Esta tese conta uma história de Arthur Bispo do Rosário (1909-1989), procurando problematizar sua trajetória através de uma análise enunciativa, mostrando a maneira como o personagem se delineia de diferentes formas, conforme o olhar de quem o apreende, de quem o toma e o institui como objeto. Loucura e arte se entrelaçam para compor a capacidade artística e a genialidade de um sujeito tido como único, que engendraria, em suas criações, todas as referências da arte contemporânea. Bispo não é o produtor central dos acontecimentos que perpassam estas páginas, mas sim o resultado da batalha discursiva aqui problematizada. Objetivou-se mostrar que não existe um único Bispo anterior às tramas discursivas que buscam representá-lo, um sujeito fundante, um ponto de partida que inauguraria seus gestos e palavras. O que existe são diferentes Bispos, produzidos pelos discursos que o apreenderam. Para isso, estudos acadêmicos, documentos institucionais, entrevistas, poemas, sambas enredo, fotografias, reportagens, inventários, bem como as peças por ele produzidas, hoje tidas como obras de arte, foram tomadas como monumentos que procuram dizer quem foi Arthur Bispo do Rosário. O olhar que norteou o presente estudo foi direcionado pelas noções foucautianas de “práticas discursivas e não discursivas”, “sujeito”, “enunciado” e “invenção de si”, além de outros conceitos como “enquadramento da memória” e “monumentalização”, e seus resultados apresentam-se em cinco partes, as quais tentam dar conta da intriga proposta: o período anterior à internação, sua vivência da Colônia Juliano Moreira (RJ), sua versão de si, sua incursão pelo mundo das artes plásticas e sua monumentalização. / This thesis tells the story of Arthur Bispo do Rosário (1909-1989), looking to investigate and problematize his history through an analysis of enunciation, showing how the character outlines in different ways, depending on the look of someone who understands him, who takes him and who instituting him as an object. Madness and art intertwine to compose the artistic capacity and geniality of a unique man that would engender in his creations, all references in contemporary art. Bispo is not the producer of the central events that run through these pages, but the result of the discursive struggle herein analyzed. This work aimed to show that there isn‟t just one Bispo before the discursive intrigues that looking to represent him, a founding subject, a starting point to inaugurate his gestures and words. What exists are different Bispos, produced by the discourses that had apprehended him. To this end, academic studies, institutional documents, interviews, poems, sambas storyline, photographs, reports, inventories, and documents produced by him, now regarded as works of art were taken as monuments that tell who was looking for Arthur Bispo do Rosário. The look that guided the present study was directed by Foucault‟s notions of "discursive and non-discursive practices," "subject", "utterance" and "self-invention", and other concepts such as "classification of memory" and "monumentalization". Their results are presented in five parts, which try to account for the intriguing proposal: the period prior to his internment, his life experience in Juliano Moreira colony (RJ), his version of himself, his foray into the world of plastic arts and his monumentalization.

In the existing literature, the constructs of "madness" and "woman' have long been associated with one another. This association has led to attempts by various authors, and also this current work, to deconstruct the constructs of madness and gender. The association between the constructs of "madness" and gender is seen in terms of metaphor. The relationship between the constructs of madness" and "woman" are described in terms of the manner in which meanings of metaphors of duality are collapsed onto one another. The approach to this discussion typifies the current shift in the human sciences from a belief in objective bias-neutral research to a new kind of self -conscious and sophisticated reality. I placed myself in this discussion as a researcher and a therapist, influenced by feminist, contextual and social constructionist ideas. Fundamentando-se nas análises genealógicas sobre o poder psiquiátrico e a história da loucura, tal como concebido por Michel Foucault, busca-se contribuir com ferramentas conceituais e metodológicas no sentido de problematizar a discussão de que Reforma Psiquiátrica não é apenas uma reforma de serviços sanitários, de caráter administrativa, formal ou operacional, e também de que a loucura não pode ser tratada exclusivamente num âmbito médico, biológico e psicológico. A conclusão se sustenta na concepção de Reforma Psiquiátrica como Empresa Social, dentro da tradição basagliana, tal como desenvolvidapor Rotelli et col., que aponta para a noção de que a desinstitucionalização, como processo condutor da Reforma Psiquiátrica, só se realiza plenamente quando atinge sua dimensão mais ampla de transformação cultural, nos levando à construção de novas formas de relaçãosocial com a loucura e novas possibilidades de exercer a participação social nas instituições e na vida democrática, redimensionando os objetivos da Reforma Psiquiátrica como sendo os de invenção de saúde e produção de vida. / The mark of this dissertation is the reflection on the concept of Psychiatric Reform to the light of the problem of the reorientation of the health care model in the public politics of mental health. Being based in the genealogical analyses on the psychiatric power and the history of the madness, just as having become pregnant for Michel Foucault, it is looked for to contribute with conceptual and methodological tools in the sense of problematizing the discussion that it Reforms Psychiatric it is not just a reform of sanitary services, of administrative, formal or operational character, and also that the madness cannot be treated exclusively in an extent medical, biological and psychological. The conclusion is sustained in the conception of Psychiatric Reform as Social Company, inside of the Basaglia’s tradition, just as having developed for Rotelli et col., that it appears for the notion that the deinstitucionalization, as conductive process of the Psychiatric Reform, only takes place fully when it reaches his wider dimension of cultural transformation, taking us to the construction in new ways of social relationship with the madness and new possibilities of exercising the social participation in the institutions and in the democratic life, remaking the objectives of the Psychiatric Reform as being the ones of 'invention of health' and life production.

O presente trabalho teve como objetivo estabelecer a relação entre a loucura e a submissão feminina, tendo como causa o poder masculino, retratada de forma ampla nas obras e cartas de Florbela Espanca, poetisa portuguesa do início do século XX. Um olhar no regime econômico vigente na época, o Capitalismo, é de grande importância para contextualização da mulher na sociedade, que transforma gradualmente, o papel social feminino. Com uma nova posição no mundo surgem mulheres com questionamentos e reavaliações bastante peculiares para a época. Em Portugal, na Literatura o processo começa a ser registrado primeiramente, de forma amadora nos salões de chá e depois, muito lentamente, em publicações literárias. Considerando a importância da interdisciplinariedade foi utilizado para o presente estudo conhecimentos na área de psicanálise como respaldo científico para, análise das cartas e dos sonetos compostos por Florbela Espanca relacionando-os com os desequilíbrios emocionais também denominados neurastenia. / The of aim of the present work is to establish a relationship between madness and female submission as a result of male power, widely portrayed in the works by Florbela Espanca, a portuguese poet from the beginning of the 20th century. The economic regime of Capitalism current at that time has a great importance for the womens changing place in society, which also changed, little by little, social female roles. With a new position, a different kind of woman begins to question and re-evaluate various issues in a very unusual way for the time. In Portugal, it is in Literature, at first, that this process starts to be recorded, in an amateur way in tea rooms and then, slowly, in literary publications. Considering the importance of interdisciplinarity in the literary field, the present work draws on Psychoanalysis as the basis for the analysis of the letters and sonnets written by Florbela Espanca, linking these to the emotional condition named neurasthenia.

Partant du constat que le monde dans lequel nous vivons requiert, pour le comprendre, l’élaboration d’une pensée critique efficace, cette thèse analyse, par le biais du mode littéraire du récit de détection, l’itinéraire de la pensée de Chesterton comme méthode de raisonnement et ensemble de stratégies intellectuelles. De la même manière que Descartes proposait d’exposer sa méthode « pour bien conduire sa raison, et chercher la vérité dans les sciences » (Discours de la méthode), nous exposons ici les mécanismes d’une manière de penser originale. En convoquant son imagination et sa « philosophie des contes de fées », Chesterton redécouvre ce qui lui était familier, voit au-delà des apparences et échappe à la folie, qu’il redéfinit comme la conséquence de l’isolement de la raison pure. Sa pensée visuelle, progressant par métaphores, analogies et paradoxes, est une pensée visionnaire, capable de renverser les perspectives pour mieux voir le monde et en saisir le sens. La pensée chestertonienne, fuyant toute forme d’isolement et de solipsisme, se construit sur différents modes dialogiques : Chesterton pense toujours avec ou contre d’autres sujets pensants, d’autres formes de pensée, et invite son lecteur à le suivre dans ce cheminement intellectuel. / As Critical thinking appears more and more vital to understand the world we live in, this study resorts to detective fiction considered in its literariness to analyse the itinerary of Chesterton’s mind, both as a method of reasoning and a set of intellectual strategies. In the same way as Descartes set out his method “of rightly conducting one’s reason and of seeking truth in the sciences” (The Discourse on the Method), we intend to show the mechanisms underlying an original way of thinking. By summoning his imagination and his “ethics of elfland”, Chesterton rediscovers the things he was familiar with, sees beyond appearances, and avoids madness, which he redefines as the consequence of the isolation of pure reason. His visual mind, which progresses by way of metaphors, analogies and paradoxes, is a visionary mind that can reverse perspectives in order to see the world better and grasp its meaning. By keeping away from any form of isolation or solipsism, the Chestertonian way of thinking operates according to different dialogic modes – Chesterton always thinks with or against other thinking subjects or other forms of thinking, and invites his reader to follow him on this intellectual path.

Este trabalho é constituído por quatro ensaios que se encadeiam de forma lógica constituindo uma linha argumentativa a qual busca problematizar o conceito de contemporaneidade e suas relações para com a diferença. Ao pensar tal relação pretende-se apresentar uma cartografia de algumas rupturas estratégicas das práticas para com o desviante (principalmente “o louco”), a qual finda por visibilizar a rede de sutis microcapturas que constituem as operações da máquina capitalística contemporânea. Pretende-se assim, a partir da questão do espaço, da diferença e dos hábitos, apresentar uma minuciosa carta dos arranjos de forças que constroem isso que alguns denominam Sociedade de Controle, em oposição à Sociedade Disciplinar que deu origem aos espaços asilares. A linha de argumentação inicia por uma definição da estilística temporal do contemporâneo e da sua relação com a pesquisa em ciências humanas, conceituando e justificando a escolha do método genealógico, logo após se define o conceito de coro cartógrafo, diferenciando-o de outras perspectivas epistêmicas. O terceiro ensaio apresenta uma genealogia das relações entre a cidade de Porto Alegre e a loucura, desde a fundação do núcleo urbano até nossos dias, tal construção serve para complexificar as reflexões sobre o atual momento da reforma psiquiátrica. Por fim, no quarto ensaio, parte-se das questões apresentadas pela genealogia para uma problematização e definição da sociedade de controle e suas micro capturas domésticas, utilizando o acontecimento da reforma psiquiátrica para visibilizar certas práticas cotidianas. / This work is made by four essays linked forming on argumentative logical line that searches to problem contemporany concept and its relations whit difference. By thinking this relation it is tried to present one cartography of some strategical ruptures from the practices with the divergent, making the madman, that finishes by making visible subtle microcapture nets that constitute the contemporany capitalism machine operations. [pt] Este trabalho de pesquisa se dedica a investigar a realidade material da loucura através da escuta dos corpos inseridos no espaço de atendimento, Casa Verde, localizada na cidade do Rio de Janeiro. A partir de uma percepção particular sobre o que se entende por espaço e trazendo o conceito de materialidade, objetiva observar o que vem se configurando no âmbito do atendimento à saúde mental desde a ocorrência do Movimento Antimanicomial, atentando-se não somente para oque se configurou espacialmente, mas principalmente exercendo um olhar sobreoenquadramento da loucura no corpus social. Recorrendo à metodologiafenomenológica e à criativa, desafiou-se a reunir em sua estrutura, narrativa e atividade tanto a teoria quanto a prática de seu posicionamento de abertura para os limites e tensionamentos que emergiram no contato com o campo. Tomando como base principalmente os trabalhos de Michel Foucault, Roland Barthes e Judith Butler, realiza um esforço para propor novas formas de questionamento acerca das condições e operações que reconhecem e validam modos de vida na contemporaneidade, para assim incitar mobilizações em seus dispositivos normativos. / [en] This research is dedicated to the listening of bodies belonging to the material reality of Madness found in the space of mental health attendance, Casa Verde, in the city of Rio de Janeiro. From a particular perception about what we understand as space and bringing the concept of materiality, aims to observe what has been developing in the scope of mental health attendance since the occurrence of the Anti-asylum Movement, regarding not only what has been spatially constructed, but mostly gazing how Madness has been socially framed since then. Drawing upon phenomenological and creative methodologies, this work challenges itself in order to gather in its own structure, narrative and activity the theory and practice of its openness to limits and tensions that emerged during contact with the field. Michel Foucault s, Roland Barthes, and Judith Butler s works were the primary theoretical ground used to propose new ways of questioning the conditions and operations that recognize and validate contemporary ways of living, in order to rouse mobilizations in its normative devices.

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo investigar a família no contexto da loucura, considerando-se as formas cotidianas da família compreender o que vive neste cenário e as formas de lidar com o sujeito da loucura em sua casa e nos serviços de saúde mental. Para tanto, buscou-se identificar: as representações da família em relação à loucura; as formas da família se relacionar com o sujeito da loucura; as relações estabelecidas entre a família e a rede de atenção em saúde mental; e o espaço social e político destinado às famílias no campo das políticas públicas de saúde mental. Realizou-se um estudo de caso, com base nas entrevistas realizadas com a mãe de um usuário de um CAPS da capital paulista, entendendose que conhecer aspectos de uma realidade familiar, nos fornece subsídios para refletirmos sobre os rumos tomados pela atenção em saúde mental no Brasil, no âmbito da reforma psiquiátrica. Oferece, ainda, a possibilidade de levantar questões pertinentes à sua constante reformulação. A questão da desconstrução da cultura manicomial apresentou-se como um processo que exige novas formas de ver e lidar com a loucura. A família e a rede de serviços de saúde mental expressaram a contradição entre as antigas formas de se relacionar com a loucura institucionalizada e as novas formas propostas pelos ideais da reforma psiquiátrica, que busca a desinstitucionalização da loucura. A discussão tem, por referencial teóricometodológico, a Psicologia Social proposta por Pichon-Rivière. / The aim of this research is to investigate family in insanity context considering the daily ways used to understand what they live and the ways used to deal with the insane at their home and at the mental health services. In order to do that, we intended to identify the following: familys representations towards insanity; the ways the family and the insane interact; the relations set up between family and the mental health services; and the social and political space families have in the mental health policies field. We studied a case based upon interviews with an attendant of CAPS mother, in the capital of the State of São Paulo. We understand that knowing some aspects of the family reality gives us conditions to think about how the mental health attention evolved in Brazil after the psychiatric reform. It also offers us the possibility to make important questions about its constant reformulation. The asylum culture dismantling issue can be faced as a process that demands new ways of seeing and dealing with insanity. In this research, family and mental health services expressed the contradiction between former ways to deal with the institutionalized insanity and new ways proposed by the ideals of psychiatric reform, which pursues the end of institutionalized insanity. The discussion is supported, in theory and methods, by the Social Psychology proposed by Pichon-Rivière.

A partir do título, o leitor já infere toda a dramática experiência vivida por uma mulher, a personagem narradora Maura, e por outras que povoavam o cenário social da década de 60. Na construção de seu diário, a escritora mineira Maura Lopes Cançado utiliza-se da memória para recriar o passado e para buscar elementos que justifiquem os desatinos vividos. Deste modo, pode-se conceber a obra como uma criação literária cuja verdade, aos poucos, turva-se com a construção artística que transforma tudo em ficção. Na obra Hospício é Deus, falar em recriação faz com que tenhamos que nos remeter à sua biografia, pano de fundo de sua obra, marcada, sobretudo pelo caos da rebeldia, da intolerância e da loucura. Como seria abordar sua própria vida em matéria literária? Esse é o assunto que abordamos no primeiro capítulo deste trabalho, que procura compilar os principais dados biográficos da autora, bem como de sua produção, como meio de resgatá-la do esquecimento e inseri-la no panorama literário brasileiro. Maura empenhou-se na tarefa de retratar a loucura, investigando indistintamente o caráter benévolo e malévolo que inspira os atos humanos. De fato, a obra abre uma grande polêmica pela forma radical com que retrata as atrocidades e descasos vivenciados pelas pacientes do hospício. Imbuída dessa consciência crítica de oposição aos valores vigentes no Brasil da década de 60, a narradora faz sua denúncia social e critica sobretudo a pecha que lhe imputavam de ser mulher e louca. But now, through the study of Hospício é Deus, the mad's word is evidenced. From the title, the lector can understand the whole dramatic experience lived by a woman, the narrator character Maura, and others women that filled the social scenario of 60's. In the organization of her diary, mineira writer Maura Lopes Cançado used her memory to recreate the past and to search elements to justify the lived follies. Thereby, we can conceive the work like a literary creation in fact truth, bit by bit, is blurred with the artistic construction that transforms all in fiction. Hospício é Deus, talks about recreation, it makes us to refer to her biography, background of her work, that was marked by chaos of rebellion, intolerance and insanity. How can she approach her own life as literary material? This is the main subject that we study in the first chapter of this work, that compiles the Maura's biographical data and her literature, as a way to rescues her from forgetfulness and introduce her in the Brazilian literary scene. Maura committed herself to the task of portraying the madness, investigating the equally benevolent and malevolent character that inspires the human acts. Indeed, the works opens up a huge row with the radical way that portrays the atrocities and neglect experienced by patients in hospice. Imbued with this critical awareness of the opposition of the values prevailing in Brazil of the 60's, the narrator makes her social critique and criticism mainly imputed to her the taint of being a woman and mad. Hospício é Deus draws attention to the stylistic features used by Maura for the creation of her work.
