Lögn eller krigslist? : förutsättningar för vilseledning inom svensk krigföring

Forslund, David January 2021 (has links)

Östervall, Albin January 2021 (has links)
Is there a relationship between how one views free will – a concept related to issues of moral responsibility and agency – and one’s political opinions? To answer this question, I constructed a survey based on questions from the SOM Institute’s opinion polls and the FAD-Plus index for measuring free will beliefs. The survey asked a sample of 348 Swedish speakers about their views on free will, political ideology, party preferences, and policy preferences regarding punishment and redistribution. Responses were analyzed through a series of regression models. The results show that a stronger belief in free will is positively correlated with party preference and ideology, with right-leaning voters having a generally stronger sense of free will. Furthermore, the study also finds that stronger belief in free is positively correlated with retributive views on punishment, support for harsher sentencing, and support for capital punishment, while negatively correlated with support for a proposal that the state should increase its efforts to reduce income inequality. The adjusted R2 values of the regression models illustrate that views on free will explain a greater deal of variance in self-assigned ideological placement and party preference than common demographic variables often used to predict political leanings, such as gender, age, income, and education level. The study concludes by pointing out possible directions for future research.

TQM inom livsmedelsindustrin : Chefernas egna uppfattningar kring förändringar och reformer

Estberg, Joel, Poznic, Daniel January 2021 (has links)
In today's society, it is of great interest to constantly streamline and improve yourorganization for the better. How to do this, however, is not obvious and there are usually anumber of solutions, ideas and recipes that claim to solve various problems. When we in Sweden in the 90's started to focus more and more on quality - with the quality movement that started in the western world called TQM (total quality management) - both regarding the produce of our goods and services as well as how we organize ourselves, we think it isinteresting to study how managers themselves experience these organizational changes. The study is based on Rövik's theories of administrative reforms. The analysis of the empirics was conducted through the two perspectives that are presented by Rövik; the symbolic perspective and the tool perspective. TQM is represented in this study by Self-Control, Quality Certification and Click and Collect. The purpose of this study is to examine how store managers in the food industry themselves view TQM reforms that they have been involved in and if any of these recipes are loosely linked. The study uses a qualitative research strategy by interviewing a total of three respondents from both Coop and Ica. The respondents' reasoning could most easily be understood from a symbolic perspective, and the results also showed a difference in freedom of action and loosely linked recipes. Coop tends to loosely link these recipes to a greater extent compared to Ica. Nevertheless, both Self-Control as well as the Quality Certification can be best understood with a symbolic perspective as they, quite forcefully, offer meaning and legitimacy to organisations, rather than a voluntary solution to a, already defined, quality related issue within the organisations.

Engelsk läsförståelse genom multimodal text : Hur multimodal text påverkar elevers läsförståelse i engelskämnet i årskurs 5 / English reading comprehension through multimodal text : How multimodal text affect pupils’reading comprehension in the English subject in year 5.

Sjöö, Johan January 2021 (has links)

Söderström, Ida, Ahl, Dinah January 2021 (has links)
This study analyzes how the Swedish gangsterrap, based on three selected artists, is represented from a Bourdieuian cultural sociological perspective. Through a qualitative content analysis, five songs are analyzed by each artist to examine the culture that underlies the social field. The theoretical framework is based on the sociology of music, representation, capital and habitus and its concepts. The result shows that the 15 selected songs have common characteristics that can be placed in the template of subculture. All three artists use similar concepts and slang to emphasize the meaning of their music and the two capital that stand out the most are the economic and, the added capital, the violent capital. This is because a larger part of the songs is about a life in the hood where the two capitals saturate the lifestyle they describe themselves living. The study shows that the Swedish gangsterrap is told in a way that can be described as raw, honest and far from apologetic.

Protester mot covidbevis i svensk kvällspress : En kvalitativ studie om hur protester mot covidbevis i Frankrike gestaltas i svensk kvällspress / Protests against the COVID Certificate in the Swedish evening press : A qualitative study of how protests against the COVID Certificate in France are constructed in the Swedish evening press

Tigeris, Ricards January 2022 (has links)
This qualitative study examines how Swedish evening press constructs protests against the COVID Certificate in France in their news articles. During the new coronavirus, various protests are taking place around the world. An example of a massive protest against the COVID Certificate is the major protests in France, that took place in July 2021. France had one of the largest protests against the COVID Certificate in the world. Tens of thousands of people protested across the country. In this study, 15 news articles are analysed about protests against the COVID Certificate in France from both Aftonbladet and Expressen, by using Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA), both as a theoretical perspective and method. Study even use framing theory, news values theory, and biopolitics as a theoretical perspective. Results of this study shows that the Swedish evening press constructs protests against the COVID Certificate in France in their news articles as violent, and demonstrators at these protests are portrayed primarily as dissatisfied, but sometimes also as low-educated, cuckoos, dangerous, and heroes. It is both elite people and demonstrators who got to speak in these news articles. Ministers, president, researchers, and police were allowed to speak more often than demonstrators, and they even got more space in quotes.

Lönnqvist, Mikael, Kendes, Antonio January 2019 (has links)
In Sweden, small and medium enterprises (SME:s) represents a majority of the total employement and number of enterprises. Even though this is the case, there is a challange for these companies to get access to the financial resources they need. For several reasons SME:s do not have the same access to the capital markets as large enterprises; therefore, banks are the the main source of SME funding. First of all, banks need a more efficient way for making decisions regarding SME lending. Second of all, it is essential that managers of SME:s knows the critical parts of their financial statements. Purpose: This thesis purpose is to analyze what factors that best determines the credit risk of a SME and further analyze how trade-credit affect these factors. Method: The study is done by the use of two statistical analysis techniques: principal component analysis and oneway-ANOVA. These two analysis techniques are used in a complementary procedure. The data applied is describing 16 financial variables from totally 939 Swedish SME:s.  Results: In the result we introduce the most crucial financial ratios (regarding probability of default) for an SME and their interrelation to trade credit. This data shows, together with the statistical analysis techniques, that there are five financial ratios that have an additional importance compared to the rest. These five financial ratios also shows some interelation to the credit period.  Conclusion: Three out of the five most important financial ratios showed statistical significance. We can conclude that the trade credit has an affect on at least two of the three financial ratios that showed statistical significance.

A review and comparison of the work being done at the National Library of Sweden and the Record archive of the Swedish Radio

Holmström, Henrik January 2019 (has links)
This master thesis is an attempt to analyze and compare the work being done to digitize the phonograph record collections of The National Library of Sweden (KB) and the Record archive of the Swedish Radio. Through interviews, official documents and newspaper articles the methods of digitization and the reasoning behind these methods are explored in order to answer the questions of what the purpose and goals of the digitization efforts are, what similarities and differences can be found in the digitization methods of the two archives, how these differences can be explained and how the digital files function as a representation of the analog object. The two archives are found to have a common goal of providing access to their collections through digitization, but the Royal Library has a greater emphasis on digitization as a means of preservation of the cultural heritage. This largely mirrors the overall objectives of the organizations. At present, both archives only digitize on demand, and choose not to scan the record covers. However, KB has a long term goal to digitize the entire collection, with covers. Overall, the Royal Library adhere more closely to archival standards and have better trained personnel. Neither of the archives are found to be fully utilizing the possibilities of digitization as a new way to represent the original objects, but are rather primarily adding a sound file to existing catalogs.
