Ice hockey is one of the most popular sports in Sweden. Despite its small population, Sweden is one of the most successful ice hockey nations in the world. But who gets the chance to play on the highest level? and what determines this? North American and German studies have shown that birth date, and wherea player grew up, can have an influence on player development. The purpose of the study was to increase the knowledge of the factors that influence selected 15-year-old ice hockey players' way to the elite level. This study had a qualitative approach and the data was collected from a large database. The study included 2303 players born in 1985, 1987, 1989, 1991 and 1994 whom either had played the Swedish tournament TV-pucken or have established themselves as elite hockey players. The result showed that playing for an elite club and growing up in a large region increased the chance for a player to play on elite level. A reverse RAE appeared in this study, players who was born in the third or fourth quarter of the year had increased chances to play at elite level. The conclusion is that this study contributes to adeeper understanding on selection, the reversed RAE and how the chances increase if you are born in the right place and play for the right club.

Filipstads Gille är en historisk förening som värnar om Filipstads historia. Gillet har genom sin samling och dokumentation, arbetat för att presentera stadens historia. Vilket bland annat sker via den egna tidskriften Vår Stad som ges ut årligen. Gillet är en av många enskilda arkivbildare i Sverige som inte inkluderas i arkivlagen, som bland annat skrevs för att skydda och bevara handlingar av kulturell eller historisk betydelse för landet. Trots detta finns ett glapp som gynnar den offentliga, gentemot den privata sektorns arkiv, och ett viktigt perspektiv i historieskrivningen riskerar att förloras innan man insett dess betydelse. Filipstads Gille är en ideell och allmännyttig förening vilken faller under den privata sektorn istället för den offentliga (statliga och kommunala). Enligt arkivlagen är den privata sektorn reglerad, men har inte samma skydd som den offentliga när det gäller arkivverksamheten. Därmed kommer frågeställningen; vilka skillnader som finns i lagen, vad innebär dessa skillnader för offentliga respektive enskilda arkiv, och hur hanterar Filipstads Gille sin arkivgenererande verksamhet och handlingar? Syftet med denna uppsats är att studera Filipstads Gille för att se hur deras verksamhet förhåller sig till lagstiftningen, med fokus på arkivverksamheten.

Bakgrund: Psykisk ohälsa är ett folkhälsoproblem som ökar nationellt och internationellt. I Sverige är den psykiska ohälsan ojämnt fördelad och den största ökningen går att se bland unga tjejer. Till följd av den överbelastade offentliga sektorn har den ideella sektorn kommit att utgöra ett viktigt komplement för att stötta personer med psykisk ohälsa, vilket är viktigt ur ett folkhälsoperspektiv. Att möta personer som lider av psykisk ohälsa kan dock vara påfrestande och omsättningen av volontärer är idag hög. Återkoppling från volontärorganisationen har visat sig vara av betydelse för att volontärer ska vilja stanna kvar i uppdraget. Därför är det av intresse att undersöka hur volontärer på Sveriges största stödorganisation för tjejer, Tjejzonen, upplever arbetet med att stötta tjejer med psykisk ohälsa samt den återkoppling de får från organisationen. Syfte: Studiens syfte är att undersöka volontärers upplevelser av att stötta tjejer med psykisk ohälsa på Tjejzonen samt vilken betydelse handledarnas återkoppling har för volontärerna i deras uppdrag. Metod: För att besvara studiens syfte har en kvalitativ ansats använts, där data samlats in genom semistrukturerade intervjuer under våren 2022. Till studien valdes åtta deltagare ut genom ett målinriktat urval. Den insamlade datan analyserades med en kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Resultat: Resultatet av dataanalysen resulterade i fem kategorier: Egen belöning, Emotionell påfrestning, Positiv arbetskultur, Varierande behov samt Kompetensutveckling. Bearbetningen av de fem kategorierna resulterade vidare i temat Värdet av att ingå i en gemenskap. Slutsats: Tjejzonens volontärer upplever att det finns en värdefull gemenskap som stärker dem i uppdraget och mildrar påfrestande situationer. Återkopplingen som ges av handledarna beskrivs vara en stark bidragande faktor till gemenskapen och framställs som viktig i kompetensutvecklingssyfte. Utöver återkopplingen från handledarna beskrivs det kollegiala stödet från andra volontärer vara av betydelse för känslan av gemenskap, vilket i sin tur föder en ökad motivation och känsla av meningsfullhet i uppdraget. / Background: Mental illness is a public health problem that is increasing nationally and internationally. In Sweden, mental illness is unevenly distributed and the largest increase can be seen among young girls. As a result of the congested public sector, the non-profit sector has become an important complement in supporting people with mental illness, which is important from a public health perspective. Meeting people who suffer from mental illness can, however, be stressful and the turnover of volunteers is today high. Feedback from the volunteer organization has proven to be important for volunteers’ willingness to stay in the assignment. Therefore, it is of interest to investigate how volunteers at Sweden's largest support organization for girls, Tjejzonen, experience the work of supporting girls with mental illness and the feedback they receive from the organization. Aim: The aim of the study is to investigate volunteers’ experiences of supporting girls with mental illness at Tjejzonen and what significance the supervisors’ feedback have for the volunteers in their assignments. Method: To answer the study's purpose, a qualitative approach has been used, where data was collected through semi-structured interviews in the spring of 2022. For the study, eight participants were selected through a goal-oriented selection. The collected data was analyzed with a qualitative content analysis. Results: The results of the data analysis resulted in five categories: Own reward, Emotional stress, Positive work culture, Varying needs and Skills development. The revision of the five categories resulted in the theme The value of being part of a community. Conclusion: Volunteers at Tjejzonen feel that there is a valuable community that strengthens them in the mission and soothes stressful situations. The feedback provided by the supervisors is described as a strong contributing factor to the community and is presented as important for competence development purposes. In addition to the feedback from the supervisors, the collegial support from other volunteers is described as being important for the feeling of community, which in turn breeds an increased motivation and sense of meaning in the assignment.

I denna uppsats undersöks språkets roll som ett verktyg och hur det används i integrationsprocesser. Detta baseras på en ideell förening Hej Blekinge och genom projektet språkvän hur de arbetar med att integrera nyanlända människor i samhället. Genom att använda Pierre Bourdieus kapitalformer kan ett nytt perspektiv belysa hur integration påverkas av vissa faktorer och hur det sker i praktiken. Tillsammans me tidigare forskning inom integration som är relevant för uppsatsen, språkets betydelse och ideella projektet hjälper uppsatsen att undersöka och skapa förståelse för integrationsprocesser i samhället. Med hjälp av kvalitativa intervjuer kan uppsatsen vidare undersöka vilken hjälp de nyanlända får genom att ta del av projektet språkvän. De centrala begreppen som används i uppsatsen är integration, nyanländ och inkludering.  En mängd aktörer i det svenska samhället arbetar med integration och en viktig aspekt som denna uppsats belyser är integrationsprocesser som denna uppsats fokuserar på är det ideella projektet språkvän och vilka strategier och utmaningar de möter när det gäller hur de arbetar med integration från språkväns volontärerna och projektledarens perspektiv. Genom att använda nya glasögon på ett problem genom kapitalformerna av Pierre Bourdieu kan betydelsen för integration förstås från en bredare vidd. / This essay examines the role of language as a tool and how it is used in integration processes. This is based on a non-profit association Hej Blekinge and through the language friend project how they work to integrate newly arrived people into society. By using Pierre Bourdieu`s forms of capital, a new perspective can shed light on how integration is a affected by certain factors and how it happens in practice. Together with previous research in integration that is relevant to the essay, the importance of language and non-profit projects, the essay helps to investigate and create an understanding of integration processes in society. With the help of qualitative interviews, the essay can further investigate what help the new arrivals get by taking part in the language friend project. The central concepts used in the essay are integration, newcomers and inclusion.  A variety of actors in Swedish society work with integration and an important aspect that this essay highlights are integration processes that are based on the project language friend in Blekinge. A demarcation that this essay highlights is integration processes that this essay focuses in is non-profit project language friend and what strategies and challenges they face in terms of how they work with integration from the perspective of the language friend volunteers and the project manager. By applying new glasses to a problem through the forms of capital bu Pierre Bourdieu, the meaning of integration can be understood from a wider perspective.

The world’s energy structure today relies 80 % on fossil fuels, contributing to rising temperatures and a changing climate. Society is built upon heavy energy usage and consumption is forecasted to increase rather than decrease. This implies that today’s energy mix needs thorough reconstruction where renewable energy sources must be a bigger part of the mix. There are well-known and developed green energy solutions that are not being fully exploited by society, where one explanation is the lack of funding possibilities. Therefore, this paper aims to investigate green energy projects to present further insight, integrate the private sector, and increase investments. This is done by interviewing Swedish economic associations investing in wind power to learn about concepts and experiences that can be applied by new investors when entering the green energy market. Our findings revealed that the permit process was the biggest obstacle in establishing wind turbines leading to fewer investing opportunities for private investors. Wind power in Sweden is self-sufficient with various returns hence are in no vital need for support schemes to be economically sustainable. This concludes that the government should focus on improving the permit process rather than promoting renewable energy support schemes to reach their climate goals.

Bakgrund: Ett kooperativ är inte en företagsform vars syfte är likt de vanligast förekommande företagsformerna. Poängen med att starta ett kooperativ är däremot att sammansluta en grupp människor eller företag vars intressen i något hänseende går att förena. Kooperativ ägs således av individer i olika kombinationer som strävar efter en och samma sak. Ordet ”kooperation” härstammar ifrån det latinska uttrycket ”arbeta tillsammans” vilket är precis det man gör inom en kooperation. Det första konsumentkooperativt i Sverige uppkom redan under 1850 talet i Uppsala. Birchall (2014) tar upp nyckelfråga vars både praktiker och teoretiker är fundersamma kring: Kan ett kooperativ ömsesidigt ta hänsyn till medlemmarnas åsikter och därmed förbli trogna de principer som kooperativet och den ekonomiska föreningen i sig grundades på? När ett kooperativ växer sig tillräckligt stort, är det genomförbart, och ens rimligt att kooperativet tar hänsyn till medlemmarna, om inte, på vilket sätt hanterar företrädarna denna problematik? Syfte: Syftet med denna studie är att beskriva och analysera hur målstrukturen ser ut inom Coop Syd. Vidare syftar studien till att kartlägga hur ledningen hanterar problematiken samt tar hänsyn till att medlemmarna både är ägare och konsumenter till föreningen vid utformningen av organisationens målstruktur.iiMetod: Uppsatsen är en kvalitativ fallstudie på Coop Syd. Empirin utgörs av intervjuer med respondenter på ledningspositioner ifrån kooperativet och ekonomiska föreningen Coop Syd. Det empiriska materialet har även kompletterats med skriftliga svar via mailkontakt. Det insamlade materialet har sedan analyserats samt ställts i jämförelse mot den valda teoretiska referensramen för att kunna besvara uppsatsens frågeställning och uppfylla syftet. Slutsats: Coop Syds utformning av målstrukturen är följaktligen en aning komplicerad process. Den består av två delar, en icke-finansiell och en finansiell del. Målstrukturen är påverkad ifrån flertalet olika håll där ledningen måste handskas med att integrera medlemmarnas dubbla roller, CSAB och den operativa verksamheten inom målstrukturen. Styrningen präglas av en långsiktighet med medlemsnytta i fokus inom målstrukturen. Coop Syd hanterar problematiken med att medlemmarna är både konsumenter och ägare främst genom ägarombuden. Ägarombuden spelar en viktig roll tillsammans med andra faktorer för att hantera medlemmarnas dubbla roller vid utformning av organisationens målstruktur. The point of starting a cooperative, on the other hand, is to bring together a group of people or companies whose interests in some respect can be reconciled. Cooperatives are thus owned by individuals in various combinations who strive for one and the same thing. The word "cooperation" comes from the Latin expression "work together", which is exactly what you do within a cooperation. The first consumer cooperative in Sweden arose already in the 1850s in Uppsala. Birchall (2014) addresses a key question that both practitioners and theorists are pondering: Can a cooperative mutually consider the views of its members and thereby remain true to the principles on which the cooperative and the economic association itself were founded? When a cooperative grows large enough, is it feasible, and even reasonable, for the cooperative to consider the members, if not, how do the representatives deal with this problem? Purpose: The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze what the target structure looks like within Coop Syd. Furthermore, the study aims to map how the management handles the problem and considers that the members are both owners and consumers of the association when designing the organization's target structure. Methodology: The essay is a qualitative case study at Coop Syd. The experience consists of interviews with respondents in management positions from the cooperative and economic association Coop Syd. The empirical material has also been supplemented with written responses via email contact. The collected material has then been analyzed and compared to the chosen theoretical frame of reference to be able to answer the essay's question and fulfill the purpose. Conclusion: Coop Syd's design of the target structure is therefore a somewhat complicated process. It consists of two parts, a non-financial part, and a financial part. The target structure is influenced from several different directions where the management must deal with integrating the dual roles of the members, CSAB and the operational activities within the target structure. Governance is characterized by a longterm approach with member benefits in focus within the target structure. Coop Syd deals with the problem of the members being both consumers and owners, primarily through owner representatives. The ownership representatives play an important role along with other factors in managing the members' dual roles in shaping the organization's goal structure.

The purpose of this thesis is to examine the artistry of the Swedish artist Gerda Wallander (1860–1926). Wallander’s artistry has until recently been overlooked in Swedish art history, it is therefore uncharted territory. Provincialism is used as the overall theoretical framework in this study. By applying provincialism as the overall theoretical framework, the study distinguishes between international, national, and personal characteristics in Wallander’s aesthetics. In order to rediscover her artistry, the following study analyzes her biography, exhibitions, works of art, as well as the media coverage of Wallander’s artistry. The applied method is based on network analysis inspired by Pierre Bourdieu, biographical method, picture analysis inspired by Jan-Gunnar Sjölin, and close reading. The study demonstrates that Wallander’s artistic career is divided in two different periods, 1883–1895 and 1909–1919. Wallander’s aesthetics is characterized as moderate progressive in both of these periods, as the study suggests that this artistic sensibility enables her to gain recognition as a professional artist within the Swedish art scene. In addition, Wallander specializes in cityscape-painting depicting Stockholm during the early 20th century in her second artistic period. This illustrates the provincial aspects of Wallander’s artistry, as she implements both international and national artistic influences into her art. Furthermore, this study suggests that Gerda Wallander’s way of depicting pre-modern Stockholm is her way of dealing with the new urban experience, which is an effect of the rapid transformation of the Swedish capital in the beginning of the 20th century. The study exposes the lack of knowledge of this field, namely the depiction of Stockholm in early Swedish 20th century art within the Swedish art history discipline.

I denna studie har vi intervjuat nio polisanställda personer i syfte att undersöka hur Polismyndigheten arbetar med sexualbrott mot barn via internet. Vi studerade även hur ideella föreningars arbete påverkar Polismyndigheten. Samtliga intervjupersoner var positivt inställda till de ideella föreningarnas syfte att skydda barnen. Däremot fanns det varierande attityder gentemot deras arbetsmetoder. Resultatet av denna studie visade att de ideella föreningarna hade påverkan på Polismyndighetens arbete. De föreningar som lämnar information till polisen och utbildar samhället om barns utsatthet på nätet agerar som ett komplement till Polismyndigheten. Däremot försvårar de som konfronterar och offentliggör misstänkta polisens arbete, då den misstänkta kan radera bevismaterial och på andra sätt påverka utredningen negativt. Det fanns en variation i attityderna till dessa ideella föreningar inom Polismyndigheten; ju närmare internetrelaterade sexualbrott mot barn personen jobbar desto mer kritisk var intervjudeltagarna till vissa av de ideella föreningarnas tillvägagångssätt. Samtliga intervjupersoner belyste även föräldraansvaret. / In this study, nine police employees have been interviewed with the purpose to investigate how the Swedish police work against sexual crimes against children online. We also studied how non-profit organisations affected the police. All interviewees were positive to the non-profits’ purpose of protecting children, but less so to their methods. The results showed that non-profit organisations had an influence on police work. The organisations that provide the police with information and educate society act as a complement to the police. On the other hand, those who confront and expose potential suspects make the police’s work more difficult, as the potential suspect can delete evidence and in other ways influence the investigation negatively. There was a variation in attitudes towards the non-profits within the police. The closer you work to internet-related sexual crimes against children, the more critical they were of some non-profit organisations approach. All interviewees highlight parental responsibility.

This study aims to explore how individuals who are operating Swedish elite football clubs manage the tension between non-profit and commercial logics, and whether organizational form is important when managing them. The respondents in this study are individuals with positions at the very highest organizational level, and predetermined themes that concern the tension within Swedish elite football were used in the design of the interview guide. The results were then analysed from a new institutional perspective. The outcome showed that elite football clubs tend to use similar strategies when managing the logics regardless of organizational form. / Denna studie ämnar undersöka hur individer som är verksamma inom svenska elitfotbollsföreningar hanterar spänningen mellan ideella och kommersiella logiker och om organisationsform har betydelse för hanteringen av dem. Respondenterna i denna studie är individer med befattningar på allra högsta organisatoriska nivå och förutbestämda teman som berör spänningen inom svensk elitfotboll användes vid utformandet av intervjuguiden. Resultaten analyserades sedan ur ett nyinstitutionellt perspektiv. Utfallet visade att elitfotbollsföreningar tenderar att använda likartade strategier vid hanteringen av logikerna oberoende av organisationsform.

<p>Ett av mina syften med denna uppsats var att titta på var dagens fördomar mot homosexuella kommer ifrån och om kyrkan fanns med någonstans i bakgrunden. Och se, det var den. Många av dagens fördomar mot homosexualitet härstammar från kyrkans straffinförande mot detta på 500-talet. Vid denna tid dog många människor i pest och krig och för att hindra mänskligheten från att dö ut så blev det endast tillåtet med sex mellan man och kvinna, inom äktenskapet, eftersom detta kunde leda till ökat antal födslar. Dagens församlingar förhåller sig olika till homosexualitet: alltifrån totalt avståndstagande till accepterande, det vanligaste är nog ett accepterande av personen men endast om han/hon inte alltför öppet visar sin läggning. Det har tagit tusentals år att etablera dessa fördomar så de går inte att riva ner över en natt.</p><p>Mitt andra syfte var att titta på hur kyrkan förhåller sig till homosexuella personer och förhållanden och om kyrkans förhållningssätt mildrats. De homosexuella som vågar visa sig öppet strävar efter att kunna leva sina liv i en normal vardag, precis som heterosexuella kan. Helt enkelt att leva tillsammans, med allt den grå vardagen medför, utan att hela tiden ifrågasättas i alla möjliga och omöjliga situationer. Det verkar som om kyrkan börjar inse detta. Tidigare har kyrkan medverkat till förtrycket av homosexuella personer. Nu verkar det som om kyrkan börjat ta intryck av hur dagens samhälle ser ut genom att ha ett lite öppnare förhållningssätt till homosexuella personer och förhållanden. Det verkar i stort sett handla om en tolkningsfråga: Kan de aktuella bibeltexterna verkligen sägas handla om det som i nutid kallas genuin homosexualitet?</p><p>Det verkar dock ta tid innan man lyckas komma fram till en gemensam kyrklig åsikt. Den ena arbetsgruppen efter den andra tillsätts för att diskutera frågan om kyrkan och homosexualitet men deras arbete drar ut alldeles för långt i tid, ofta åratal, innan man slutligen kommer till en slutsats. Slutsatsen ger för det mesta inga klara besked utan går ofta ut på att ”mångfald av åsikter berikar” och att de i gruppen inte kommit fram till några raka svar. Tyvärr så verkar denna process ta lång tid men man kan i alla fall se att utvecklingen går framåt mot en större öppenhet. Kyrkans hållning är inte längre lika negativt inställd till homosexuella förhållanden och det finns nu t.o.m. präster inom Svenska kyrkan som lever öppet i partnerskap. Även K G Hammar har del i den öppnare attityden. Han är stark nog att våga stå för sina åsikter trots att han vet att han riskerar att få mycket kritik från andra personer inom kyrkan.</p>
