Perspektiv på barns lärande inom pedagogiken : Varierande förhållningsätt inom förskolans

Legraf, Delia January 2020 (has links)

Zimmerman, Anna January 2020 (has links)
This bachelor essay describes Anna Zimmerman’s artistic process between her solo exhibition Dualities and her degree work Perfect Substance. Both works are based on an interdisciplinary balance of natural science, mysticism and poetry. Mainly these works deal with physical and existential issues so large they are almost impossible to solve. Aware of this problem Zimmerman collects existing facts and adds creative writing in an attempt to reach knowledge. Therefor, some passages in this essay can be seen as an actual sample of her artistic work since the essay-format is similar to her finished artworks. The four chapters regards, in chronological order, light, imprints and photography; poetry as a thinking method; researching; time, geology, deep time, alchemy and philosophy. These subjects are supported by subjective experiences and lectures besides works and thoughts by, most prominent, Roland Barthes, Susan Sontag, Cyprien Gaillard and Susann Kriemann.

Inostroza, Martín January 2022 (has links)
My work is about using industrial saltrock to create furniture that speak to both humans and animals. The result is a communicative furniture shaped though the interaction of man, animal and nature. I believe that this subtle interaction, which makes us feel the presence of animals, can help us reconnect with our senses and thereby create empathy for the non-human existence of life. In my work, I want to create conditions for an animal-inclusive design process where the salt’s ability to change is used for the purpose of design, in this case modular pieces of furniture. The location of these objects is intended to capture the attention of people. They stand out from the organic environment, white cubes surrounded by nature. The crystal from the salt reflects light, creating a piece of furniture that gives the illusion of a floating refulgent island. With time, the saltrock object will change, and during this transformation I cast off the different shapes of stages that the salt cube takes before it dissolves. In the urban environment, they are reinterpreted and shaped into new materials. Now still with traces of animal imprints to remind us of their distant presence. The module is assembled in shapes according to the tectonic possibilities, which is reminiscent of how the game “Tetris” form is designed. With this project, I hope to increase the volume of wilderness and nature in modern urban architecture. With my method of allowing animals to be involved in the design process, I have taken a step back as a designer based on a traditional design process. My intention was never to make a piece of furniture in the traditional sense, but to capture a moment of the missing connection between city and nature. A big challenge for me was to dare to let go of control of the expected end result, to dare to leave room for the actual imprints that the animals created without post-constructions. At the same time, there was a great excitement in letting the forms take their own expression, the uncertainty became an inspiration to dare to believe in the inherent strength of the abstract form.

Beyond the skin

Eriksson, Sofia January 2018 (has links)
This paper presents an investigation in stages of transformation between body and ornament to show upon their fluid relationship and their role for the creation of human identity. I see the act of adorning the body as an act of desire, in which we take part to become something more elevated than our original state of being. I use my background as a jeweller and the body as the territory for investigating these acts of transformation. Through material explorations I examine how we mirror ourselves in the things we make and how we reinvent our bodies through making. I compare the role of the maker with the scientist and discuss the increased interest in the body and its relation to a more and more virtual reality. I make links between ancient body modifications and human enhancement within new technology and throughout the paper I discuss my work in relation to other artists work and theorists relating to visual practices.

Påverkar grundaren aktiekursens utveckling efter en IPO? : En studie av svenska biotech-bolag

Gabrielsson, Oliver, Mofjell, Victor January 2018 (has links)
The market of biotech related products is complex and have experienced a substantial development in the recent years. Companies operating in this industry are often capital intensiveand heavily dependent on research in order to succeed, in a long-term perspective. The amount of biotech-related products is constantly facing an overwhelming level of demand. Therefore, finding a market niche is not usually the primary challenge, but instead the challenge lies deeply rooted within product development and R&D. To facilitate company financing and shifts in ownership, these companies are often drawn towards the capital market (the stock exchange). Furthermore, the founder plays a considerable role at major events within a company, such as IPOs. On such occasions, founders emit unique signals through their actions and mere presence. This study aims to explain the connection between founder position and voting rights (through shareholding) within a biotech-company, and the stock performance after an IPO. The sample consists of 119 SME biotech-companies, listed on the Swedish stock exchange between 2010-2017. The study provides the receiver with an analysis of how founders within the Swedish biotech-industry affects the stock performance after an IPO. The study shows a significant andpositive connection between founders with an “other governing position” (e.g. CRO, CSO,COO) and stock performance after an IPO. The connection is strongest by the first day of trading and after one week. We also found a negative connection between founder shareholding and the stock performance on the first day of trading. The result has strategic implications onhow companies send out signals during an IPO and how these signals are interpreted by the market.

Lindsberg : en kvalitativ undersökning av platsbunden entitetkontinuitet

Duppils, Sara K. January 2010 (has links)

This essay is an analysis of a three-day participant observation with sensitive people in a house with entity continuity. The purpose was to investigate the possible experiences participants had during their stay. The method used was modified based theory with Jungian application. The investigation showed that the core category was a peculiar atmosphere which the participants related to a different world than the physical. The place’ atmosphere influenced the participants and led to transcendent experiences related to a spirit realm. The core category led to sub-categories, which consisted of participants’ experiences and the events surrounding them. A Jungian psychology test revealed that introverts have more and stronger sensations; and extraverted individuals were the only ones that had objective experiences and only few and weak subjective experiences.

If I can´t do enough I do nothing instead.

Westergren, Gisela January 2018 (has links)
It`s blameful to do nothing. You should catch the day and its possibilities. Every second, minute and day, you have the potential to be constantly productive. Do not lose a second of time that you can use to create an imprint of your existence. Do not waste your time when you have the opportunity to create something measurably valuable. Soon you are gone and the competition is great. Doing nothing is a task that fewer and fewer are devoted to, to a lesser extent. We are expected to always be accessible and keep up to date with what is happening around us. There is a constant occupation of our sense of mind, thoughtfulness and rest is unprioritized. We try to maximize the part of our time when we are productive and active to absurdity. The goal seems to make as big imprint of our existence as possible. Fast and more is applauded until the day we burn ourselves out. In my work, I investigate passivity as backlash in a faster world, in a world where focus is on production, efficiency and results. A world where everything worth valuing is measurable. What is really a desired result and is it always possible to measure? Who really gets that gain from our fast life? Can passivity and slowness act as an activist act? Can one passively create something measurable? Is burning time perhaps our time´s most provocative act? With my work, I want to question my constant bad conscience about being insufficient and my feeling of not doing enough. If I can´t do enough, I do nothing instead.

Entitetkontinuitet : en religionspsykologisk tolkning / Entity Continuity : a Psychology of Religion Interpretation

Duppils, Sara January 2009 (has links)
“Entity continuity” refers to recurrent transcendent experiences related to certain places (“hauntings”). The experiences are often interpreted to be due to discarnate spirits or folklore entities. Although the entity continuity experience can be regarded as religious experience, they have yet to be fully explored in science of religion. The purpose of this paper was to describe entity continuity experiences and map out the scientific discussion in order to provide a psychology of religion that provides an understanding of the phenomena. For this purpose a literature study of theories of jungian psychology, parapsychology, and described experiences was undertaken. The material was thereafter analyzed comparatively. The results show that entity continuity experiences can be understood as a form of animism and that the experiences are colored by culture, context, and visual impression. The material also shows that experiences at locations that have played host to entity continuity and poltergeist experiences are equivalent. An altered state of consciousness, a special type of personality, and distinctive environmental stimuli, the atmosphere or “feeling”, is necessary for the occurrence of these experiences. The “percipients” and/or “agents” psychic material is reflected in the atmosphere and becomes expressed as psychic manifestations in the form of entity experiences.
