新加坡文官制度之研究溫喜富 Unknown Date (has links)
本論文以新加坡為例,探討新加坡文官制度之內涵在此間運作的相關議題。筆者從新加坡文官制度的發展歷史、法令規章、社會政經等因素的相互關係上,探討新加坡文官制度在靜態面、動態面所衍生出各種面向與特色。
新加坡同其它英屬殖民地一樣,沿襲英國文官制度的傳統與設計,在二次世界大戰後英屬殖民地國家紛紛獨立,但這些國家戰後似乎並未在國家發展與經濟建設上,締造出如同爭取殖民獨立一樣的奇蹟,唯獨新加坡能以一彈丸小國,在風雨飄搖中建國成功,並締造傲人的國家發展與經濟成就。新加坡成功之道當然很多,對於新加坡之研究大多涉及政治與經濟領域為多,對於文官制度的探討則甚為少見,文官制度的行政運作與政府政治的關係密切,兩者可說是一體兩面,彼此影響甚大,文官制度可以說是政府行政運作最主要的組織,對於新加坡文官制度的建立、組織、內涵、運作、特色等等,在本篇論文中即針對這些議題加以論述,使我們一步瞭解新加坡的文官制度,同時並提出一些看法及見解。
第一章「導論」。本章說明筆者的研究動機與研究目的、研究方法、研究資料收集與研究限制等論文寫作要項,並對文官制度所關聯的一些名詞作概念、定義與界定,以作為建構本篇論文的分析架構。
第二章「文官制度之形成與發展」。本章簡述新加坡的現況、政府組織與文官結構,並從新加坡的歷史發展瞭解文官制度的演變過程,探討殖民地到自治建國時期,文官制度的概況與文官制度的重建,從本章節中,筆者將描繪出殖民地時期文官的角色、功能及政治立場與心態,並探究文官制度在新加坡自治到獨立建國過程中,採取的具體方法與措施,如此對於新加坡文官制度健全的法制化,將有一全面性的瞭解。
第三章「人事行政機關」。本章節中將就新加坡主管文官的權限機關作一分析,探討新加坡文官制度屬於哪一個體制類型的機制,這樣對我們瞭解文官制度的權力運作,人事主管機關的對應位階有所瞭解,在章節中也將分析現行新加坡各級文官的人事行政機關,以及各級機關組織的設立、成員、功能與權限劃分。
第四章「文官制度的內涵」。本章節中將針對新加坡文官制度運作的人士機關製作--說明,諸如文官的聘任、考核、訓練、俸給、分類、福利、獎懲、退休、服務制度、肅貪廉政等都包括在內,從這些制度的運作過程中,對我們瞭解新加坡文官制度法制面的規範與實際運作,提供一個檢視比較的範圍。
第五章「文官制度的特色」。本章節中分別就文官制度在新加坡發展運作過程中,呈現的特色分別說明,包括(1)一級政府之行政組織;(2)菁英主義與功續制度的結合;(3)快速晉升與高薪政策;(4)專家行政的增加等四個部份,新加坡之所以被人稱為行政國家自有其一定的道理,從這些特色中可以讓我們發現新加坡行政效率成功之道,也可以發現在成功背後人才流失的危機,文官快速晉升與高薪政策的行程因素,以及專家行政的形成。
第六章「文官相關問題研究與探討」。在瞭解新加坡文官制度的歷史沿革,各級人事行政機關,文官制度的內涵與文官制度的特色後,在本章節中將進一步深入探討與評析文官制度對新加坡整體國家發展的影響與貢獻,文官在政治、社會、經濟領域的功能與角色扮演為何?在我們常強調的行政中立問題上,新加坡文官政治立場是否受到影響,以及文官在運作過程中所採取的政策與措施,不可能完美無缺,其所引申的弊端與問題為何?藉由這些問題的探討,提供我瞭解新加坡文官制度運作與發展的借鏡及參考。
第七章「結論」。本章總結筆者將整篇論文的一些要點概略地整理歸納出來,使讀者很容易對新加坡文官制度的瞭解進入狀況,同時並提出一些建議,作為我國在文官制度的參考。

電腦病毒的演化瞬息萬變,特別是近年來,駭客在有利可圖的動機驅使下,逐漸形成了專業分工的產銷供應鏈,讓病毒的演化速度和變種數量以指數型成長。攻擊事件數量不斷竄升,資訊安全市場理應增加不少機會,但多數防毒廠商經常對這樣的市場機會望洋興嘆,每年花費數億金額,動員研發團隊提出新產品、新版本、新服務,使用者卻始終興趣缺缺。供需兩方認知差異讓防毒軟體廠商面臨龐大開發費用的損失,也讓企業持續存在於不定時資安風險的恐懼之中。
資安軟體公司在產品研發前,做足使用者需求蒐集流程工作,依照使用者描述所進行開發的產品,為什麼卻不是客戶需要的?本研究以質性研究法觀察國內一家電腦防毒廠商的新產品開發過程,更以為期一年的行動研究方式參與該公司使用者洞見計畫(Customer insight program),結合跨部門團隊的智慧和力量,以雲端運算的資安機會為主題進行客戶觀察和新產品構思。
經過一年的行動研究蒐證,本研究指出使用者導向設計的迷思,並強調瞭解工作脈絡對於系統性產品創新的重要性。由於系統性產品複雜程度較高,使用處於分工較細的系統運作流程之下,往往不自覺工作特殊之處,也難以確切表達總體需求。本研究的分析方式則透過使用者工作脈絡,即以客戶的商業模式和雲端運用的特殊情境,其次定義使用者於脈絡中獨特的痛點,進而找到創新機會。
使用者雖然是創新的來源,但是本研究發現,使用者不一定能知道自己的需求,唯有瞭解他們的工作實務,瞭解使用者在特定工作情境的痛點,才能化痛點為創新的亮點。研究貢獻上,補強現行使用者研究的三大方向,分別是使用者假設的不同、產品面設計的不同與創新來源不同。實務貢獻上,本研究提供複雜度較高的系統產品廠商在使用者導向設計流程之建議,以及企業中各部門如何透過使用者創新設計思維發揮價值所在。 / The rate of rapid evolution in computer virus results in an increase of computer crime and business attack incidents. Opportunities in the information security market began to grow and expected to exceed $125 billion USD by 2015, according to a new report by Global Industry Analysts.
In this situation, anti-virus company tried everything they can to launch high-technology, fancy, and more powerful product every year. But they found customer is always lack of interest in their new products. This not only makes the loss on large investment in software development for anti-virus company, and also makes enterprise customers continuously at the risk of data stolen and computer virus attacks.
By asking users what they want and trying really hard to listen to them before the development, however the product still hasn』t meet the customer needs?
This research is based on qualitative method and action research project to investigate an anti-virus company』s product development process and customer insight programs. The one year project was cooperated with company internal cross-functional team and focused on 『Protecting the cloud』 topic. There are three cases was selected in the final.
In order to know the user』s working context in the high-complexity information security product system. The analysis structure in three cases used four steps to find out. First of all, identify the enterprise user』s business model. Secondly, observe their local knowledge in cloud computing usage. Thirdly, clarify the organization's unique pain points. The last but not the least, find the potential security opportunities for innovation.
While user becomes a significant source of innovation, the study shows that users don』t necessarily know their own needs. Only to understand customer』s work practices, pain points under specific working situations, and use design thinking to make the pain points to transform into fit customer needs. The research emphasized the importance of local context in innovation theory and reinforced the inadequacy part of the lead user theory.

從開放式經營模式觀點探討Google及Apple在智慧型手機上行動廣告的發展 / The development of mobile advertising model on google and apple:open business models perspective許少峰 Unknown Date (has links)
根據Morgan Stanley 「The Mobile Internet Report 2009」 提及於2000年開始的Desktop internet世代(以下統一稱為PC Internet),擁有10億以上的單位,將會進展到2010年的Mobile internet世代,並快速成長到 100億以上的單位;同時在行動裝置中最重要的智慧型手機出貨量可能在2011年於北美地區超越功能性手機,達到9,300萬支,亦可能在2012年於全球地區超越個人電腦出貨量,達到5億支。根據Pew研究中心日前公開的調查顯示,目前美國已經有超過40%的成人已開始使用智慧型手機上網來瀏覽網路、收發電子郵件、使用即時訊息等服務。
智慧型手機使用者具備Anytime、Anywhere、Always Online的特性,而且啟動GPS功能,因此可以精準掌握到使用者的個人化資料及地理位置及生活習慣,將會改變人與人之間互動模式,進而影響行銷及品牌溝通的方式。而在智慧型手機上的行動廣告,已成為新焦點。預估在未來2至5年間,將看到行動廣告佔整體廣告比例越來越增加,甚至將取代個人電腦,成為最大的行銷通路。
Google 及Apple 當然都看到這樣的趨勢,二大陣營都不約而同積極展開在行動廣告的布局。本研究將會探討並預測:在全球PC端高達69.7%(Strategy Analytics 2010 Q2)搜尋引擎占有率,而且在全球關鍵字廣告總量占65%的Google,以完全「開放而分享」的態度持續推動Android作業系統,逐漸提高在智慧型手機的市占率,進而達成「Android Everywhere」的目的,並購併最大的行動廣告平台AdMob,將以何種模式來引領行動廣告的發展。
另一方面,在全球已經擁有將近一億支行動終端裝置(含iPod Touch,iPhone,iPad),22萬個應用程式,累積40億次的下載次數的Apple,如何以「only for Apple」而採封閉式模式的iOS作業系統,但已發展出獨樹一格的Apple app經濟體系,以及非常高忠誠度的品牌認同,並於最近推出將Google AdSense、AdMob排除在外的iAd平台,又將會以何種模式來爭奪這一塊日漸成長的行動廣告大餅。
本研究歸納出以下結論:開放式經營模式有不同程度的型態,以及不同的外部合作架構,企業將根據本身的短期策略或是長期的策略,而選擇不同程度的開放式/封閉式經營模式,而達到最大效益。並將會從開放式、封閉式創新、經營模式、合作架構及行動廣告產業眾多構面來探討Google 及Apple二大陣營的差異性,而在這差異性上將以不同的策略而發展出不同的行動廣告經營模式。

數位遊戲已成為探討現代生活科技中一項重要的領域。智慧型手機,為近兩年興起的行動平台載具,根據資策會資料顯示,在手機進行娛樂活動應用程式的排行,第一為聽音樂,第二即為進行遊戲。觀察智慧型手機上的應用程式市集(如:android market、app store),使用者可以快速方便的利用網路下載遊戲,在眾多遊戲中,使用者選擇何種類型遊戲下載並進行遊戲,對遊戲開發商非常重要。在智慧型手機上結合許多科技技術(如:無線網路、各式感測器......等),皆有可能影響使用者進行遊戲和選擇遊戲的動機。因此,了解並且針對使用者需求與使用者行為設計遊戲,在數位內容領域進行數位遊戲研究與開發是重要的議題。
為了解使用者在智慧型手機上進行遊戲的動機,本研究使用科技接受模型和動機理論探討使用者的內在動機和外在動機,透過問卷分析初步了解使用者在智慧型手機上進行遊戲的原因,以及在智慧型手機上擷取使用者在手機上進行遊戲的行為和訪談使用者進行遊戲的因子,將兩資料進行比對驗證,找出使用者在智慧型手機上進行遊戲的模型,以及外在和內在動機之相互影響,作為未來規劃與策略發展方向的參考依據。
根據資料分析發現,使用者進行遊戲的動機會受到遊戲的操作性和在遊戲中得到的樂趣影響。並且使用者會因為他人推薦或看到他人進行遊戲,影響到使用者進行遊戲的意願,而使用者在進行遊戲時,遊戲中提供與他人互動的功能也能激發使用者進行遊戲。此外,在智慧型手機遊戲情境中,使用者會受到外在動機影響,改變本身對遊戲的觀點,影響到使用者的內在動機,進而改變使用者對遊戲的意願。 / Digital games have become an important domain of exploration the technology of modern life. The smartphone which is a mobile device rises due two years. Follow the MIC data of entertainment applications on mobile phone rank, the first is listening music and the second is playing games. User can easy download games quickly by wireless from application market like Android market or app store. It is important for game developers to know which game user chooses and downloads in large games.
The smartphone combine different technology and sensors that may influence user’s motivations to choose games and play games. Therefore, to understand user’s need and user’s behavior for game design which is important discuss for digital game study and developer of digital content domain.
To understand the motivations of user playing games on the smartphone, so this study uses technology acceptance model (TAM) to explore intrinsic motivations and extrinsic motivations of playing game. Through questionnaire to find the factors that user plays games on smartphone, and we also collect users’ behavior from smartphone and interview users. The study combines these data to find the model of user playing game on the smartphone, and the relationship between intrinsic motivations and extrinsic motivations.
The study finds that perceived ease of use and the fun in games effect user’s motivation. The user intention influenced by people who around user and also affected in the game which provide user to interact with others. By the way, user’s extrinsic motivations affect intrinsic motivations on smartphone context, and change the mind of playing games.

近年來因雲端運算(Cloud Computing)、智慧型行動載具(Smart handheld Device)等資訊與通訊技術的整合與匯流,再加上金融證券產業政策開放、國際化與自由化、證劵業在中國大陸發展的限制逐步鬆綁等諸多因素,原本各有自己領域的資訊服務廠商都開始磨拳擦掌,紛紛在手持式裝置上推出各種證券服務商品,這對過往在B2C領域獨佔鰲頭的E公司無異是最大的衝擊。
本研究將藉由探討E公司現行定位、分析因智慧型行動載具之演進,對金融資訊服務廠商所產生的市場改變、衝擊與競爭,進而找出新的市場商機、訂定新的市場定位與策略,期盼能為該公司發展再造藍海市場商機。
主要結論為:金融證券資訊服務產業已經是一紅海市場。為解決E公司面臨的產業困境,思考E公司未來發展走向,重新定位E公司的核心競爭力(Core Competence),如何利用現有智慧型行動載具的特性化阻力為助力,在金融證券資訊服務產業這一片紅海中開闢新藍海。本研究將依據波特(Michael E. Porter)的五力分析及競爭論(On Competition)與洪順慶教授之新產品開發流程,提出新舊產品策略及商業模式(Business Model與Go-To-Market Model)的建議:
舊產品:運用該公司在證券資訊市場的領先地位,作業流程核心管理能力,通路優勢與客戶特性,為進入衰退期的既有產品(專業股票機)發展社群服務,增加老客戶黏著度,並搶食競爭對手市場,以延續該產品生命週期。

First, the study will analysize the change, impact and competition of the information service industry of the securities market, and will apply E-Corp as the case-study-company and probe the current positioning of E-Corp. Finally, the study will try to find out the new business opportunities for vendors, and will make suggestions on marketing repositioning and product development and business strategy to E-Corp.
Exectuctive summary:The information service industry of securities market is a red ocean market. The study will utilzie the theories of Five-Force-Analysis (Michael E. Porter), Product Life Cycle (SC Horng, NCCU Taiwan), Core Competence (Gary Hamel & C.K. Parhalad), and will also think how to apply new technologies, such as cloud computing, smart handheld device, Web2.0,…to solve E-Corp dilemma and to help E-Corp to creat new blue ocean business and market. The suggestions are:
For current product: To extend the product life cycle. First, to apply the strength of the leading position in industry, channel strength and procedure management core competence to develop community network service to increase customers’ loyalty and to low down the rate of loss. Second, to seize the competitors’ customers.
For new product:Apply the strength of cloud computing the E-Corp has, and utilize ICT convergence and smart handheld devices, Web2.0 technologies to extend the service from securities to financial/wealth management service with the functional characters of event push/calendar driven, and smart/simple/convenience.

大型天然災害會癱瘓通訊系統,嚴重影響到救災效率,本論文旨在快速進行可用連外頻寬分配,供應急通訊系統使用。無線通訊技術的成熟,為使用者帶來極大的便利性,但當發生大規模的地震或強烈颱風等重大天然災害時,通訊系統卻常常因架構等因素,隨著電力與交通系統的損毀而癱瘓。由歷年大型災變中多數災區內之行動通訊系統全面中斷即可印證行動通訊系統其實是極為脆弱,而有效運作的通訊系統卻是災情傳遞、資源調度以及互助協調是否順利的關鍵因素。
本篇論文所探討的應急通訊系統是利用倖存的連通基地台和斷訊卻沒有損毀的基地台,以無線電連接起來建構一個臨時性的通訊系統,稱為應急蜂巢式行動通訊網路(Contingency Cellular Network,CCN)。由於CCN的連外頻寬有限,大量話務將造成通訊系統壅塞,影響重要訊息傳遞,且災區各個地方受災情況不盡相同,使得 CCN 的頻寬資源需視各地災情緊急程度與需求進行規劃配置,以充分發揮頻寬效益傳遞重要資訊。本論文主要在探討如何在CCN網路拓樸已決定的情況下進行頻寬分配,以達到最大的救災效益。因此我們提出一適合 CCN 樹狀結構的頻寬分配優化模型,以追求救災效益的最大化,這個模型可供使用者(救災指揮單位)系統化的解決 CCN 頻寬分配問題。
本論文所提出的頻寬分配模型包含 CCN 樹狀拓樸、基地台數目、可用之連外頻寬資源限制、各基地台Backhaul頻寬限制、基本頻寬需求限制、差異化之通訊品質通道和效益遞減函數。我們證明此模型是NP-Hard問題,並提出一個考慮各基地台的災情緊急程度以及通訊品質需求差異而進行快速頻寬分配的演算法,此演算法透過計算頻寬分配總救災效益決定優劣。經實驗,可快速得出接近最佳解的頻寬分配結果。 / When stricken by a large-scale disaster, the efficiency of disaster response operation is very critical to life saving. We propose to build a contingency cellular network to support emergency communication in large scale natural disasters by connecting disconnected base stations. This thesis addresses the bandwidth allocation problem. The advance of mobile communication technologies has brought great convenience to users. Cellular phone becomes the first communication tool most people would use in emergency. However, cellular networks were usually crashed in earthquake, typhoons or other natural disasters due to power outage or backhaul breakage. Unfortunately, the efficiency of communication system is a critical factor to the success of disaster response operation such as resource allocation as well as coordination of rescue and relief operations. We designed a contingency cellular network (CCN) by connecting physically intact but service-disrupted base stations together with wireless links. As the bandwidth resource in CCN is limited, a smart bandwidth allocation to facilitate prioritized bandwidth sharing will maximize the contribution of CCN to the disaster response operation. We model the CCN Bandwidth Allocation Problem into a Nested 0-1 Knapsack Problem aiming to maximize disaster operation efficiency. The problem is proven to be NP Hard. We also design an efficient heuristic algorithm to solve the problem when it is needed in urgent.

隱藏於日常社區傳播中的女性能動性:以旗美社區大學女性學員為例 / Women's hidden agency in everyday communication: a case study of female students at the chi-mei community university林何臻, Lin, Ho Chen Unknown Date (has links)
本研究從廣義的社區傳播觀點出發,探討傳統社會結構限制下的社區已婚女性,如何展現她們的能動性從家庭「走出來」,並且成為社區大學和在地社區產生連結的中介角色。在已婚女性的個人能動性方面,研究者發現根據女性所擁有的資源差異,會影響她們自我定位協商的方式。其中自主性內隱的女性,使用了「以退為進」的戰術,有意識或無意識地鬆動了傳統「賢妻良母」的自我定位。而在女性發揮能動性的過程裡,她們也展現出一種默會知識樣貌──同理心和禮物經濟。這些默會知識的運用,使她們得以在家庭和社大的場域,扮演橋樑般的角色,在情感層面上建立起對班級、社大與社區的集體認同,以及可被用於即時動員的人際網絡。而她們也會以自己的知識經驗為基礎,將社大的理念轉化為她們所認可的具體行動。 / The idea of "Community Communication" is not limited to the use of community media. In a broader perspective, interpersonal communication in everyday life should also be identified as a sphere of community communication. Therefore my research focused on the interpersonal communication of four married women who took courses in Chi-Mei Community University. From their cases, the agency of married women who lived under traditional social restraints was distinctively uncovered.
As long as these female students found their own way out of domestic life, they voluntarily became mediators in community communication. They helped Chi-Mei staff not only in running courses more smoothly but also in building rapport with local inhabitants successfully. All these female students identified themselves with the roles of "wives and mothers." However, based on the different resources they acquired, they developed various tactics in the re-negotiation of self-identities during the post-parental period. In one case where the husband had more power over his wife, the wife swiftly came up with strategic approaches that instead helped her gain the advantages over her husband (sometimes even without his knowing it).
With this kind of wit cultivated from daily communications, while studying in Chi-Mei Community University, these married women even foster certain tacit knowledge which can be defined as "empathy" and "gift economy". By making use of tacit knowledge, these women translated the concepts advocated by Chi-Mei staff into real actions. And they were able to mobilize their family members and friends in taking these actions as well. Yet they did not associate their voluntary contributions with the abstract concepts, but attributed the actions to their sense of belongings as a community with Chi-Mei and the people whom they admired.
These female students actually underestimated their importance in community mobilization. In fact, after Typhoon Morakot seriously damaged southern Taiwan in August 2009, the community networks fostered by women’s interpersonal communication played crucial roles in delivering materials to those victims in need. This was a good example of how the loosely connected networks could be activated at some critical moment while community mobilization is urgently required.

PostHere: 使用者產製情境內容之手機社群平台設計 / PostHere: Prototype Design of a Mobile Social Networking Platform for Context Aware Content黃素琳, Ng, Su Lin Unknown Date (has links)
本內容為手機社群平台介面設計創作論述。PostHere 是一個讓使用者在智慧型手機上分享和接收情境內容的社群平台。使用者根據所在的情境,產製出一則則多媒體數位故事,並利用全球定位系統(GPS) 與數位羅盤技術,將內容留在空間中,共同建立地點資料庫。其他使用者便可從不同地點的資料庫中讀取內容,並利用擴增實境、數位地圖或街景重新建構的情境觀看內容,有如在真實空間中覆蓋一層數位故事空間。平台使用了社群機制進行內容排序和篩選,並刺激使用者更踴躍分享內容。
本論述探討了關於情境內容、社群服務和使用者介面與經驗設計的文獻,並進行個案分析,作為介面設計之基礎。設計的過程中也咨詢了介面設計領域專業人員的意見。
PostHere的主要目標族群為21至35歲的社青,有四個主要功能。使用者可創作情境故事留在特定地理位置上、閱讀其他使用者在目前位置上留下的故事、搜尋其他地點的故事、以及與有興趣的使用者聯結。本社群平台將先鼓勵使用者分享微旅遊紀錄,作為內容範例。 / This paper presents the prototype design of PostHere, a mobile social networking platform that will enable users to share and receive context aware content through an application on the smartphone. Digital stories in multimedia forms created by the mass users in relation to their spatial and temporal context are “planted” and left on a location using Global Positional System (GPS) and compass technology. These stories are stored in a location database for other users to retrieve and view in recreated context through augmented reality, world map or street view, like over layering a digital space on top of the physical space. Social mechanisms are used to sort out and filter content, while motivating users to share content actively.
Literature review on context aware content, social networking and user experience design, together with case study on current mobile social networking app act as the basis of the development. Professionals from the app development field were consulted throughout the course of the user interface and user experience design.
The final prototype has four main functions, targeted at urban young adult ranging from the age of 21 to 35. User may create and leave stories on a geographical spot, explore stories at their current location, search for interesting stories shared by others and connect with users they are interested in. Micro- travel log is chosen as the main content to help build up content paradigm. The prototype received positive feedback from test participants in Taiwan and will be ready for development into an actual product.

集合住宅社區共同使用部份屬於住戶分別共有的「共有資產」,具有類似公共財的特性,可能會因為相關使用衝突課題,或集體行動困境,而減損多數願意配合社區事務的住戶之使用效益。此外,代理問題可能衍生自管理委員會所建立的管理模式,其影響程度可能因決策控制權及管理權不同程度的委外而有異。
因此,本論文主要有三個探討課題:第一,從集體行動困境角度分析並釐清管理委員會自治管理問題;第二,依據代理理論、公司治理機制,從決策控制權移轉的程度來重新定義集合住宅社區的事務管理模式,分析事務管理模式對於管理維護效率的影響;第三,了解使用混合與面積混合所產生的使用衝突與管理維護績效間的相互關係。本文使用台北集合住宅管理維護現況調查的問卷資料進行實證研究,期望透過上述課題的探討,釐清管理維護潛在問題,並對不同類型社區提出適宜管理維護方式的建議,產生兼具學術與實務面之貢獻。 / Common property belonging to all owners of a condominium may cause usage conflicts or collective action dilemmas, due to the characteristic of quasi-public goods diminishing most residents' utility or benefits. Besides, agency problems derived from different management modes established by management committees may have unfavorable influence on management performance to some extent ccording to the delegation degree of decision control and management.
Therefore, the main topics of this dissertation are as follows: First, analyzing and cectifying the collective action dilemmas through the self-organized CPR regimes;
Secondly, redefining condominium management modes through delegation or outsourcing degrees of decision control according to agency theory and corporate governance framework and analyzing the effects of these modes on management performance; Thirdly, discovering the relationship between usage conflicts derived from the features of housing mix and usage mix and management performance of condominiums. Data collected from a postal questionnaire survey in Taipei city was used in several empirical analyses based on the main topics. Clarify the potential problems of condominium management and proposing appropriate management modes and approaches according to various features of condominiums are expected to be both academic and practical contributions.
