En la actualidad, la pandemia del Covid-19 ha sido un acelerador para la transformación digital en el Perú. Más aún desde la perspectiva empresarial, debido a que todo tipo de organización, desde una corporación hasta una pequeña empresa, se ha visto en la necesidad de enfocar sus estrategias al plano digital, entre ellas incorporar tecnología informática y comunicación a sus productos y/o servicios. No solo con la finalidad de reducir costos sino también, con el objetivo de mantener a sus clientes y atraer a nuevos, ya que el perfil del consumidor final está cambiando.
A raíz del crecimiento de la tecnología, ha dado pie a nuevos términos como la economía colaborativa, la cual tiene como principal objetivo el intercambio de bienes o servicios a cambio de una compensación. Según (Diez Canseco. R, 2020) “debido a la pandemia la economía colaborativa ha dado un salto cuantitativo y cualitativo al punto que la industria tecnológica se encuentra en pleno crecimiento y desarrollo a nivel global como nunca antes”.
En base a los conceptos señalados líneas previas, el presente trabajo de investigación, tiene como principal objetivo mitigar uno de los principales problemas que tienen los conductores en Lima Metropolitana y Callao, que es contar con una cochera disponible para guardar su vehículo, a fin de evitar la inseguridad en las calles y ahorrar tiempo. Asimismo, ayudar a los propietarios de cocheras a publicar y alquilar su garaje y todo ello, mediante un aplicativo móvil. / Currently, the Covid-19 pandemic has been an accelerator for digital transformation in Peru. Even more from the business perspective, because all types of organizations, from a corporation to a small company, have seen the need to focus their strategies on the digital plane, including incorporating information technology and communication into their products and / or services. Not only in order to reduce costs but also in order to keep its customers and attract new ones, since the profile of the end consumer is changing.
As a result of the growth of technology, it has given rise to new terms such as the collaborative economy, which has as its main objective the exchange of goods or services in exchange for compensation. According to (Diez Canseco. R, 2020) “due to the pandemic, the collaborative economy has taken a quantitative and qualitative leap to the point that the technology industry is in full growth and development at a global level like never before”.
Based on the concepts indicated in the previous lines, the main objective of this research work is to mitigate one of the main problems that drivers have in Metropolitan Lima and Callao, which is to have a garage available to store their vehicle, in order to avoid insecurity on the streets and save time. El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo principal determinar el impacto de las plataformas digitales de alquiler temporal de inmuebles en el Impuesto a la Renta de personas naturales en el distrito de Breña año 2020. Las plataformas digitales son un nuevo modelo de negocio, donde se puede presumir una alta omisión en el pago oportuno del Impuesto a la Renta de personas naturales.
El presente trabajo de investigación comprende cinco capítulos, los cuales son: Capitulo I, Marco Teórico, se presenta antecedentes, análisis del sector de alquiler de inmuebles el mismo que comprende, características, evolución, así mismo se desarrolla las definiciones de plataforma digital, alquiler, contrato, Impuesto y Renta; Capitulo II, Plan de Investigación se aborda la descripción y formulación de la problemática, así como la justificación, objetivos, limitaciones e hipótesis; Capitulo III, Metodología de la Investigación, comprende objetivo, alcance, diseño y tipos de investigación, así mismo la determinación de población y muestra; Capitulo IV, Desarrollo de la Investigación comprende los instrumentos de investigación como son las entrevistas y encuestas, así como también la descripción de un caso práctico; Capítulo V, en donde se desarrolla un análisis de resultados, analizamos las entrevistas y encuestas, desarrollamos el caso práctico, así como la medición de la fiabilidad del Alfa de Cronbach y validación de las hipótesis mediante la prueba de Chi Cuadrado, con la finalidad de emitir las conclusiones y recomendaciones respectivas. / The main objective of this research work is to determine the impact of digital platforms for temporary rental of real estate on the Income Tax of natural persons in the district of Breña in 2020. Digital platforms are a new business model, where can presume a high omission in the timely payment of the Income Tax of natural persons.
The present research work comprises five chapters, which are: Chapter I, Theoretical Framework, it presents antecedents, analysis of the real estate rental sector, which includes, characteristics, evolution, as well as the definitions of digital platform, rental, contract, Tax and Income; Chapter II, Research Plan addresses the description and formulation of the problem, as well as the justification, objectives, limitations and hypotheses; Chapter III, Research Methodology, includes objective, scope, design and types of research, as well as the determination of population and sample; Chapter IV, Research Development includes research instruments such as interviews and surveys, as well as the description of a practical case; Chapter V, where an analysis of results is developed, we analyze the interviews and surveys, we develop the practical case, as well as the measurement of the reliability of Cronbach's Alpha and validation of the hypotheses using the Chi-square test, in order to issue the respective conclusions and recommendations. / Tesis

The plots of Billy Budd and The Bonfire of the Vanities are organized entirely around a lawsuit. In The Pickwick Papers the trial is only a part, though an important one, of a series of related adventures in which the main characters of the novel participate. In the three novels there is a trial in which the accused is found guilty, although he is actually innocent. In The Posthumous Papers of the Club Pickwick, the author’s main purpose is to present the operation of the legal system, in which the modus operandi of unscrupulous lawyers, who rely only on cheating and deceiving methods, is atthe beginning of and determines the outcome of the lawsuit. In Billy Budd, an innocent is sentenced to death in order to preserve a supposed higher interest: the common good. In The Bonfire of the Vanities, political factors, personal interests, resentments and other worldly elements determine the outcome of the trial. In the three cases, the watchmaking mechanism that a lawsuit appears to be is completely overcome by factors outside it. / Las tramas de Billy Budd y La hoguera de las vanidades están organizadas íntegramente alrededor de un juicio. En Los papeles póstumos del Club Pickwick, el proceso es una parte importante de la obra, pero también existen aventuras relacionadas en las que participan los diversos personajes. En los tres juicios se juzga a un inocente. En Los papeles póstumos del Club Pickwick, el autor busca presentar el funcionamiento real del sistema legal, en el cual el modus operandi de abogados inescrupulosos, quienes emplean únicamente métodos tramposos y fraudulentos, determina el origen y el resultado del proceso. En Billy Budd, un inocente es condenado a muerte para preservar un supuesto interés mayor: el bien común. En La hoguera de las vanidades, factores políticos, intereses personales, resentimientos y otros elementos de carácter mundano determinan el resultado del proceso. En los tres casos, el mecanismo de relojería que parece ser el proceso es totalmente sobrepasado por factores externos al mismo.

Surrogatmodern och den mänskliga värdigheten : En diskursanalys av den statliga utredningen om surrogatmoderskap, ur ett kritiskt postkolonialt feministiskt perspektivZanzi Ferrando, Diana January 2019 (has links)
Uppsatsen undersöker hur ”SOU 2016:11 Olika vägar till föräldraskap” formulerar problemet med surrogatmoderskap, vilka subjektspositioner som kan urskiljas i utredningen och analyserar den ut ett kritiskt postkolonialt feministiskt perspektiv. Utredningen utgår ifrån mänsklig värdighet, autonomi och barnets bästa vilket uppsatsen belyser får konsekvenser för hur problemet med surrogatarrangemang porträtteras olika beroende på om surrogatmodern och barnet är från det globala syd eller det globala nord. Utgångspunkterna är centrala när surrogatmodern och barnet från det globala nord lyfts men får inte samma roll gällande surrogatmodern och det barn hon föder. Vidare undersöks hur subjektspositioner formuleras utifrån emotionell/icke-emotionell, sårbar/icke-sårbar, skyddsvärd/icke-skyddsvärd och blottlägger hur den svenska surrogatmodern och det inrikesfödda barnet konstrueras som emotionella, sårbara och skyddsvärda vilket skiljer sig från hur den utländska surrogatmodern och det utrikesfödda barnet konstrueras. Dessa omges att tystnad vilket får konsekvenser för hur de porträtteras och för vilka åtgärder som föreslås. Uppsatsen bidrar till en utveckling av tidigare forskning med ett tillägg av nyckelordet skyddsvärd för att undersöka konstrueringen av surrogatmödrar. Uppsatsen visar att begreppet är relevant genom att materialet visat på delvis konstuering av emotionell och sårbar men inte skyddsvärd och att detta påverkat resultat och åtgärder. Vidare stärker uppsatsen tidigare forskning som menar att utgångspunkten mänsklig värdighet verkar för en avhumanisering av surrogatmödrar från det globala syd samt att synen på biologi varierar beroende på var ett barn föds. Uppsatsen bygger vidare på tidigare forskning som menar att uttryckt rationalitet och brist på emotion resulterar i en avhumanisering, genom att blottlägga hur det kan räcka med att subjektspositionerna möts av tysthet för att uppnå samma resultat. Detta arbete belyser hur olika subjektspositioner framställs olika i den statliga utredningen och hur koloniala idéer hänger kvar och påverkar underlag till svensk lagstiftning, samt blottlägger vilka konkreta konsekvenser detta kan få för lagförslag och för surrogatmödrar i det globala syd samt de barn de föder.
