驗模態分解法(EEMD)之倒傳遞類神經網路(BPNN)預測兩種不同的非線性時間序列數據,包括政大逐時用電量以及逐日歷史黃金價格。透過EEMD,這兩種資料會分別被拆解為數條具有不同物理意義的本徵模態函數(IMF),而這讓我們可以將這些IMF視為各種影響資料的重要因子,並且可將拆解過後的IMF放入倒傳遞類神經網路中做訓練。 另外在本文中,我們也採用移動視窗法作為預測過程中的策略,另外也應用內插法和外插法於逐時用電量的預測。內插法主要是用於補點以及讓我們的數據變平滑,外插法則可以在某個範圍內準確預測後續的趨勢,此兩種方法皆對提升預測準確度占有重要的影響。 利用本文的方法,可在預測的結果上得到不錯的準確性,但為了進一步提升精確度,我們利用多次預測的結果加總平均,然後和只做一次預測的結果比較,結果發現多次加總平均後的精確度的確大幅提升,這是因為倒傳遞類神經網路訓練過程中其目標為尋找最小誤差函數的關係所致。 / In this paper, we applied the Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition (EEMD) based Back-propagation Neural Network (BPNN) learning paradigm to two different topics for forecasting: the hourly electricity consumption in NCCU and the historical daily gold price. The two data series are both non-linear and non-stationary. By applying EEMD, they were decomposed into a finite, small number of meaningful Intrinsic Mode Functions (IMFs). Depending on the physical meaning of IMFs, they can be regarded as important variables which are input into BPNN for training. We also use moving-window method in the prediction process. In addition, cubic spline interpolation as well as extrapolation as our strategy is applied to electricity consumption forecasting, these two methods are used for smoothing the data and finding local trend to improve accuracy of results. The prediction results using our methods and strategy resulted in good accuracy. However, for further accuracy, we used the ensemble average method, and compared the results with the data produced without applying the ensemble average method. By using the ensemble average, the outcome was more precise with a smaller error, it results from the procedure of finding minimum error function in the BPNN training.

合作閱讀標註系統之遊戲化激勵機制對於提升同儕互動與閱讀理解成效的影響研究 / Enhancing peer interactions and reading comprehension performance by using a collaborative annotation system with gamification motivate mechanisms

近年來數位閱讀逐漸受到重視,許多閱讀標註系統被發展出來輔助提升數位閱讀成效,然而至今卻尚未出現具遊戲化激勵機制的閱讀標註系統。過去許多研究指出,遊戲化學習不但有助於提升學生的學習動機,並且透過遊戲競爭有助於激勵學習。因此本研究在「雲端高互動合作式閱讀標註系統」上發展遊戲化激勵機制,以探討採用有無遊戲化激勵機制之「雲端高互動合作式閱讀標註系統」輔以合作閱讀學習下,對於標註行為、閱讀理解成效、社會網絡互動及沉浸經驗的影響差異。此外,也探討不同性別與學習風格的學習者在有無遊戲化激勵機制的「雲端高互動合作式閱讀標註系統」輔以合作閱讀學習下,其標註行為、閱讀理解成效、社會網絡互動及沉浸經驗彼此之間是否具有顯著差異。 研究結果發現:(1)採用具遊戲化激勵機制之「雲端高互動合作式閱讀標註系統」輔以合作閱讀的學習者,在標註總次數、基本標註次數、進階標註次數與標註能力上均顯著優於採用不具遊戲化激勵機制的學習者;(2)男性與女性學習者以及主動型、反思型與感覺型學習者採用具遊戲化激勵機制之「雲端高互動合作式閱讀標註系統」輔以合作閱讀,在標註總次數、基本標註次數、進階標註次數與標註能力上均顯著優於採用不具遊戲化激勵機制的系統;(3)直覺型學習者採用具遊戲化激勵機制的「雲端高互動合作式閱讀標註系統」輔以合作閱讀,在標註總次數、基本標註次數與標註能力上均顯著優於採用不具遊戲化激勵機制的系統;(4)感覺型學習者採用具遊戲化激勵機制的「雲端高互動合作式閱讀標註系統」輔以合作閱讀,在詮釋理解的表現上顯著優於採用不具遊戲化激勵機制的系統;(5)採用具遊戲化激勵機制的「雲端高互動合作式閱讀標註系統」輔以合作閱讀的學習者,在程度中心度、接近中心度與中介中心度上均顯著優於採用不具遊戲化激勵機制的學習者;(6)男性與女性以及主動型、反思型、感覺型與直覺型的學習者採用具遊戲化激勵機制的「雲端高互動合作式閱讀標註系統」輔以合作閱讀,在程度中心度與接近中心度上均顯著優於採用不具遊戲化激勵機制的系統;(7)採用具有遊戲化激勵機制的「雲端高互動合作式閱讀標註系統」輔以合作閱讀的學習者,在第一階段(投入)與整體沉浸經驗上均顯著優於採用不具有遊戲化激勵機制的學習者;(8)感覺型的學習者採用具有遊戲化激勵機制的「雲端高互動合作式閱讀標註系統」輔以合作閱讀,在第一階段(投入)的沉浸經驗上顯著優於採用不具有遊戲化激勵機制的系統;(9)學習者透過具遊戲化激勵機制的「雲端高互動合作式閱讀標註系統」輔以合作閱讀學習後,對於系統的滿意度極高。 最後,基於研究結果,本研究亦提出對教師、閱讀推廣單位的建議,也提出幾個未來的研究方向。 / The emphasis on digital reading has various reading annotation systems being developed for enhancing digital reading achievement. However, there has not been a reading annotation system with gamification motivate mechanism. Past research indicated that gamification learning could enhance students’ learning motivation and motivate learning willingness through game-based competition. Accordingly, the Cloud-based High-Interaction Cooperative Reading Annotation System with gamification motivate mechanism is developed in this study to compare its effects on annotation behavior, reading comprehension achievement, social network interaction, and immersion experience with those without gamification motivate mechanism. Under the Cloud-based High-Interaction Cooperative Reading Annotation System with/ without gamification motivate mechanism, the differences among learners with distinct gender and learning styles in the annotation behavior, reading comprehension achievement, social network interaction, and immersion experience are also investigated. The research findings are summarized as following. (1) Learners applying Cloud-based High-Interaction Cooperative Reading Annotation System with gamification motivate mechanism to assist cooperative reading significantly outperform those without gamification motivate mechanism on total number of annotation, number of basic annotation, number of advance annotation, and annotation ability. (2) Male, female, active, reflective, and sensing learners applying Cloud-based High-Interaction Cooperative Reading Annotation System with gamification motivate mechanism to assist cooperative reading remarkably outperform those without gamification motivate mechanism on total number of annotation, number of basic annotation, number of advance annotation, and annotation ability. (3) Intuitive learners applying Cloud-based High-Interaction Cooperative Reading Annotation System with gamification motivate mechanism to assist cooperative reading notably outperform those without gamification motivate mechanism on total number of annotation, number of basic annotation, and annotation ability. (4) Sensing learners applying Cloud-based High-Interaction Cooperative Reading Annotation System with gamification motivate mechanism to assist cooperative reading significantly outperform those without gamification motivate mechanism on reading achievement for interpreting, integrating, and evaluating processes.(5) Learners applying Cloud-based High-Interaction Cooperative Reading Annotation System with gamification motivate mechanism to assist cooperative reading remarkably outperform those without gamification motivate mechanism on degree centrality, closeness centrality, and betweenness centrality. (6) Male, female, active, reflective, sensing, and intuitive learners applying Cloud-based High-Interaction Cooperative Reading Annotation System with gamification motivate mechanism to assist cooperative reading outperform those without gamification motivate mechanism on degree centrality and closeness centrality. (7) Learners applying Cloud-based High-Interaction Cooperative Reading Annotation System with gamification motivate mechanism to assist cooperative reading notably outperform those without gamification motivate mechanism on the first stage (engagement) and overall immersion experience. (8) Sensing learners applying Cloud-based High-Interaction Cooperative Reading Annotation System with gamification motivate mechanism to assist cooperative reading significantly outperform those without gamification motivate mechanism on immersion experience at the first stage (engagement). (9) Learners applying Cloud-based High-Interaction Cooperative Reading Annotation System with gamification motivate mechanism to assist cooperative reading present extremely high system satisfaction. Based on the research results, suggestions for teachers and reading promotion units as well as for future research are proposed.

過去網站設計相關研究大多強調網站介面設計、導覽設計或消費者使用之易 用性…等,較少研究關注於視覺設計對消費者態度之影響,但學者Gitte, Gary, Cathy & Brown(2006)研究發現,一般瀏覽者在接觸到網頁的0.05 秒內就已經對 於網頁設計的好惡下了決定其實,因此,留住消費者網站的第一印象非常重要。 Holter(2006)認為以動畫組成的片頭首頁(Splash page)就好像是網站的封面,不但 能呈現出網站整體之基本元素與風格,還能表現出網站整體之策略,更是表現企 業創意的最佳所在。因此,本研究主要是探討網站設計中片頭首頁(Splash pages) 之有無、生動性程度與時間長短對消費者態度之影響。 本研究採用實驗法,以2x2x2(實驗組)+1x2(控制組)之多因子設計,主要的 自變項為「片頭首頁有無(有vs.無)」、「片頭首頁生動性(高vs.低)」和「片頭首 頁時間(10 秒vs.20 秒)」;依變項是「消費者態度」,其中又分為「片頭首頁態度 度」、「網站態度」和「品牌態度」;調節變項是「網路使用目的(目標導向vs.經 驗導向」。研究結果發現: 1. 片頭首頁之有無,不會影響消費者對網站及品牌態度之偏好。 2. 片頭首頁生動性高低,不會影響消費者對片頭首頁、網站及品牌態度之偏好。 3. 片頭首頁時間長短,不會影響消費者對片頭首頁、網站及品牌態度之偏好。 4. 消費者網路使用目的之差異,不會影響消費者對片頭首頁、網站及品牌態度 之偏好。 5. 片頭首頁生動性與時間長短之間具有交互效果:當消費者在瀏覽高生動片頭 首頁時,10 秒片頭首頁比20 秒片頭首頁會有較高的品牌態度偏好。

弱勢幼兒就學準備度及其日後學習成就之探討 / A study of high risk children's school readiness and later achievement

本研究主要透過回溯方式探究幼兒弱勢因素、家庭社經、學前經驗、家長參與對幼兒就學準備度之影響;另,探究就學準備度對日後學習成就之影響及就學準備度對日後學習成就預測之重要領域能力,並比較弱勢及非弱勢幼兒之差異。 本研究透過問卷調查法,以弱勢幼兒為主要探究對象,以立意取樣方式選取南投縣草屯鎮及信義鄉352位三年級學童樣本回收率為71%。將教育弱勢幼兒定義為:偏遠地區、原住民、新移民子女及中低收入戶,樣本中弱勢學童占60.8%。研究工具分為三部分:(一)學童一、二及三年級學業成績,其中一年級學業成績採計五科作為就學準備度五領域之替代指標;二年級及三年級上學期成績則作為幼兒日後學習成就短及長期之替代指標。(二)兒童自評之生活適應問卷作為長期學習成就之另一替代指標。(三)透過自編之幼兒背景問卷、幼兒及小學時期家長問卷了解幼兒之基本資料及家長參與情形。本研究所使用的統計方法包含:描述性統計、交叉表分析、卡方分析、Pearson相關分析、T檢定、單因子變異數分析、線性迴歸及多元階層迴歸分析。 研究主要結論如下:(一) 弱勢因素對幼兒就學準備度有顯著之負項影響其影響可延伸至小學三年級。(二) 曾就讀幼兒園、就讀私立幼兒園對幼兒就學準備度及其日後學習成就有顯著正向影響,其影響可延伸至三年級。(三) 家庭社經、家長參與對幼兒就學準備度及其日後學習成就有顯著正向影響。(四) 就學準備度及學前因素為影響就學準備度之主要因素;弱勢因素及就學準備度為影響幼兒就學準備度及幼兒日後學習成就之主要因素。(五)弱勢幼兒就學準備度對日後短期及長期學習成就之預測力,較非弱勢幼兒高。(六) 弱勢幼兒就學準備度之數學及語文領域能力,能有效預測其日後二年級及三年級上學期之整體學業表現。(七) 非弱勢幼兒之幼兒就學準備度數學及語文領域能有效預測其二年級上學期之整體學業表現。 / The main purpose of this study is trying to figure out how disadvantaged factors, family Social Status, preschool experience and parental involvement will affect children’s school readiness and their later achievement. And try to find the connection between school readiness and later achievement, looking for the important school readiness area that can predict later achievement. Also try to compare the difference of above answers between disadvantaged and advantaged children’s. Ex-post-factor research and questionnaires investigate are used. Using purposive sampling, choosing Sinyi and Caotun 2 township of Nantou County, 352 3rd grade student are involved, and Effective response rate is 71%.There are 60.8%of sample are educational disadvantaged student. 3 main research tools are used:1. 1st grade’s academic score of 5 subject are using as the substitutes of school readiness performance;2nd grade’s academic score of all subject as substitutes of short-turn later achievement; 3nd grade’s academic score of all subject as substitutes of long-turn later achievement. 2. A children answered life adaptation questionnaire as another substitutes of long-turn later achievement.3. Using a self-edited student background and 2 parental involvement questionnaires. Data were analyzed by descriptive analysis, Crosstabs, Chi-square test, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, Spearman's rank correlation, t-test, linear regression, and multiple hierarchical regression analysis. The main finding of the study: 1. Disadvantaged factors have negative effects toward children’s school readiness and their later achievement. 2. Having the experience of preschool and going to private preschools have positive effects toward children’s school readiness and their later achievement. 3. Family social status and parental involvement have positive effects toward children’s school readiness and their later achievement. 4. Disadvantaged and preschool factors can and strongly predict children’s school readiness; disadvantaged factors and school readiness can strongly predict children’s later achievements. 5. School readiness can effectively predicts short and long-turn later achievements, and the effect is more significant on disadvantaged children. 6. Disadvantaged children’s school readiness of math and reading can strongly predict their short and long-turn later achievements. 7. Advantaged children’s school readiness math and reading can strongly predict their short-turn later achievements.

臺灣民眾國家認同的發展:1895年到2000年 / The Development of People’s National Identity from 1895 to 2000

國家認同指涉的是涵蓋傳統、語言與政治的整體國家文化,經過學者在各學術領域的討論,此一概念已經變得普遍。既有的研究主要則是對國家認同概念持續建構,以及瞭解個人、團體以及「國家」之間的複雜互動關係。本論文以臺灣為例,嘗試點出歷史與國家認同關係的重要性,並從1895年日本在臺灣開始殖民政策開始,到國民黨在臺灣威權統治期間,再到2000年臺灣的民主轉型之間,瞭解究竟是哪些因素,以及這些因素如何,與何時,對臺灣國家認同的發展產生影響等問題,提供重要的支持點點。其間重要的研究問題也包含究竟國家認同所指為何?以及歷史經驗,諸如日本的殖民統治時期、228事件、白色恐怖、國民當的威權統治,以及2000年之前的民主轉型等,會如影響國家認同的變化?本論文在一開始對認同發展的研究進行一總體式的回顧,接著討論社會、政治與文化認同彼此之間如何互動,以及這些認同如何與前述歷史經驗影響國家認同的發展。在此同時,本文也將評述其他學者對於1895年到2000年之間臺灣民眾國家認同發展的相關研究與論點。 / National Identity, the depiction of a country as a whole, encompassing its culture based on traditions, language and politics. This concept has grown to be common, lectured by scholars from various disciplines. Existing studies have fabricated piece by piece the definition of national identity, to comprehend the complex interaction within individuals, groups and a “Nation”. This paper seeks to provide the importance of the relationship of history on national identity, using the case of Taiwan, also known as the R.O.C (Republic of China). The importance of this research is critical to support how, when, and what variables during the time period of 1895 (Japanese Colonial Period) to 2000 (KMT Authoritarian Rule and Democratic Transition Period) were the main causes for Taiwan’s national identity to evolve. What exactly does national identity refer to? And how do historical experiences such as, the Japanese colonial era, the 2-28 and White Terror period, and KMT’s authoritarian rule and democratic transition before 2000, can systematically cause change? Prior to analyzing Taiwan, we first conduct a general review on the development of identity; the interconnection between the social, political, and cultural identities and how those identities along with historical experiences impact national identity evolution. At that juncture, we will question other scholarly works on the development of people’s national identity from 1895 to 2000 and its impact in Taiwan.

2005年4月號The Econonist 經濟學人週刊的封面刊登: 'Power at last - How the internet means the consumer really is king (and queen). ' 沒錯!消費者是國王的時代來臨了!消費者在網際網路上可以隨時隨地取得更多、更有價值的消費訊息,以極低的成本,應用網路中各種透明的消費資訊,任意的改變消費的抉擇,史無前例的表達出有別於過去被動接受產品的主動消費力量,消費利益也確實受到保護,因此以資訊為基礎的行銷策略就是消費者導向策略(Glazer,1997),呼應了經濟學人週刊的聳動標題;本研究即証明了在獲得充分且有價值的消費資訊,對消費者在進行消費決策與行為時,是具有「主動的」改變力量,因此提供消費者更豐富的消費資訊,也必定能保護更多的消費者利益。 當新的資訊處理技術與傳播媒體出現,或是由某種新工藝的創造與發展,進而改變現存的政治、經濟與文化、風俗產生新的變遷將對消費行為,產生戲劇化影響(Innis, 1951; McLuhan, 1964),原因在於消費者在面對嶄新而且陌生的消費環境,所採取維護自身消費利益的因應之道;本研究引用學者 Kahneman and . Tversky 提出的「預期理論」(Prospect Theory),以及Barry Schwatz(2004)提出的「經驗效用」(Experienced Utility)、「期望效用」()、「記憶效用」(Remembered Utility),因為以人類基於維護自身利益為出發點,方能準確反映出消費者的行為,洞察消費變化的先機;特別是在網際網路平台上對此議題的研究,本研究尚屬先例。 企業經營的成敗可由她與客戶關係的良莠顯現,衡量客戶關係最重要的指標就是:企業是否能由與消費者在消費流程互動中(關係),掌握所留下的足跡(資訊),加以解讀應用並促進消費者再消費,如此資訊的應用就是 Rashi Glazer所稱的企業「關鍵資產」,反映出不斷促進產品、服務交易的要素( Glazer,1997):如果廠商忽視此變化,影響所及,失去的將不只是企業經營的「關鍵資產」,甚至還會被消費者「主動」的遺棄;因此,在企業經營的研究中,能將劇變如此的消費行為與決策,研究出可遵循與掌握的模式,相信對廠商競爭力的提升有莫大助益。 本研究的貢獻呈現在CORM-PET模式,也就是展現消費者是如何表達他「主動」消費力量的軌跡;試想,當企業發現消費者表示喜歡你的產品卻無消費行動,在過去對企業的影響並不明顯,因為同行也不知道何以如此(無資訊)!但是面對資訊處理能力百倍於過去的今天,能經由對資訊精準處理與應用,知道其中原因的廠商將嶄露頭角;CORM-PET模式就是我們提出能解釋消費行為何以如此的模式,以及能精確應用當前處理資訊的能力,解讀消費行為留下的資料轉為有力的應用資訊,幫助供需雙方在新興「資訊經濟時代」的市場交易中各取所需。 關鍵詞 消費者導向、預期理論、期望效用、記憶效用、經驗效用、稟賦效用、定錨效用、框架效用、消費風險、消費價值、頂端效用、可得性捷思法 / The front cover title of The Econonist magazine (April of 2005) read ' Power at last-How the internet means the consumer really is king (and queen). ' Consumers can obtain more valuable consumption information whenever and wherever in the internet, this shows unprecedentedly consumers’ active consumption strength which is different from their passively accepted the products in the past. Consumers can use the transparent price information in the network with the extremely low cost, and are free to choose any consumption. Consumption interests are also really protected, so the marketing tactics based on information are that consumers lead tactics (Glazer, 1997), which echoed the title of the The Econonist magazine. This research has proved that valuable and sufficient consumption information for consumer while making consumption decision provide active power of change. Therefore, offering more abundant consumption information to consumers can certainly protect more consumers’ interests. Enterprises’ relation with customers can reflect the success or failure of their management. The most important criteria of the relationship are whether both enterprises and consumers can keep enough track in the consumption procedure to facilitate the same consumer to consume again. This is what Glazer (1997) said ' key assets ' of enterprises, which reflect key elements to promote products, service trade constantly. If the owner ignores the fact that information changes consumption decision and behavior, he or she will lose not only ' key assets ' of enterprises, but also can be abandoned by consumers. So if academic research of enterprise management can figure out the model of drastic change of the consumer behavior and decision, which can be followed and grasped, manufacturer's competitiveness will be greatest improved. The change of consumption decision and behavior is because the consumer guided by information in the face of brand-new and strange consumption environment (network market) to adopt and safeguard self-consumption interests. Historian and mass communication scholar (Innis, 1951; McLuhan, 1964) point out such a change, as new materials treatment technology and media appear or new craft created and developed can change extant politics, economy, culture and custom. Other scholars maintain one after another that must extend the value concept of the customer in the past to apply to the business activity in the internet network (Keeney, 1999; Keeney, 1992; Rayport, Sviokla, 1994). All the scholars’ academic researches of mankind’s protect one's own interests over the years, the most excellent theories are 'Prospect Theory' by Kahneman & Tversky. Schwatz’ (2004) 'Experienced Utility ', ' Expected Utility' , ' Remembered Utility '. We adopt the academic research of above-mentioned scholars, as the foundation of developing this research, because the academic research is based on mankind’s safeguarding one's own interests, which is different from others are on roles development. This research based on this kind of research to develop more concrete consumption behavior, especially the consumer behavior on the internet network platform, still belongs to the precedent. The contribution of the study appears in CORM-PET model, which represents how consumers express their initiatively consumption power. Just try to think that when the enterprises find that consumers like your products but not having the consuming action. There was not obvious in the past influence enterprises’ for the counterparts had no idea about the reasons. But information handling ability hundred times to the past today, the manufacturers who can process and apply with information accurately, and know the whys and wherefores will show up prominently. The CORM-PET model we proposed helps to explain how the consumer behavior like this pattern, dealing with information accurately, to understand the materials staying behind in consumer behavior transferring to powerful application information, to help both. 民96年5月民法親屬編修法前,我國強制認領制度存有不少爭議與缺失,其乃立於生父之立場,儘量設置多重限制,以阻止非婚生子女取得婚生子女之地位。不過,經過民國96年5月民法親屬編之修法,強制認領制度在我國立法沿革上產生重大變革,不僅刪除有關強制認領請求權行使條件及行使期間之限制,更刪除向來遭受詬病之不貞抗辯規定,同時承認死後認領制度,對於非婚生子女權益之維護,與真實主義之追求,均可獲得保障。不過,就死後認領效力之部分,因受限於民法第1069條但書之規定,被認領人對於已死亡生父之遺產無法享有繼承權,故就結論而言,死後認領對非婚生子女實質意義不大,使得此次修法之規範目的無法達成。因此本文建議,可將同條但書之「第三人」透過目的性限縮之方式排除生父之其他繼承人在外,同時立法論上參照日本民法之規定,設計遺產分割後僅能請求支付相當於應繼分之價額之制度,以權衡遺產分割之安定性與被認領人之利益。 鑑於DNA鑑定技術在現今已成為親子關係解明之最佳利器,於認領訴訟上即應積極運用,課予當事人或第三協力義務,以協助發現真實,達成實體法上之規範目的。例如,在當事人就親子關係之存在已為一定程度之釋明後,DNA鑑定即得作為法院優先調查之證據;在現行法下,為發揮勘驗命令之效用,於當事人無正當理由不從法院所為之檢查命令時,宜於訴訟上依證明妨礙之規定對其為不利之判斷,以達到制裁之效果;甚至在立法論上,基於發現血統真實、保障子女之血統認識權,無論係對訴訟當事人或訴外關係人,皆可考慮採取直接強制之手段以迫其履行協力義務。惟,在積極運用血緣鑑定技術之同時,為兼顧保障檢查義務人之人權,對於使用之時機與手段亦須慎重。例如:原告起訴時須先提出一定之客觀事實而足以懷疑某人為生父,以防止證據無端摸索;義務人有健康受損等正當理由時,得拒絕接受檢查;如立法論上承認對當事人或關係人得採取直接強制之手段,則應注意「直接強制之最後手段性」等。如此一來,方能在兼顧發現真實與保障人權之前提下,達成實體法上之規範目的。 最後,強制認領之變革亦可能對人工生殖政策產生衝擊。亦即,基於民國96年5月民法親屬編修法已承認死後認領,透過類推適用之方式,子女婚生性之問題應可獲得解決,且進而可發生親屬間扶養或代位繼承之效力,因而本文認為,倘若相關制度上之設計能給予該子女一個符合正常人格發展之環境,則在可以符合子女利益之原則下,將來人工生殖法未必無開放死後人工生殖之空間。至於如有法規範外之死後人工生殖子女之出生,在亡父生前同意之前提下,應准許其類推適用民法第1067條規定請求死後認領,以保護留後子女之利益。

靈與心的救贖:從靈思心理學解讀al-Ghazzali的蘇非之道 / The Salvation of Soul and Heart: A Contemplative Psychological Interpretation on al-Ghazzali’s Sufi Path

本文以11、12世紀伊斯蘭蘇非大師Ghazzali的靈與心之救贖作為宗教心理學理論探討的典範,主要著眼於他個人在宗教心理的意義中,以虔誠和謙卑體現信仰實踐的重大轉變,除了其本身擁有豐富的知識和深刻的思想,更重要的是,他履行蘇非之道,徹底改變信仰態度,真正捨離世俗,最終獲得靈與心的救贖。在分析和詮釋的理論依據上,本文採用荷蘭宗教心理學家Han F.de Wit結合自己的心理學素養與靈修經驗,在20世紀晚期發展出的一套理論,稱為「靈思心理學」(Contemplative Psychology)。在這套理論中,de Wit呈現宗教的冥思傳統(contemplative tradition)與個人的心理洞見、信念之間的連結,經驗和思想可以相互為用。在他所提出的觀點之中,本文透過如下幾個主張,包括皈依、關鍵時刻、斷裂、危機、懷疑、改變、與捨離,說明Ghazzali如何成就伊斯蘭密契傳統的最高典範,同時也突顯靈思心理學試圖闡釋人類靈與心互相超越,同獲救贖的理想。 / The thesis regarded Ghazzali, the outstanding thinker and great Sufi of Islamic world in the 11th and 12th centuries, as a perfect example, who embodied an inward transformation of religious action with piety and humility. Other than his profound knowledge and thoughts, Ghazzali is also an authority on theology and law of Islam, and furthermore he performed a Muslim’s devotion by proceeding on the path of Sufi. He gave up all his possessions, followed the instructions of Sufism to survive a serious crisis of spirit, and obtained the ultimate salvation of his soul and heart in the end. The theory used in this thesis to analyze and interpret Ghazzali’s spiritual experience is the “contemplative psychology” of Han F.de Wit, who is a religious psychologist of the Netherlands. De Wit spent more than ten years combining his psychological training and spiritual experience to develop the theory in late twentieth century. In this theory he presented the connection between contemplative traditions of many religions and the insights & beliefs within individual mind. Among those concepts stated by de Wit in his theory, the thesis used mainly several of them, such as conversion, moments, break, crisis, doubt, change, and renunciation, etc. Accordingly, Ghazzali could be the most perfect example of the contemplative psychology, when we refer to salvation of both human Soul and Heart.

當線性模型中包含隨機效果項時,若將之視為固定效果或直接忽略,往往會造成嚴重的推測偏差,故應以混合線性模型為架構。若模式中只包含一個隨機效果項,則模式中有兩個變異數成份,若包含 個隨機效果項,則模式中有 個變異數成份。本論文主要在介紹至少兩個變異數成份時固定效果及隨機效果線性組合的最佳線性不偏推測量(BLUP),及其推測區間之推導與建立。然而BLUP實為變異數比率的函數,若變異數比率未知,而以最大概似法(Maximum Likelihood Method)或殘差最大概似法(Residual Maximum Likelihood Method)估計出變異數比率,再代入BLUP中,則得到的是經驗最佳線性不偏推測量(EBLUP)。至於推測區間則與EBLUP的均方誤有關,本論文先介紹如何求算其漸近不偏估計量,再介紹EBLUP之推測誤差除以 後,其自由度的估算方法,據以建構推測區間。 / When random effects are contained in the model, if they are treated as fixed effects or ignore, then it may result in serious prediction bias. However, BLUP is a function of variance ratios. If the variance ratios are unknown, we can replace them by their maximum likelihood estimates or residual maximum likelihood estimates, then we can get empirical best linear unbiased predictor (EBLUP). Because prediction interval is relating to the mean squared error (MSE) of EBLUP, so the study first introduces how to get its approximate unbiased estimator, m<sub>a</sub> , then introduces how to evaluate the degrees of freedom of the ratio of the prediction error for the EBLUP and m<sub>a</sub> <sup>1/2</sup> , in order to use both of them to establish the prediction interval.

研發取得策略的績效意涵:理論與證據 / Performance Implications of R&D Sourcing Strategy: Theory and Evidence

本研究旨在探討研發取得策略,情境因子,研發人力資本,與公司績效之間的關聯性。藉由理論模型的推導與實務訪談研發中心主管來發展假說,進而以混合資料模型(pooled data models)與橫斷面資料模型來進行實證分析。主要結果為:當公司的研發多樣化程度較高,專利權數目較少,公司較可能採取內外部研發並進策略(R&D hybrid strategy),而非完全內部研發策略(make strategy)。最重要地,過度/低度的外部研發取得(under-/over-external R&D sourcing)對於公司績效有負/正向影響。相較於會計績效,此效果對市場績效的影響尤其顯著。同時,研發取得策略對於公司績效的影響,取決於公司的研發人力資本。相較於採取完全內部研發策略的公司,為了吸收外來的異質技術,採取內外部研發並進策略的公司較可能聘任不同研發種類的研發人員;而如此的研發取得策略與研發人力資本契合將進而改善會計與市場績效。本研究的發現與交易成本理論與supermodular理論一致。如同預期,相較於橫斷面資料模型,本研究的實證分析在混合資料模型較為顯著。 / The association between performance and R&D sourcing strategy in relation to contextual variables and R&D human capital is determined by the analytical model coupled with field interviews with directors or managers in R&D centers. Capitalizing on a unique database of the 2001-2003 Taiwan Industry R&D Investment Survey containing more detailed information available on the R&D activities to verify this association, the researcher tests the empirical results by cross-sectional and pooled data models. The findings are that an innovating firm will prefer to implement the R&D hybrid strategy when the higher degrees of R&D diversity and fewer counts of patents are exhibited. Perhaps most importantly, this study shows compelling evidence that over-/under-external R&D sourcing affects negatively/positively a firm’s performance. This effect is more significant in the market-based performance (Tobin’s q and average two-year Tobin’s q) than accounting-based performance (ROS and ROA). Moreover, the associations between R&D sourcing strategy and a firm’s performance are contingent on the use of R&D human capital. Innovative firms with the R&D hybrid/make strategy are more/less prone to employee diverse types of R&D experts to absorb the coming external knowledge, and such alignment between R&D sourcing strategy and R&D human capital thus improves both accounting- and market-based performance. The results are consistent with both transaction cost paradigms that discriminating alignment of transactions with strategy leads to more efficient outcomes, and the supermodularity model that a firm’s performance is a function of coherent alignment between strategy and structural elements of an organization. As predicted, these effects are noticeable and more pronounced in the pooled data model than in the cross-sectional design.
