中國石油外交安全複合體系之研究 / The Research of China's Oil Diplomacy Security Complex

中國的石油外交安全複合體系可分為海上運輸航線、歐亞能源陸橋以及全球經營三大面向。由於目前中國進口石油來源主要來自中東及非洲地區,並依賴印度洋通往國內東南沿海的海上運輸航線,基於分散運輸風險與進口地區多元化的考量,增進對東協關係以促成海路運輸安全、向陸地接鄰的俄羅斯與中亞國家發展能源陸橋、兼顧海陸進口路線平衡發展之佈局,以及積極於中東、非洲、拉丁美洲地區發展經貿與能源合作並進關係,將為中國建構石油安全複合體系必然的策略選擇。複合體系行為主體是運用石油公司、國家政策及區域組織外交三個層次相結合,發展區域經濟論壇、軍售與外交支持等全般作為以鞏固對產油國安全利益依存關係,即使面臨體系內美國與日本競爭石油資源,但是中國提供其他合作選項,使產油國得以增加出口選擇,因此牽制力量的存在反而有助於強化體系運作,預期與美國爭奪地緣關鍵國家合作關係將是今後中國開展石油外交的重點。 / China’s oil diplomacy security complex is divided into three aspects: Sea lines of communication, Eurasia energy bridge, and Global cooperation. Middle East and Africa are now the main areas for China’s imported petroleum, and their production are transported through Indian Ocean to the southeast China coast. China’s strategies to build oil diplomacy security complex on account of diversification of importing sources are to protect Sea lines of communication by promoting Sino-ASEAN relations, to construct energy bridge from Russia and Central Asia in order to poise the marine and continental route of imported petroleum, as well as to develop business and energy cooperation with Middle East, Africa and Latin America .There are three characteristics of the security complex: first , members that compose oil companies, countries and regional organizations ; second , interdependence that China fosters with oil-exported countries in regional economic forum , arm sales and diplomatic support , and the existence of opponents such as the United States and Japan that strengthens the security complex by relieving China’s alternative value. In conclusion, China provides other alternatives for oil-exporting countries and strengthen the regional security complex; thus to obtain cooperation opportunities with key countries in the Geopolitical field from the U.S. would be the priority in China’s oil diplomacy policy.

國民小學組織動態能耐、組織健康氣候與學校創新經營關係之研究 / A Study on Relationships between the Dynamic Capabilities and Organizational Health Climate and School Innovative Management in Elementary School

本研究旨在瞭解當前國民小學組織動態能耐、組織健康氣候與學校創新經營之現況;分析不同背景變項在國民小學組織動態能耐、組織健康氣候與學校創新經營之差異;探討國民小學組織動態能耐、組織健康氣候與學校創新經營之關係;研究國民小學組織動態能耐、組織健康氣候與學校創新經營之預測分析;與推論國民小學組織動態能耐、組織健康氣候與學校創新經營之路徑關係。 本研究採取文獻分析法及問卷調查法。根據文獻資料架構理論基礎,編製「國民小學組織動態能耐、組織健康氣候與學校創新經營調查問卷」,依全省分北、中、南、東四大區域,共抽取93所國小,合計1408位國小教師,對於國民小學組織動態能耐、組織健康氣候與學校創新經營之看法。回收資料經由描述性統計、變異數分析、相關分析、逐步多元迴歸,以及LISREL潛在變項模式等統計方法,所得研究結果如下: 一、國民小學組織動態能耐以「科技應用」為最高,其次為「創新學習」、「學校定位」及「知識管理」,而「行政整合」相對較低。 二、國民小學組織健康氣候以「教師的凝聚力」最高,其次為「同儕領導」、「資源的影響性」及「重視學業成就」,而「機構主體性」相對較低。 三、學校創新經營以「資訊科技創新經營」最高,其次為「外部關係創新經營」、「行政管理創新經營」及「教學分享創新經營」,而「校園規劃創新經營」相對較低。 四、年長、資深及兼任行政之教師所知覺的整體組織動態能耐、組織健康氣候及學校創新經營的程度較高。 五、私立學校之教師所知覺的整體組織動態能耐、組織健康氣候及學校創新經營的程度較高。 六、位於都市、小型學校及新設學校所知覺的整體組織動態能耐、組織健康氣候及學校創新經營的程度較高。 七、組織動態能耐、健康氣候與學校創新經營間具有高相關。 八、組織動態能耐與健康氣候能有效預測學校創新經營。 九、國民小學組織動態能耐、組織健康氣候與學校創新經營量表之二階驗證性因素分析模式適配度佳。 十、組織動態能耐透過組織健康氣候,有助於推動學校創新經營。 研究者依以上研究結果,分別針對主管教育行政機關、校長、教師以及未來研究者提出若干建議。茲分述如下: 壹、對於主管教育行政機關之建議 一、將動態能耐健康氣候學校創新經營納入學校評鑑指標 二、以辦學績效為指標來調整公私立學校的教育資源分配 三、為老舊學校重新注入一股新的活力以提升其創新能耐 貳、對於學校校長之建議 一、安排年長與資深教師協助新進教師經驗傳承 二、提供教師充足的教學資源與協助其專業成長 三、營造有創意的活力校園與人性化的健康校園 四、不因少數家長無理的要求而改變既有的政策 五、透過行銷策略建立學校品牌和提升學校形象 參、對於學校教師之建議 一、應用資訊及網路科技融入教學以增進教學效能 二、由校園資訊與通訊科技平台分享教學相關資訊 三、掌握外在環境的快速變遷建立獨特的創新能耐 肆、對於未來研究者之建議 一、研究對象可再擴大 二、研究議題加深加廣 三、研究方法可更多元 關鍵字:國民小學、組織動態能耐、組織健康氣候、學校創新經營 / The main purposes of this study are: (1) to understand the present condition of dynamic capabilities, organizational health climate, and school innovative management in the elementary school; (2) to analyze the diversity of different background variables in dynamic capabilities, organizational health climate, and school innovative management in the elementary school; (3) to discuss the relationships between dynamic capabilities, organizational health climate, and school innovative management in the elementary school; (4) to investigate the Predicted Analysis of dynamic capabilities, organizational health climate, and school innovative management in the elementary school; (5) to conclude the path relationships between dynamic capabilities, organizational health climate, and school innovative management in the elementary school. The present study applied literature analysis and questionnaire survey method. According to related literature, the theoretical foundation was constructed and 「Elementary School Dynamic Capabilities, Organizational Health Climate, and School Innovative Management Survey Questionnaire」was organized. Ninety-three elementary schools were chosen randomly from north, central, south, and east regions in Taiwan. Totally there were 1408 elementary school teachers. Subjects’ viewpoints about Elementary School dynamic capabilities, organizational health climate, and school innovative management were collected. The data were analyzed by Descriptive Statistic, ANOVA, Correlation Analysis, Stepwise regression, and LISREL8.71.The results are shown below: 1.About dynamic capabilities in the elementary school , technology application is the highest,then innovative learning, school positioning, and knowledge management. And administrative integration is comparatively lower than the others. 2.About organizational health climate, teacher affiliation is the highest, then collegial leadership, influence of resources, and emphasis on academic achievement. Subjectivity of institution is comparative lower than the others. 3.About school innovative management, information technology innovative management is the highest, then external relationship innovative management, administrative management innovative management, and teaching sharing innovative management. And campus planning innovative management is comparatively lower than the others. 4.Teachers, who are senior, experienced, or have administrated jobs, perceive dynamic capabilities, organizational health climate, and school innovative management higher than young, unexperienced teachers. 5.Private school teachers’ perception of dynamic capabilities, organizational health climate, and school innovative management is higher than public school teachers. 6.Teachers’ perception about integral dynamic capabilities, organizational health climate, and school innovative management is higher when they teach in urban, small-scale, and newly-built schools. 7.There is high correlation association between dynamic capabilities, organizational health climate, and school innovative management. 8.Dynamic capabilities and organizational health climate can effectively predict school innovative management. 9.The fit measures of the two-order confirmatory factor analysis model of dynamic capabilities, organizational health climate, and school innovative management is good. 10.By organizational health climate, dynamic capabilities can promote school innovative management According to studied results, some suggestions are addressed for educational administrated institutions, principals, teachers, and future researchers. 1.For educational administrated institutions (1)Bring dynamic capabilities, health climate, and school innovative management into school evaluation indicators. (2)Allot educational resources for public and private schools by school achievement. (3)Rebirth old schools and promote their innovative capabilities. 2.For principals (1)Create opportunities for senior and experienced teachers to share and pass down their experience. (2)Provide teachers with sufficient teaching resources and help them to advance professional development. (3)Construct creative, animate, humanistic, and health campus. (4)Do not change prime policies due to some parents’ unreasonable demands. 3.For school teachers (1)Integrate information and Internet technology into teaching to enhance teaching efficiency. (2)Share teaching resources through campus information platform. (3)Know the outside environment is changed in high-velocity and create unique innovative capabilities. 4.For future researchers (1)There should be more subjects. (2)Researched issue can be deeper and broader. (3)Researched methodologies can be more multi-dimentional. 大學生的成人依附、社交能力、社會支持、寂寞與憂鬱之關係

本研究主要目的在探討有戀愛經驗大學生的「成人依附」、「社交能力」、「社會支持」、「寂寞」與「憂鬱」之間的關係。依此目的,本研究先探討不同背景變項的大學生在「逃避依附」、「焦慮依附」、「社交自我效能」、「困擾的自我揭露」、「社會支持」、「寂寞」與「憂鬱」上的差異情形,並以兩個模式探究有戀愛經驗大學生的「成人依附」、「社交能力」、「社會支持」、「寂寞」與「憂鬱」之間的關係。模式一探討「逃避依附、焦慮依附、社交自我效能、困擾的自我揭露、寂寞與憂鬱之關係」;模式二探討「逃避依附、焦慮依附、社交自我效能、困擾的自我揭露、社會支持與憂鬱之關係」。研究採問卷調查法,以台灣十一所大學805位有戀愛經驗的大學生為對象,並以隨機方式將之分為兩組,第一組399人,用來刪題與發展模式;第二組406人,用來驗證模式及探究不同背景變項的受試在各研究變項上的差異。研究工具包括成人依附量表、社交自我效能量表、困擾的自我揭露量表、寂寞量表、社會支持量表和憂鬱量表。資料分析方法為因素分析、信度分析、t考驗、單因子變異數分析及結構方程模式。 本研究以第一組樣本探討初始模式發現,初始模式與觀察資料間適配不理想,故根據修正指標進行修正,修正後的模式與資料適配後,再以第二組樣本驗證模式的穩定性,經驗證模式一及模式二具備相當穩定性,且模式一及模式二都與觀察資料適配,並能有效解釋變項間的關係。 主要研究結果如下: 第一,在背景變項方面:(一)女性受試的「困擾的自我揭露」與「社會支持」顯著高於男性;(二)一年級受試的「焦慮依附」顯著高於三年級及四年級的受試;(三)不在戀愛中受試的「逃避依附」、「焦慮依附」與「寂寞」顯著高於在戀愛中的受試,而在戀愛中受試的「社會支持」顯著高於不在戀愛中的受試;(四)無晤談經驗受試的「逃避依附」顯著高於有晤談經驗的受試,有晤談經驗受試的「寂寞」與「憂鬱」顯著高於無晤談經驗的受試。其他部分則無顯著差異。 第二,在模式方面:(一)逃避依附與焦慮依附會透過社交自我效能而間接影響寂寞,再間接影響憂鬱;(二)逃避依附與焦慮依附會透過社交自我效能而間接影響社會支持,再間接影響憂鬱;(三)逃避依附會透過困擾的自我揭露,間接影響社交自我效能,再透過社交自我效能間接影響寂寞,再間接影響憂鬱;(四)逃避依附會透過困擾的自我揭露,間接影響社交自我效能,再透過社交自我效能間接影響社會支持,再間接影響憂鬱;(五)焦慮依附會直接影響憂鬱;(六)焦慮依附會透過寂寞間接影響憂鬱;(七)焦慮依附對憂鬱的影響效果會大過逃避依附對憂鬱的影響效果;(八)困擾的自我揭露對寂寞不具直接影響力,困擾的自我揭露會透過社交自我效能間接影響寂寞;(九)逃避依附、焦慮依附、困擾的自我揭露對社會支持不具直接影響力,逃避依附、焦慮依附、困擾的自我揭露會透過社交自我效能間接影響社會支持。 最後,根據研究結果,針對個人、學校諮商與輔導實務及未來相關研究提出建議,以供參考。 / The Relationships Among Adult Attachment, Social Competencies, Social Support, Loneliness and Depression of College Students Ching-Ju Lee Abstract The main purpose of this research was to study the relationships among “adult attachment,” “social competencies,” “social support,” “loneliness” and “depression” of the college students who had romance. The researcher first investigated the differences in terms of “attachment avoidance,” “attachment anxiety,” “social self-efficacy,” “distress self-disclosure,” “social support,” “loneliness” and “depression” among the participants who had the different background variables. Also studied were the relationships among “adult attachment,” “social competencies,” “social support,” “loneliness” and “depression” of the college students who had romance by using two models. Model one was used to study “the relationships among attachment avoidance, attachment anxiety, social self-efficacy, distress self-disclosure, loneliness and depression.” Model two was used to study “the relationships among attachment avoidance, attachment anxiety, social self-efficacy, distress self-disclosure, social support and depression.” This study employed questionnaires to collect data. The participants of the study were 805 Taiwan college students who had romance from 11 universities, and were randomly divided into two groups. In group one, there were 399 participants whose data were used to cancel items and develop models, and in group two there were 406 participants whose data were used to test models and study the differences in regards of different research variables among the participants who had the different background variables. The participants were evaluated by Adult Attachment Scale, Social Self-efficacy Scale, Distress Self-disclosure Scale, Social Support Scale, Loneliness Scale and Depression Scale. The data were analyzed by factor analysis, Cronbach α analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA and SEM. The initial models tested by group one did not fit well with the observed data. Therefore, applying the modification index, the researcher modified the models till the models fit the observed data, then tested the models’ stability by group two, and came to confirm the stability of model one and model two. The researcher found both model one and model two fit the observed data, and could effectively explain the relationships among the variables. The main results of this study were as follows: First, about the background variables: 1. The scores of “distress self-disclosure” and “social support” of girls were significantly higher than those of boys. 2. The scores of “attachment anxiety” of freshmen were significantly higher than those of juniors and seniors. 3. The scores of “attachment avoidance”, “attachment anxiety”, and “loneliness” of the students who were not in love were significantly higher than those of the students who were in love, and the scores of “social support” of the students who were in love were significantly higher than those of the students who were not in love. 4. The scores of “attachment avoidance” of the students who had no counseling experience were significantly higher than those of the students who had counseling experience while the scores of “loneliness” and “depression” of the students who had counseling experience were significantly higher than those of the students who had no counseling experience. There were no significant differences among other variables. Second, about the models: 1. Attachment avoidance and attachment anxiety could affect social self-efficacy, and could thus in turn affect loneliness through social self-efficacy, and could indirectly continue to affect depression through loneliness. 2. Attachment avoidance and attachment anxiety could affect social self-efficacy, and could thus in turn affect social support through social self-efficacy, and could indirectly continue to affect depression through social support. 3. Attachment avoidance could affect distress self-disclosure, and could thus in turn affect social self-efficacy through distress self-disclosure, loneliness through social self-efficacy, and depression through loneliness. 4. Attachment avoidance could affect distress self-disclosure, and could thus in turn affect social self-efficacy through distress self-disclosure, social support through social self-efficacy, and depression through social support. 5. Attachment anxiety could directly affect depression. 6. Attachment anxiety could indirectly affect depression through loneliness. 7. The effect of attachment anxiety affecting depression was higher than that of attachment avoidance affecting depression. 8. Distress self-disclosure could not directly affect loneliness, while it could indirectly affect loneliness through social self-efficacy. 9. Attachment avoidance, attachment anxiety and distress self-disclosure could not directly affect social support, whereas they could indirectly affect social support through social self-efficacy. Finally, based on the results of the study, the researcher made some further suggestions for individuals, school counseling and future researchers.

現代日本企業人力資源管理的革新

戰後的高度經濟成長讓日本頓時成為世界各國注目的焦點,美國企管學者與國際性研究團體機構相繼指出日本企業有長期雇用習慣的特色,且此習慣於戰後形成且在高度經濟成長時期扮演著極重要的角色。但一九九0年代日本泡沫經濟結束後,日本陷入前所未有的、長達十年的低成長期,過去備受讚揚的日本式管理如今成為日本企業競爭時的包袱,企業界、學界紛紛指出,日本企業在不景氣之下必須要有新的作法,首當其衝的就是日本式雇用制度。因此,本研究旨在探討日本企業於泡沫經濟結束之後,因應內外環境之改變,其在人力資源管理上的革新做法。 本研究採文獻探討法,再輔以實地訪談。本研究共分六章,除緒論、結論之外,本論部分共有四章;第二章先探討人力資源管理的理論基礎,再整理出日本式管理的特色,及日本企業人事制度成立的歷史與經緯。第三章強調經營的內外環境變化會影響人力資源管理的做法與走向,指出日本企業於經濟泡沫結束之後所面臨之人力資源管理上的課題。第四章探討日本企業引進歐美企業之成果主義的做法與其配套措施。第五章探討日本企業為建構一高效率及富彈性化的組織,其在人力資源管理上的動態分析。 綜合本研究發現,日本此波人力資源管理上的革新做法與運作有以下幾項特色: 1.和洋折衷:日本雖導入美式人事制度,就是改以職務為基礎,以成果表現敘薪,但此成果是一包括性的成果,並非歐美企業中的結果,成為獨樹一格的「日本式成果主義」。 2.追求適才適所的互動面試方式:日本式管理下,日本企業中由人事部門來決定錄取者將來所屬部門;但此波革新中,日本企業為求實現適才適所,將人事權下放至各部門的主管,改由部門主管決定最後的錄取者。 3.員工自我導向的激勵、培育:日本企業仍相當重視公司內部的訓練,但員工個人也將承擔起愈來愈多的責任,員工成為企業人力資源管理工作的主體,企業只是輔助的角色。 4.重視「選擇與集中」的人才組合:封閉式的終身雇用制使日本企業內部勞動市場的供需無法彈性的因應環境變化,日本企業設法透過人力資源結構的調整,以降低成本、追求更有效率的營運績效。 5.價值創造導向的人力資源發展活動:人力資源管理部門的層次提升,成為企業創造價值、贏得競爭優勢的一個重要部門。 / Japanese management system is famous for his lifetime employment and seniority system after World War II. But when “Bubble Economy” in Japan in the 1990s came to an end, Japan’s economy faced its slowest growth that had never happened before in the next decade. The academic community indicates that it is the lifetime employment that leads to the loss of competitiveness in Japanese corporations; therefore, Japanese corporations need to start transforming their company structures, especially the Human Resources Management. In this thesis, the main discussions were about what innovative ideas Japanese corporations took on when faced with inside and outside environmental changes. The thesis is divided into six chapters. The second chapter discusses the theory of HRM, the features of Japanese personnel management, as well as the history of Japanese personnel management. The third chapter analyzes how the changes of the environment affect Japanese HRM. In the fourth chapter, we discuss what strategies Japanese corporations adopt to introduce “Pay for Performance” into their business. At last, the fifth chapter analyzes what Japanese corporations need to adjust in their HRM in order to become more efficient and more flexible. From the thesis and research, there are four findings as below: 1.Compromise between Japanese and Western styles:Even though Japanese corporations brought the “Pay for Performance” into practice, the Performance here is somewhat different from what it means in Western corporations. Unlike Western companies, Japanese corporations take your effort into account too, instead of judging directly from the business figures you reach every month. This is the so called “Japanese Pay for Performance”. 2.Interactive interview of pursuing the right man in right place: Under the Japanese management, the department of human resources is responsible for deciding which attachment is suitable for the admitted persons. However, in this innovation trend, in order to realize the right man in right place strategy, Japanese corporation decides to release the power to the directors of each department and let the directors be the last judge of the final admitted person. 3.Employee Oriented, Manager Supported:On Job Training is still valued in Japanese corporations; however, employees are taking more and more responsibilities themselves. Japanese corporations are changing to a supporting role. 4.The strategy of “The choice and the centralism” on Human Resource Portfolio:To cut the cost and be more efficient, Japanese corporations need to adjust the proportion of their workforce accordingly. This means there’s more flexibility to terminate employees’ contracts or to hire contract workers when needed. 5.Value-creation oriented HRD:Once the department of human resources is improved, it will help bring more customers for the business and then increase the competitiveness for the company.

台灣TFT-LCD企業之策略管理:資源基礎理論的分析 / Strategic Management of Taiwan's TFT-LCD Enterprises: An Analysis under the Resource-Based Theory

TFT-LCD產業被譽為臺灣「第二半導體產業」,在國人的努力下,2006年台灣大尺寸TFT-LCD的出貨量和產值,均已躍居世界第1位。由於該產業處於變化快速的競爭環境,如何找出企業的核心資源與核心能力,考慮企業資源基礎的發展問題,協助管理者制定出最適之競爭策略,讓企業能在競爭環境中持續成長與發展等,都是重要且值得探討的課題。 本研究採定性的個案研究法,以台灣2006年大尺寸TFT-LCD產業產量前3名之領導廠商(友達光電、奇美電子、中華映管)為個案研究對象,深度探討其核心資源、核心能力、競爭策略、競爭優勢等項目之內涵及其關連性。經由現有的TFT-LCD相關資料、資源基礎理論等文獻歸納,以及個案研究的分析,本研究主要的發現如次: 一、台灣TFT-LCD企業所擁有的核心資源係來自公司所擁有的獨特的異質性資源組合,其最重要核心資源是無形資源,最重要核心能力是組織能力,主要的競爭策略為是成本領導(或集中)策略,最主要的企業競爭優勢為組織能力。 二、台灣TFT-LCD企業都是獨特異質性資源的組合,以致於每一個企業均具有不同於其他對手的表現。 三、臺灣TFT-LCD 企業的核心資源、核心能力和競爭策略、競爭優勢間,具有相關性:企業的核心資源和核心能力是制定和執行競爭策略的基礎;企業競爭優勢的來源為核心資源和核心能力,且最主要來源是核心能力;當企業有利潤時,將持續發展公司資源及能力,以維持企業持久性競爭優勢。 / The TFT-LCD industry is known as the “second semi-conductor industry” of Taiwan, where, thanks to joint efforts of local talents, in 2006 both the shipment volume and the output value of Taiwan’s large-size TFT-LCD became No. 1 in the world. Because the industry is situated in a competitive environment that changes drastically, there exist several important issues that deserve further study, including how to identify core resources and core competences of the companies, consider development of enterprise resource bases, help management formulate the most adequate competitive strategies, and allow companies to continuously grow and develop in the competitive environment. This study adopts the qualitative case study method, where it uses three leading manufacturers that have the largest production output in Taiwan’s large-size TFT-LCD industry in 2006 (AU Optronics, Chi Mei Optoelectronics, and Chunghwa Picture Tubes, LTD.) as the subjects of this case study to conduct in-depth research on contents of and correlation among their core resources, core competences, competitive strategies, and competitive advantages. By induction from reference materials such as existing TFT-LCD-related data and the resource-based theory, as well as case study and analysis, this study presents main findings as follows: 1. The core resources owned by Taiwan’s TFT-LCD manufacturers come from combinations of unique heterogeneous resources owned by the companies, where their most important resource is intangible resource, their most important core competence is organization capability, their main competitive strategy is the cost leadership (or concentration) strategy, and their main corporate competitive advantage is organization capability. 2. Every TFT-LCD manufacturer in Taiwan is a combination of unique heterogeneous resources, so that each company performs differently from its competitors. 3. 高中身心障礙學生知覺的家庭功能、學校支持、希望感與人際適應之相關研究 / Research on Relationships between Perceived Family Functioning, School Support, Hope and Interpersonal Adjustment about high school students with disabilities

本研究旨在探討高中身心障礙學生知覺的家庭功能、學校支持、希望感與人際適應之相關研究。以台北縣、市領有視覺障礙、聽覺障礙與肢體障礙身心障礙殘障手冊的高中身心障礙學生,共186人為研究對象,採用家庭功能量表、學校支持調查表、希望感量表、人際適應量表為研究工具,再以台北縣、市立公私立高中普通班學生,做為參照,以了解身心障礙學生知覺的家庭功能、希望感與人際適應的關係,和一般學生是否不同。統計方法以因素分析、信度分析、描述統計、t考驗、皮爾森積差相關、典型相關、多元迴歸分析等進行分析。結果發現: 一、高中身心障礙學生在知覺的家庭功能、學校支持、希望感與人際適應都有中上程度,其中,家庭功能與人際適應情形略低於高中一般學生,希望感則無明顯差異。 二、高中身心障礙學生知覺的家庭功能、學校支持、希望感與人際適應有三組顯著的典型相關存在。 三、高中身心障礙學生知覺的家庭功能、學校支持與希望感對人際適應有預測力,其中以學校支持的「同學支持的有助性」為最主要的預測向度。而高中身心障礙學生與一般學生知覺的家庭功能與希望感預測人際適應的情形有差異。 / This research is focused on the relationships between perceived family functioning, school support, hope and interpersonal adjustment about high school students with disabilities. Subjects are 186 high school students with visual disability, hearing impairment and physical disability coming from Taipei county and Taipei city in Taiwan. This study apply the Family Functioning Scale, School Support Investigation, Hope Scale and Interpersonal Adjustment Scale to obtain the necessary data. The collection of the data is interpreted with the use of factor analysis, cronbach alpha, t-test, pearson correlation, canonical correlation analysis and multiple regression. Findings are as such: 1. High school students with disabilities are all above average on percieved family functioning, school support, hope and intepersonal adjustment. However, they show less perceived family functioning and interpersonal adjustment than their general peer classmates; besides, there is no significant difference about hope whether the high school students have disabilities or not. 2. There are three significant canonical correlations between perceived family functioning, school support, hope and interpersonal adjustment about high school students with disability. 3. Interpersonal adjustment was able to be explained by percieved family functioning, school support and hope. Classmates’ support is the most important variabilities among high school students with disabilities.There are differences between high school students and their general peer classmates on predicting interpersonal adjustment.

本研究之目的在探討「電腦自我效能」、「電腦經驗」及 「他人支持」三者與「電腦態度」及「電腦焦慮」之關係,並探究「電腦經驗多寡」與「電腦態度」、「電腦焦慮」間的關係,是否透過「電腦自我效能」的中介效果存在;「電腦經驗品質」與「電腦態度」、「電腦焦慮」間的關係,是否透過「電腦自我效能」的中介效果存在;「他人支持」是否會調節「電腦自我效能」對於「電腦態度」與「電腦焦慮」的關係。 本研究採取問卷調查的方式進行,以304名台北縣立及台北市立國民小學合格教師為研究對象。根據階層迴歸分析結果顯示:「電腦經驗多寡」是會透過「電腦自我效能」此一中介變項(mediatorvariable),影響「電腦態度」及「電腦焦慮」,研究的假設獲得支持,但「電腦經驗品質」則無中介效果;此外,「他人支持」並非是 「電腦自我效能」與「電腦態度」、「電腦焦慮」之關係的調節變項(moderatorvariable)。 本文最後針對所有研究結果進行整合性討論 ,並根據研究所得結果,提出可能的限制、未來研究方向的建議,以及學術、實務上之應用。 關鍵字:電腦態度、電腦焦慮、電腦自我效能、電腦經驗、他人支持 / This study was designed to investigate: (1) the mediating effects of computer self-efficacy on the relationship between the quantity of computer experience and computer attitude, and the relationship between the quantity of computer experience and computer anxiety; and (2) the mediating effects of computer self-efficacy on the relationship between the quality of computer experience and computer attitude, and the relationship between the quality of computer experience and computer anxiety; and (3) the moderating effects of others'support on the relationship between computer self-efficacy and computer attitude, and the relationship between computer self-efficacy and computer anxiety. Subjects were 304 elementary school teachers from Taipei County and Taipei City. According to hierarchical regression analysis, the results provided support for the hypothesis that computer self-efficacy mediated the relationship between the quantity of computer experience and computer attitude, and the relationship between the quantity of computer experience and computer anxiety. However, computer self-efficacy neither mediated the relationship between the quality of computer experience and computer attitude, nor the relationship between the quality of computer experience and computer anxiety. Furthermore, others'support neither moderated the relationship between computer self-efficacy and computer attitude, nor the relationship between computer self-efficacy and computer anxiety. The implications, limitations, further research directions, and applications in management are discussed at the end. 中共國務院機構改革中翻牌公司現象之研究--以理性選擇研究途徑分析

中國大陸於一九八七年十月「十三大」由趙紫陽首次提出以「轉變政府職能」為原則的機構改革新思路,並分別於一九八八年、一九九三年及一九九八年進行以「職能轉變」為主的機構改革,然而在一九九三年前後機構改革過程中,政府企業管理部門進行「職能轉變」實踐「政全分開」政策時卻出現政策扭曲的「翻牌公司」現象。由於極權/意識型態研究模式強調由上往下的領導運作,較無法完全解釋此一現象,本研究乃嘗試以理性選擇研究途徑來分析及解釋,期望能使得既定事實的呈現更加完整,並使理論風貌更加多元。 本研究共分為五章,第一章緒論旨在說明本研究動機與目的、研究方法與限制、研究範圍與架構作一完整說明,並檢閱有關中共機構改革之研究文獻及說明其研究成果與限制。第二章理性選擇研究途徑的探討旨在說明理性選擇途徑的基本內涵與思辯、與極權/意識型態研究途徑之比較及為何運用理性選擇途徑來分析「翻牌公司」現象。第三章中共國務院機構改革的背景旨在說明國務院機構改革的法律基礎、機構改革的概念與特點。第四章機構改革過程中的「翻牌公司」現象旨在應用理性選擇理論中有關個人自利、效用極大化及期望值利益團體的概念,來說明自一九九三年以後大量出現之「翻牌公司」現象的各個分析單佳,並說明「翻牌公司」現象中各分析單住約互動過程。第五章結論部分則說研究發現加以說明,並提出後續研究之建議及前瞻未來展望。 經由本研究整理論述,由理性選擇研究途徑所建構出來的架構,似乎可以更真實地解釋一九九三年前後機構改革過程中所出現的「翻牌公司」現象,及各分析單位的效用偏好與行動策略,跳脫既定的解釋模式並得出更真切的觀察,對於長期以來多以極權/意識型態模式解釋及研究中國大陸的方法提供了另一個分析架構。「翻牌公司」的現象顯然與機構改革方案、政府職能轉變、實現政企分開、減少政府對企業的干預等構想相違背,根本不符合市場經濟體制所要求的企業角色定位,也根本扭曲了中國大陸機構改革的初衷。解決「翻牌公司」的根本途徑,除機構改革外,還有賴整個經濟體制的配套改革、建立完備的產權制度,形成公平合理的收入分配機制、競爭性市場機制和體制,以及完備民主與法制,才能有效地結束利益主體的行為。 關鍵字:國務院、機構改革、職能轉變、政企分開、翻牌公司、理性選擇研究途徑、極權/意識型態研究途徑

高中生品格發展之因子模式 / A Model for the Development of High School Students' Characters

本研究旨在探討高中生的教師品格教學、父母品格教養、批判思考能力、品格信念及品格行為之關係。研究參與者來自台北縣市公立高中二、三年級,有效樣本計538人。本研究採用的研究工具包括「品格行為量表」、「品格信念量表」、「品格教學行為量表」、「父親品格教養行為量表」、「母親品格教養行為量表」及「批判思考測驗—第一級」(CTT-Ⅰ)。資料分析所用的統計方法包括描述統計、單因子多變量變異數分析及線性模式分析。本研究主要發現如下: 1.就學校教師而言,大多身兼導師的國文、英文、數學科老師,對高中生品格影響最為深遠;就一般對象而言,母親及父親對孩子的品格影響最大。 2.不同性別的高中生在品格信念及品格行為上均有顯著差異:在品格信念方面,女生顯著優於男生,尤其在「責任」、「關懷」及「公民性」等指標的信念;在品格行為方面,女生亦顯著優於男生,尤在「值得信賴」、「公平」「關懷」及「公民性」等指標的表現。 3.不同年級的高中生在品格信念及品格行為上沒有顯著差異。 4.不同父母的教育程度的高中生在品格信念及品格行為上沒有顯著差異。 5.高中生品格信念及品格行為會相互影響:亦即品格信念程度愈高者,其本身品格行為表現愈好;品格行為表現愈佳者,擁有的品格信念程度愈高。 6.教師的品格教學行為對高中生的品格信念及品格行為有顯著效果,亦即知覺教師品格教學程度愈高者,其品格信念也愈強,品格行為表現程度也愈佳。 7.父母的品格教養行為對高中生的品格信念及品格行為有顯著效果,亦即知覺父母品格教養程度愈高者,其品格信念也愈強,品格行為表現程度也愈佳。 8.高中生批判思考能力對品格信念和品格行為沒有顯著的正向效果。 9.就高中生品格行為發展之子模式而言,教師品格教學行為及父母品格教養會互動之後,分別對品格信念及品格行為產生直接和間接的影響,且品格信念和品格行為間會相互影響。 最後,本研究依據上述的研究結果進行討論,並提出相關建議以供教師教學、父母教養及後續研究之參考。 / The main purpose of this study was to explore the relationships among teachers’ character teaching, parents’ character parenting, critical-thinking abilities, character beliefs, and character behaviors of high school students. The participants included 538 students sampled from six high schools in Taipei City. The employed instruments in this study were the Inventory of Character Behaviors, the Inventory of Character Beliefs, the Inventory of Character Teaching, the Inventory of Father’s Character Parenting, the Inventory of Mother’s Character Parenting, and the Critical-thinking Test, LevelⅠ. The employed analysis methods included Descriptive Statistics, One-Way Multiple Analysis of Variance, and Structural Equation Modeling. The main findings of this study were as follows: 1.As for school teachers, Chinese, English and Mathematical teachers who usually serve as tutors had the greatest effect on the high school students’ character development; as for general subjects, mothers and fathers had the most profound effect on the high school students’ character development. 2.There were significant gender differences on character beliefs and character behaviors. Specifically, the females outperformed the males in character beliefs, especially in “responsibility”, “caring”, and “citizenship”; moreover, the females outperformed the males in character behaviors, especially in “trust worthiness”, “fairness”, and “citizenship”. 3.There were no significant differences on character beliefs and character behaviors between the second graders and the third graders. 4.There were no significant differences on character beliefs and character behaviors among the three parents’ educational levels. 5.The relationships of character beliefs and character behaviors among the high school students were bi-directional. In other words, those who had stronger character beliefs performed more character behaviors and those who performed more character behaviors had stronger character beliefs. 6.The teachers’ character teaching had significant effects on the high school students’ character beliefs and character behaviors. Specifically, those who perceived higher degree of character teaching had higher character beliefs and performed more character behaviors. 7.The parents’ character teaching had significant effects on the high school students’ character beliefs and character behaviors. Specifically, those who perceived higher degree of character parenting had stronger character beliefs and performed more character behaviors. 8.The high school students’ critical-thinking abilities had no positive effects on their character beliefs and character behaviors. 9.In terms of the Model for the development of high school students’ characters, teachers’ character teaching and parents’ character parenting interactively influenced, both directly and indirectly, the high school students’ character beliefs and character behaviors; meanwhile, character beliefs and character behaviors influence each other. Finally, the researcher proposed some suggestions for educational instructions, parental upbringing, and future studies.

嗅覺線索與標的產品一致性對消費者態度及購買意願之影響 - 涉入程度與品牌概念之調節效果 / The Effects of Congruence between Olfactory Cues and Target Product on Consumers’ Attitude and Purchase Intention with the Moderating Effects of Involvement and Brand Concept

Martin Lindstrom (2005a) 指出除了視覺,嗅覺其實才是人類五官中最重要的,然而目前國內嗅覺相關之研究仍相當稀少。本研究由消費者之觀點出發,主要探討嗅覺線索與標的產品之一致性與否對消費者態度與購買意願的影響,並分析在「涉入程度」及「品牌概念」的調節作用下,對上述關係有何影響。 本研究經由前測,選擇手錶與運動鞋兩產品類別進入正式實驗,手錶產品類別中,以Swatch為象徵型品牌,CASIO為功能型品牌;運動鞋產品類別則以Puma為象徵型品牌,New Balance為功能型品牌。並以模擬的8張彩色平面廣告,施測於530位政大大學部之學生,進行2 (產品類別:手錶/運動鞋) x 2 (嗅覺線索:一致/不一致) x 2 (涉入程度:高/低) x 2 (品牌概念:象徵型品牌/功能型品牌) 的正式實驗。 研究結果顯示:一、就嗅覺線索主效果而言,與標的產品不一致的嗅覺線索比一致性之嗅覺線索更能提高消費者對產品的評價。二、在品牌概念的調節作用下,與標的產品不一致的嗅覺線索比一致性的嗅覺線索更能提升消費者對產品的評價,此情況在消費者面對功能型品牌時比象徵型品牌還要明顯。 整體而言,嗅覺線索的確會影響消費者對產品之評價。本研究提供行銷人員未來在採用嗅覺線索時,可考量的更多因素,以選擇合適的嗅覺線索加以應用。 / Martin Lindstrom (2005a) pointed out that other than sight, smell is the most important sense in the human anatomy. However, research on smell is still rare. This research sets out from the consumer perspective to discuss the effects that consistency between olfactory cues and target products have on purchase intention. Moderating effects of involvement and brand concept are also studied for their effects on the study. Watches and sport shoes were selected as the target products for this study. The symbolic brand in the watch category is Swatch, whereas the functional brand is CASIO; in terms of sport shoes, the symbolic brand is Puma, while the functional brand is New Balance. A2 (product category: watch / sport shoes) x 2 (olfactory cues: congruity / incongruity)x 2 (involvement: high / low) x 2 (brand concept: symbolic brand /functional brand) experimental design collected data from 530 Chengchi university students through 8 color printed advertisements. Research findings indicate the following. (1) In terms of the main olfactory cue effect, olfactory cues that are incongruent with the target product can better increase consumers’ evaluation of the product than congruent olfactory cues. (2) In terms of the brand concept moderating effect, olfactory cues that are incongruent with the target product can better increase consumers’ evaluation of the product than congruent olfactory cues. This is more evident when consumers deal with functional brands than when dealing with symbolic brands. To sum up, olfactory cues do in fact influence consumers’ evaluations of products. This study provides marketers with numerous factors that should be considered when selecting the adequate olfactory cues.
