Nutida abortmotstånd i Sverige : En ideologianalys av inom- och utomparlamentariska aktörerWesterlund, Ulrika January 2019 (has links)
I uppsatsen görs en kritisk ideologianalys av det nutida svenska abortmotståndet utifrån ett feministiskt perspektiv. Med hjälp av Carol Lee Bacchis metod ”Vilket är det framställda problemet?” synliggörs hur Kristdemokraterna, Sverigedemokraterna, olika kristna och högerextrema abortmotståndare, samt aktörer i de svenska rättsprocesserna om ”samvetsfrihet” för barnmorskor, framställer problemen med abort. Analysen fortsätter sedan med att belysa vilka kulturellt tillgängliga kommunikationsramar som finns för svenska abortmotståndare, samt synliggör vilka manifesta, respektive latenta ideologier som finns närvarande. I uppsatsen används feministiska teorier om rättigheter samt om nation och reproduktion för att tolka materialet. Resultatet visar att det inom det svenska nutida abortmotståndet finns ett flertal olika framställda problem som kan inrymmas i kommunikationsramar om abort som ett hot mot kvinnor, abort som hot mot människovärdet och de mänskliga rättigheterna, samt abort som ett uttryck för genusideologin och som ett hot mot nationen. I den sista kommunikationsramen finns exempel på latenta ideologier. Det finns inslag av det som brukar benämnas som anti-genusideologi i delar av det svenska abortmotståndet.

The thesis deals with coaching as social work tool and with its ethical aspects in relationship to individual. It is divided into three parts. In the first part, I define the coaching itself, as well as its solution and its types. I also distinguish the coaching from different types of social work, such as counselling and therapy; then I set the coaching into social work helping scope. The second part is focused on the relationship between the client and the helping worker while using coaching. Here I present the relationship paradigms, the helping worker aspect (with emphasis on competence and personal disposition) and the client aspect (with focus on his conception and his inner world). This part deals with the topic of help and control as well. In the third part I look into ethical aspects that are crucial in the client's and worker's relationship, aspects that follow from the definition of this relationship from the second part of the thesis, such as freedom, dignity, respect, autonomy, self-determination, worker's personality, preferences, responsibility, conscience and power.

Theoretical part follow up possibilities of a teacher in self-education of students with Czech as a second language problematic as well as preparation for entry to class for students with Czech as a second language and their teachers as their mission should be to create welcoming climate in the class. I also describe the key terms in field of students with Czech as a second language in Czech Republic and Finland as well. In the practical part I prepare questionnaires for teachers with the goal to identify the level of awareness on this issue, which I deepen via subsequent interviews with selected teachers. Based on personal experience from an internship in Finland than the findings from interviews and study of available literature to prepare a workshop for teachers. I would also like to prepare a variety of examples of good practice and inspiration for teachers. Vliv metod RWCT na rozvoj vybraných komunikačních dovedností dítěte předškolního věku / Influence of the RWCT Methods on Development of Selected Communication Skills of Preschool ChildrenHalamová, Hana January 2012 (has links)
This work deals with development of preschool children vocabulary. It focuses on speech self, on its development in relation to thinking and the development from the ontogenetic perspektive. Further, its maps the view on speech development in the past and present. The part dealing with RWCT follows. The thesis tries to outline the basic ideas of this programme and its application in kindergarten. It aims to familiarise readers with new approaches and methods of language and speech development, and to outline the basics of this programme. The thesis also compares this programme with the Start Together programme, which issues from RWCT. Another topic of the thesis is a comparison of the objectives of RWCT and the Framework Education Programme for Preschool Education, where the relationship between RWCT and Framework Education Programme for Preschool Edication objectives is shown. In the practical part of the thesis, statistical data from two kindergartens show whether using RWCT methods in kindergarten positively impacts development of select communication skills of preschool children. The thesis aims to prove that the RWCT methods positively support the overall communication skills and abilities of preschool children.

The diploma thesis analyses local authorities taking part in the competition The Authority of the Year:"Half to Half" - Respect for Equal Opportunities. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the progress, regress or stagnation of the selected local authorities with respect to gender equality. The thesis also carries out a more in-depth analysis of the current state of gender equality promotion by local authorities. The theoretical part introduces the background of promoting gender equality. Attention is paid to the strategy of gender mainstreaming and to how gender equality is connected to public administration. The research aims to analyse the development of local authorities in their promotion of gender equality, and it also provides conclusions and recommendations based on this analysis. Czechoslovak society underwent a fundamental change in 1989, in which a certain portion of society, previously restricted from official intervention in politics, took crucial part. Even though this part of society (the dissent) was before 1989 restricted from participation in politics, it had been doing so. However, in illegal ways at that time, for which had been the involved often persecuted. This group of dissidents later contributed to the revolutionary changes, which is the source of certain mythology that began to appear in connection with them. During 1990s their influence decreased, and the dissent's political elite was gradually replaced by a new right- wing elite, promising economic reform and rapid transformation. The idealistic conception of politics was replaced by the pragmatic one and completely different and ambitious personalities came to the foreground. The new characters did not come from the background of fight against totalitarianism, yet they quickly gained political skills. This transformation of elites in Czech society can be expressed via comparison of Václav Havel and Václav Klaus, as both of them were among the main initiators of domestic politics. Unexpected consequences for the Swedish signals intelligence in the light of the European Court of Justice’s case law? : An analysis of the implications the joined cases La Quadrature du Net and others and the case Privacy International might have for the Swedish signals intelligencevon Hofsten, Jarl January 2022 (has links)
The Court of Justice of the European Union has in its case law been strict in its approach towards Member States’ legislative measures providing for retention of and access to data relating to electronic communications. In recent case law the Court has made clear that also such provisions with the object of safeguarding national security need to comply with EU law and the Court’s jurisprudence. This might mean that the Swedish cable-based signals intelligence is within the scope of EU law contrary to the previous conception. It is decisive for whether the Swedish signals intelligence is within the scope of EU law whether the requirement on the providers of electronic communications systems to transfer all signals crossing the Swedish border to collaboration points, in order for the signals intelligence to be carried out, is to be interpreted as a requirement on the providers to process personal data. If within the scope of EU law, a great majority of the Swedish signals intelligence could be disproportionate in the light of the Court’s case law and thus contrary to EU law. Since the signals intelligence is considered to be an indispensable tool to solve all tasks the Swedish foreign intelligence encompasses this could affect the capability of the foreign intelligence.

Hur gör man för att maximera de läkande faktorerna så att patienter återhämtar sig så fort och fullständigt som möjligt? Projektet är också ett försök att förmänskliga en av de stora insitutioner vi är beroende av i samhället och har resulterat i en bok i ämnet och ett designprojekt.
