新創事業的口碑管理-以木酢家為例 / Word of Mouth Management of Startup Business - A Case Study of Mujohome Pet Supplies

台灣有很多的新創公司,產業結構以中小企業為主, 2013年台灣中小企業佔全體企業的97.64%;不可否認的是中小企業是台灣經濟的中流砥柱,也是幫助就業與平均分配所得的要角。然而,有超過三成的新設企業在五年以內結束營業,而經濟部2013年所出版的全球創業觀察台灣年報中的調查表示,新設企業在資金周轉不靈或是資源缺乏的情況下,將難以持續營運企業。 當人們再購買產品或是服務之前,多半傾向會去詢問親友或是熟人的意見,有93%的消費者會上網搜尋口碑意見,且有近53%的消費者會上網評論、分享他們的經驗,而當對於商品或服務滿意時,評論的意願會增加。國內外對於口碑效應的研究不在少數,但研究本身多集中在口碑效應的行程以及消費者行為,較少從企業的觀點出發研究口碑管理,如果能夠深入研究口碑管理的操作細節並能夠為新創事業所運用的話,將能夠大大提升資源效率與公司的存活率。 本研究欲探討的問題有三,1. 新創事業在達到穩定期之前如何促進口碑傳播?再者,促進口碑傳播的行為與其成長階段的關係為何?2. 新創事業在達到穩定期之前如何監視口碑?再者,監視口碑的行為與其成長階段的關係為何?3. 新創事業在達到穩定期之前如何回應口碑?再者,回應口碑的行為與其成長階段的關係為何? 透過深入訪談新創事業-木酢家,並配合相關次級資料的蒐集與整理,本研究獲得以下結論1.新創事業會透過接觸虛擬和實體世界中不同的人際網絡促進口碑傳播。2. 新創事業口碑監視的重點在於,更詳細的了解消費者行為,以及顧客真正想要的產品。3. 口碑回應是對消費者傳達理念的途徑,新創事業再塑造形象時會納入策略的一部分。 / There are many start-up companies in Taiwan, and therefore made the industrial structure full of small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). In the year of 2013, SMEs account for 97.64% of all the enterprises,and are the mainstay of the employment market andthe economy system in Taiwan. However, the data shows that over 30% of SMEs end up in 5 years, the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) from the Ministry of Economic Affairs said that the lack of money and resources are the biggest challenge of running a start-up company. When making the decision of buying products and services, people incline to ask for the opinions from friends or acquaintances. The data shows that 93% of the respondents search word-of-mouth informations on the internet, and 53% of them shared their experiences. The more satisfaction they perceived, the more likely they would share the experience. There were abundance of researches in the past studying word-of-mouth, much of them gave discussions on word-of-mouth effects and consumer behaviors, while only a few studying about word-of-mouth management from the enterprise view of point. Despite the power that word-of-mouth contains, if it can be apply by some of the SMEs, it might enhance the efficiency of utilizing resources. This thesis is going to study three questions: 1. How does a start-up company foster word-of-mouth before the company comes to a stabilizing phase? Moreover, what is the relationship between the word-of-mouth foster activity and the growing phases? 2. How does a start-up company monitor word-of-mouth before the company comes to a stabilizing phase? Moreover, what is the relationship between the word-of-mouth monitor activity and the growing phases? 3. How does a start-up company responds to word-of-mouth before the company comes to a stabilizing phase? Moreover, what is the relationship between the word-of-mouth responding activity and the growing phases? The research findings are describe as following:1. A Start-up company foster word-of-mouth by attaching different virtual and physical social networks. 2. The word-of-mouth monitor activity of a start-up company focuses on the comprehension of consumer behaviors and the consumer needs. 3. The word-of-mouth responding activity is a way to convey the belief of the company, it would be a part of the strategy when a start-up company is shaping its image.

臺灣對外投資廠商海外投資事業經營方式的影響因素 / The Determinants of Choices of Overseas Operation Modes in Taiwan FDI Manufacturing Industry

海外經營方式會影響廠商能否成功達成其對外投資目的,本研究主要目的在探討廠商海外事業經營方式之影響因素,借由經濟部2007年製造業對外投資實況調查,透過廠商特性、投資動機、地主國特性及營運特性四大面向進行討論,運用兩階段Multinomial Logit Model進行實證分析。經第一階段實證研究發現,擴張型市場動機、經濟動機、策略動機及原料來源是廠商選擇海外事業經營製造業、銷售服務業或同時經營製造及銷售服務業的影響因素;第二階段實證則發現經濟動機及母子公司分工關係是影響製造業廠商海外經營代工、自有產品或同時經營代工與自有產品製造的影響因素。 實證說明多項變數使臺灣海外投資廠商傾向同時經營製造及銷售服務業,亦會讓海外經營製造業之廠商同時經營代工及自有產品製造,實證結果可提供臺灣廠商海外事業經營之參考。

透過電子治理的推行與應用,來促成政府資訊公開、服務傳遞、民主參與以及跨域整合為當前政府公共事務管理的重要趨勢;然相較於電子治理應用於公共服務的討論,對於電子治理應用於環境管制行政的檢視與探討卻相對缺乏,但管制政策實為影響社會與民眾深遠的重要政策類型,針對其進行檢視乃當前刻不容緩之議題。是以本研究旨在透過文獻檢閱、深度訪談與實物分析,建構電子治理應用於環境管制行政的成效評估架構,希冀藉此提供後續研究一系統性成效評估檢視基礎,來協助評估電子治理應用於環境管制行政的成效檢視,並進一步協助管制目的的達成。 本研究結果發現,電子治理應用於環境管制行政應是包含開始的資源投入到結果產出的一系統性之評估,以呈現整體環境管制行政的電子治理應用過程,是以本研究提出包含功能面向(使用易用性、系統整合性、統計功能完整性、系統穩定性、資訊品質)、使用行為面向(使用者感知、使用者類型)、與效益面向(效能、即時性、效率、回應性、正當性)此三大構面的電子治理應用於環境管制行政的成效評估架構,並針對各評估次構面進行指標操作化與提出評估設計之建議。 基於前述研究過程與結果,本研究認為應提升對電子治理應用於管制政策的成效評估關注,並透過系統性的評估來探討當前使用情形與待改進之面向,同時,也應重視環境管制行政有別於公共服務而具有的強制性特質,並具有達成重要公共利益的管制目的任務;本研究更針對後續研究,提出透過資訊公開角度、民眾公開參與規劃等角度來檢是電子治理應用於環境管制行政的成效,以臻進電子治理的應用討論以及管制目的與公共利益的達成。

台灣休閒農場事業模式創新之研究

休閒農業不再是第一級的傳統產業或者第二級的加工產業,已經提升至第三級甚至結合美學、體驗的創意生活產業,傳統的農業經營模式不再符合時代所需。本研究希望透過經濟院工業局與中衛發展中心評選為創意生活事業模範的五家休閒農場,瞭解事業模式創新建立與評估事業模式創新的意義。研究成果,一方面可提供五家個案農場作為未來發展改進的參考,另一方面,可作為一般休閒農場經營人的創新模範。 本研究以飛牛牧場、君達香草健康世界、金雞蛋休閒農場、三富花園農場以及勝洋休閒農場五家休閒農場為研究對象,根據深入訪談與直接觀察分析與評估個案農場的事業模式創新。從創新機會與因素中的環境變項、農場變項、個人變項,瞭解過去農場的發展對其事業模式在核心策略、策略性資源、體驗營造之創新影響,歸納整理兩者之間的因果關係,並找出五家休閒農場事業模式創新異同之處。本研究之研究問題: 一、瞭解休閒農場創新機會與因素為何。 二、瞭解休閒農場事業模式創新的組成要素為何。 三、瞭解創新機會與因素對事業模式創新的影響,兩者關係為何。 四、比較個案農場經營結果,評估事業模式創新是否有創造財富潛力。 個案研究顯示,飛牛牧場、君達香草健康世界、金雞蛋休閒農場、三富花園農場以及勝洋休閒農場之事業模式創新皆與其創新機會和因素息息相關,同時,事業模式創新的確能為休閒農場帶來財富或者創造財富的潛力。

海峽兩岸印鈔廠分治後之組織發展與經營模式之比較 / A comparative study on cross strait’s banknote printing enterprise of organizational development and business model after the partition

海峽兩岸關係從敵對僵局到近年來炙熱化的開放互動,其中負責兩岸鈔券印製重責大任又同根同源的台灣中央印製廠與中國上海印鈔有限公司、北京印鈔有限公司,卻自1949年徐蚌會戰後隔岸相望迄今。除晚近能在少數國際鈔券會議或展覽中碰面外,雙方鮮少互動,目前仍同。尤其在中斷了62年的漫長歲月中,兩岸印鈔事業在長期分治後,各自的組織發展與經營模式演變有何異同,國內相關研究相當稀少,此乃為本研究的動機與目的。 本研究運用文獻分析法及深度訪談法,藉由兩岸印鈔企業文獻資料的文獻加以比較,其中歷史文獻為相當重要的連結。並透過訪談兩岸相多位關人士及對鈔券有深度研究的學者,佐以相關理論進行研究分析。 經由文獻與訪談分析後,本研究發現兩岸印鈔事業在企業組織、經營模式、企業文化等方面大多不同。透過本研究,可對中國大陸印鈔企業有更多的瞭解,並藉此能更深一層的瞭解中國大陸印鈔事業的運作情形,俾能為兩岸印鈔廠經營提供建議。 / In recent years, the cross-strait relationship between Taiwan (ROC) and China (PROC) has evolved from political hostility and stalemate into intense economic interactions. However, as the legal tender producers of both sides, Taiwan’s Central Engraving and Printing Plant (CEPP) and China Banknote Printing and Minting Corporation (CBPM) are identically rooted while have been isolated from each other since the communist victory in 1949 in the Chinese Civil War. Except a few brief contacts during the international conferences or exhibitions, these two organizations barely have any interactions. To date, there is little study on the comparison between CEPP and CBPM with the focus on their organizational developments and business models, and thus motivates this research project. In this research, literature Analysis and In-depth Interview were used. We reviewed documents regarding CEPP and CBPM, especially by addressing the critical events and commonality between their historical documents. In addition, we interviewed the officials of CBPM who were invited to visit Taiwan and scholars who have profound knowledge in printing banknotes, security documents and government documents. Based on the documents and interviews, we analyze the organizational development and business models of CEPP and CBPM respectively with related theories. Through the analysis of the literature and interviews, this study found that the two sides of banknote printing career in business organization, business model, corporate culture, are mostly different. Through this research, we expect to have better understanding about CBPM and will be able to explain the rationale of its business model and the causality of its rapid organizational development. Consequently, this in-depth understanding should be helpful in providing CEPP with valuable references and suggestions.

數位時代來臨,過去在戶外見到的傳統招牌廣告、商店內張貼的紙本海報,或是速食店(Quick Service Restaurant)的菜單,現在都漸漸由數位看板取代。根據Global Industry Analysts的預測,2017年全球數位看板市場規模約為138億美元。宏碁自建雲部門於2012年起致力於發展雲端相關之產品,看好數位看板的高成長性,宏碁將數位看板與自身雲端系統結合,在德國成功銷售了8,000台數位看板解決方案。2017年,宏碁取得前線媒體的影像辨識感應器技術,並將其應用到宏碁智雲看板解決方案上,讓「眼球經濟」商業化,成為創新的商業模式。透過積極的入股和策略聯盟,宏碁不斷優化自身的銷售組合以及商業模式,希望將營運宏碁智雲看板的Acer Being Signage Gmbh德國子公司成為宏碁自建雲第一個上市的事業體。 本研究將探討宏碁智雲看板的商業模式,同時,給予其建議,使其能與競爭者差異化以達到目標所需之銷售量。 / Digital transformation age has come. Digital Signage replaced the traditional out-of-home media such as plastic advertising signs, posters in stores and paper menus in quick service restaurants. According to the estimation by Global Industry Analysts, Digital Signage Market value in 2017 is about 13.8 billion USD. Acer BYOC department focused on developing cloud-based related products. Considering the high potential of digital signage, Acer BYOC combined cloud technology with signage, and successfully sold 8,000 digital signage solution in Germany by its subsidiary Acer Being Signage GmbH. In 2017, Acer BYOC acquired the technique of Behavior Tracking System from Pilot TV and applied it on the digital signage solution. Acer commercialize “eye economy” into its business model for innovation. By altering and fine-tuning its product mix and business model, Acer hope that Acer Being Signage GmbH could be the first listing business unit in BYOC. This thesis will discuss about Acer ‘s current business model, as well as offering suggestions so that Acer can be differentiated from its competitors and increase the sales volume.

國營事業新進人員工作滿意對組織承諾影響之探討—以C國營事業為對象 / A Study on the Effect of Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment of New Entrants in A State-owned Enterprise: A Case of State-owned Enterprise C

民國80年代起,國營事業配合民營化政策停止新進人員進用,至民國90年代才陸續恢復,近年來,政府為改善國營事業人力結構,加速人力新陳代謝,積極規劃鬆綁國營事業用人制度並持續招考員工。國營事業新進員工的工作滿意與組織承諾對於所屬國營事業未來的發展及經營將具有極大的影響,更關係到組織的效率和競爭力。因此本研究以國營事業新進人員工作滿意、組織承諾為探討重點,同時就國營事業新進人員之個人背景變項與工作滿意、組織承諾作相關分析,並探討國營事業新進人員之工作滿意度對於組織承諾之影響,以問卷調查的方式進行資料蒐集。經分析問卷調查結果後發現: 一、不同「服務年資」、「人員類別」及「工作職務」的國營事業新進人員在工作滿意部分構面上有顯著差異。 二、不同「年齡」、「服務年資」、「人員類別」及「工作職務」的國營事業新進人員在組織承諾部分構面上有顯著差異。 三、國營事業新進人員工作滿意對組織承諾具有顯著的相關性,且呈現非常高度正相關。 四、國營事業新進人員之工作滿意各構面對組織承諾各構面部分達到顯著的正向效果-「內在滿意」、「外在滿意」與「一般滿意」對價值承諾之影響均呈現顯著的正向效果,「內在滿意」與「一般滿意」對努力承諾之影響亦呈現顯著的正向效果,「內在滿意」與「外在滿意」對留職承諾之影響同為顯著的正向效果。 依據相關研究分析結果提出建議供國營事業主管機關、國營事業機構及新進人員參考,以提升新進人員的工作滿意及組織承諾。 / In the 1990s, state-owned enterprises stopped the use of new entrants in cooperation with the privatization policy and only gradually recovered in the 2000s. In recent years, the government has been working hard to improve the manpower structure of state-run enterprises and speed up manpower metabolism by systematically planning to loosen the employment system of state-owned enterprises Employee. The job satisfaction and organizational commitment of new entrants in state-owned enterprises will have a tremendous impact on the future development and operation of the state-owned enterprises to which they belong, and more on the efficiency and competitiveness of the organization. Therefore, this study is satisfied with the work of new personnel in state-owned enterprises, the organization promises to explore the key points, at the same time, it analyzes the individual background changes of variables and job satisfaction, organizational commitment and the job satisfaction of the newly recruited state- The impact of commitment, and to conduct a questionnaire survey data collection. After the analysis of the survey results found: 1.There are significant differences in terms of job satisfaction among the newly recruited state-owned enterprises with different "years of service", "categories of personnel" and "job titles". 2.The new staff of state-owned enterprises with different "age", "seniority", "type of personnel" and "job title" have significant differences in the organizational commitment aspects. 3.Job satisfaction of newly recruited state-owned enterprises has significant correlation with organizational commitment and shows a very high degree of positive correlation. 4.Job Satisfaction of New Staff in State-owned Enterprises Achieve Significant Positive Effect on Various Facets of Organizational Commitment. Based on the results of the relevant research and analysis, suggestions are made for the reference of the competent state-run business administrations, state-owned institutions and newly recruited personnel so as to enhance the job satisfaction and organizational commitment of the newly recruited staff.
